U subotu su djelatnici koji iznajmljuju brodove u Maslenici uočili najstariju kornjaču na svijetu koja je u Jadranskom moru plivala zarobljena u mrežu. Brzom reakcijom, životinja je spašena, piše Dnevnik.hr.

''Ovo nije glavata želva, već sedmopruga usminjača najveća kornjača na svijetu, u 130 godina viđena samo 30 puta u Jadranskom moru'', napisali su na svom Facebook profilu na stranici Maslenica Boat Excursions&rent a boat uz video na kojem se vidi spašavanje ove rijetko viđene životinje.

Sedmopruga usminjača (Dermochelys coriacea) najveća je kornjača na svijetu. Može narasti do dva metra i težiti do 900 kilograma. Ti reptili su jedini preostali predstavnici porodice kornjača čije evolucijsko korijenje seže preko sto milijuna godina u prošlost.

Nekada su bile rasprostranjene u svakom oceanu, osim Arktika i Antarktike, ali im trenutno u mnogim dijelovima svijeta broj drastično opada. Mnoge sedmopruge usminjače su žrtve mreža ribolovaca.

Ova kornjača je plivala Novigradskim morem, otprilike dva kilometara od Maslenice.

Zapetljanu kornjaču uočio je skiper Buco, kojem je to bila ujedno i prva samostalna plovidba.

''Spašavanje je trajalo nekih deset minuta. Skiper Buco ju je pronašao pa je došao po pojačanje u Maslenicu'', rekao je vlasnik obrta za iznamljivanje brodova u Maslenici Hrvoje Vulić za Dnevnik.hr. Uz njega i Bucu, spašavanju je pomogao i Tomislav Baričević.

Nakon što su je otpetljali iz mreže, životinja je zaronila i počela slobodno plivati.

''Čudne i rijetke životinje se tu osjećaju kao kod kuće'', kazao je Vulić.

U subotu su djelatnici koji iznajmljuju brodove u Maslenici uočili najstariju kornjaču na svijetu koja je u Jadranskom moru plivala zarobljena u mrežu. Brzom reakcijom, životinja je spašena, piše Dnevnik.hr.

''Ovo nije glavata želva, već sedmopruga usminjača najveća kornjača na svijetu, u 130 godina viđena samo 30 puta u Jadranskom moru'', napisali su na svom Facebook profilu na stranici Maslenica Boat Excursions&rent a boat uz video na kojem se vidi spašavanje ove rijetko viđene životinje.

Sedmopruga usminjača (Dermochelys coriacea) najveća je kornjača na svijetu. Može narasti do dva metra i težiti do 900 kilograma. Ti reptili su jedini preostali predstavnici porodice kornjača čije evolucijsko korijenje seže preko sto milijuna godina u prošlost.

Nekada su bile rasprostranjene u svakom oceanu, osim Arktika i Antarktike, ali im trenutno u mnogim dijelovima svijeta broj drastično opada. Mnoge sedmopruge usminjače su žrtve mreža ribolovaca.

Ova kornjača je plivala Novigradskim morem, otprilike dva kilometara od Maslenice.

Zapetljanu kornjaču uočio je skiper Buco, kojem je to bila ujedno i prva samostalna plovidba.

''Spašavanje je trajalo nekih deset minuta. Skiper Buco ju je pronašao pa je došao po pojačanje u Maslenicu'', rekao je vlasnik obrta za iznamljivanje brodova u Maslenici Hrvoje Vulić za Dnevnik.hr. Uz njega i Bucu, spašavanju je pomogao i Tomislav Baričević.

Nakon što su je otpetljali iz mreže, životinja je zaronila i počela slobodno plivati.

''Čudne i rijetke životinje se tu osjećaju kao kod kuće'', kazao je Vulić.

U subotu su djelatnici koji iznajmljuju brodove u Maslenici uočili najstariju kornjaču na svijetu koja je u Jadranskom moru plivala zarobljena u mrežu. Brzom reakcijom, životinja je spašena, piše Dnevnik.hr.

''Ovo nije glavata želva, već sedmopruga usminjača najveća kornjača na svijetu, u 130 godina viđena samo 30 puta u Jadranskom moru'', napisali su na svom Facebook profilu na stranici Maslenica Boat Excursions&rent a boat uz video na kojem se vidi spašavanje ove rijetko viđene životinje.

Sedmopruga usminjača (Dermochelys coriacea) najveća je kornjača na svijetu. Može narasti do dva metra i težiti do 900 kilograma. Ti reptili su jedini preostali predstavnici porodice kornjača čije evolucijsko korijenje seže preko sto milijuna godina u prošlost.

Nekada su bile rasprostranjene u svakom oceanu, osim Arktika i Antarktike, ali im trenutno u mnogim dijelovima svijeta broj drastično opada. Mnoge sedmopruge usminjače su žrtve mreža ribolovaca.

Ova kornjača je plivala Novigradskim morem, otprilike dva kilometara od Maslenice.

Zapetljanu kornjaču uočio je skiper Buco, kojem je to bila ujedno i prva samostalna plovidba.

''Spašavanje je trajalo nekih deset minuta. Skiper Buco ju je pronašao pa je došao po pojačanje u Maslenicu'', rekao je vlasnik obrta za iznamljivanje brodova u Maslenici Hrvoje Vulić za Dnevnik.hr. Uz njega i Bucu, spašavanju je pomogao i Tomislav Baričević.

Nakon što su je otpetljali iz mreže, životinja je zaronila i počela slobodno plivati.

''Čudne i rijetke životinje se tu osjećaju kao kod kuće'', kazao je Vulić.
