Vijest kako će Porat ostati bez Lučke kapetanije nije baš naišla na oduševljenje Dubrovčana, posebno onih koji žive u Gradu. Jedan od njih je Dominko Radić koji upozorava kako će zbog te odluke dogoditi cirkus u staroj gradskoj luci.

- Luka u Gradu je lučica, ali su je proglasili ‘lukom‘. U Portu imate više plovila, ukrcaja i iskrcaja ljudi dnevno nego Gruž, naravno, ne računajući kruzere. Jer, iz Cavtata svakih pola ure imate plovilo, tu je brod za Lokrum koji vozi 200 ljudi svakih sat vremena, tu su dnevni izleti gdje se krca po 100, 150 ljudi, a imate i dvadesetak taksista. Lučki kapetan je to uspijevao kontrolirati: ulaze, izlaze, gdje će se tko vezati, donekle je vladao red. Ali, što će sad dogoditi?

Svi oni idu na sate, primjerice u 11 sati dolazi linija iz Cavtata, a u iste ure ide s Lokruma linija, gdje će sve to stati? Tko će to kontrolirati? Lučki kapetan je to pratio, imao je kamere, morali ste se javiti na stanicu, ako ulaze dvojica u Porat, moraju pitati gdje će se vazati: na Mali ili na Veliki muo...

Sad će nastati novi problem: kajaci selu iz Pila, bili su im dali Lazarete, ali Lazarete ne da Zavod za obnovu Dubrovnika, a onda se spominjao i Posat. Uzmite tih nekih 150, 200 kajaka koji imaju svoje termine, što kad oni svi u istom satu krenu kroz Porat, kuda će izaći? Tko će to kontrolirati? To će biti kao promet na Pilama! 25 metara je između Kaša i kantuna Porporele i sad to treba sve posložiti?! Jedino da u mene unuk ili unuka s Lego kockicama to naprave pa da to bude kako treba! (smijeh), kaže Radić te dodaje:

- Kapetanija je iz Gruža prebačena u kasarnu. Svugdje na svijetu svaka institucija koja je vezana za more, ocean, jezero, rijeku je do mora, oceana, jezera ili rijeke! A, našu Kapetaniju su preselili u bivšu kasarnu?! S prozora uopće ne vide more! Glavno sjedište za kapetaniju za dubrovačku podružnicu je Split, a MSCC (Služba traganja i spašavanja) je u Rijeci za cijeli Jadran. A gdje su tek kruzeri kad dođu? Isto dnevno imaš dva kruzera između Lokruma i Grada? Tko će to kontrolirati? - pita se Radić.

Brodar Niko Miljas također ne pozdravlja ukidanje Lučke kapetanije u Portu.

- To je možda najprometnija mala luka na Mediteranu, to nije dobro. Tamo se odvija hrpa iskrcaja i ukrcaja i bez fizički prisutnog službenika to je ‘promašen fudbal‘. Dosad se ipak držao nekakav red, a od kamera nema neke velike vajde. Kad je čovjek tamo, može regulirati uplovljavanje i isplovljavanje, iskrcaj i ukrcaj i to ide.

Mislim da će nastati kaos! Posao ukrcaja i iskrcaja je posao Lučke kapetanije, to radi njihov čovjek, a lučki kapetan ima i ovlasti kao i policija i carina. To je promašena odluka, a isto tako nije logično da je Lučka kapetanija u zgradi kasarne, a zgrada Luke stoji prazna a tamo ima mjesta. Čovjek za svaku sitnicu oko broda mora ići tamo, sve su to nelogičnosti koje nitko ne razumije, upozorava Miljas.

Vijest kako će Porat ostati bez Lučke kapetanije nije baš naišla na oduševljenje Dubrovčana, posebno onih koji žive u Gradu. Jedan od njih je Dominko Radić koji upozorava kako će zbog te odluke dogoditi cirkus u staroj gradskoj luci.

- Luka u Gradu je lučica, ali su je proglasili ‘lukom‘. U Portu imate više plovila, ukrcaja i iskrcaja ljudi dnevno nego Gruž, naravno, ne računajući kruzere. Jer, iz Cavtata svakih pola ure imate plovilo, tu je brod za Lokrum koji vozi 200 ljudi svakih sat vremena, tu su dnevni izleti gdje se krca po 100, 150 ljudi, a imate i dvadesetak taksista. Lučki kapetan je to uspijevao kontrolirati: ulaze, izlaze, gdje će se tko vezati, donekle je vladao red. Ali, što će sad dogoditi?

Svi oni idu na sate, primjerice u 11 sati dolazi linija iz Cavtata, a u iste ure ide s Lokruma linija, gdje će sve to stati? Tko će to kontrolirati? Lučki kapetan je to pratio, imao je kamere, morali ste se javiti na stanicu, ako ulaze dvojica u Porat, moraju pitati gdje će se vazati: na Mali ili na Veliki muo...

Sad će nastati novi problem: kajaci selu iz Pila, bili su im dali Lazarete, ali Lazarete ne da Zavod za obnovu Dubrovnika, a onda se spominjao i Posat. Uzmite tih nekih 150, 200 kajaka koji imaju svoje termine, što kad oni svi u istom satu krenu kroz Porat, kuda će izaći? Tko će to kontrolirati? To će biti kao promet na Pilama! 25 metara je između Kaša i kantuna Porporele i sad to treba sve posložiti?! Jedino da u mene unuk ili unuka s Lego kockicama to naprave pa da to bude kako treba! (smijeh), kaže Radić te dodaje:

- Kapetanija je iz Gruža prebačena u kasarnu. Svugdje na svijetu svaka institucija koja je vezana za more, ocean, jezero, rijeku je do mora, oceana, jezera ili rijeke! A, našu Kapetaniju su preselili u bivšu kasarnu?! S prozora uopće ne vide more! Glavno sjedište za kapetaniju za dubrovačku podružnicu je Split, a MSCC (Služba traganja i spašavanja) je u Rijeci za cijeli Jadran. A gdje su tek kruzeri kad dođu? Isto dnevno imaš dva kruzera između Lokruma i Grada? Tko će to kontrolirati? - pita se Radić.

Brodar Niko Miljas također ne pozdravlja ukidanje Lučke kapetanije u Portu.

- To je možda najprometnija mala luka na Mediteranu, to nije dobro. Tamo se odvija hrpa iskrcaja i ukrcaja i bez fizički prisutnog službenika to je ‘promašen fudbal‘. Dosad se ipak držao nekakav red, a od kamera nema neke velike vajde. Kad je čovjek tamo, može regulirati uplovljavanje i isplovljavanje, iskrcaj i ukrcaj i to ide.

Mislim da će nastati kaos! Posao ukrcaja i iskrcaja je posao Lučke kapetanije, to radi njihov čovjek, a lučki kapetan ima i ovlasti kao i policija i carina. To je promašena odluka, a isto tako nije logično da je Lučka kapetanija u zgradi kasarne, a zgrada Luke stoji prazna a tamo ima mjesta. Čovjek za svaku sitnicu oko broda mora ići tamo, sve su to nelogičnosti koje nitko ne razumije, upozorava Miljas.

Vijest kako će Porat ostati bez Lučke kapetanije nije baš naišla na oduševljenje Dubrovčana, posebno onih koji žive u Gradu. Jedan od njih je Dominko Radić koji upozorava kako će zbog te odluke dogoditi cirkus u staroj gradskoj luci.

- Luka u Gradu je lučica, ali su je proglasili ‘lukom‘. U Portu imate više plovila, ukrcaja i iskrcaja ljudi dnevno nego Gruž, naravno, ne računajući kruzere. Jer, iz Cavtata svakih pola ure imate plovilo, tu je brod za Lokrum koji vozi 200 ljudi svakih sat vremena, tu su dnevni izleti gdje se krca po 100, 150 ljudi, a imate i dvadesetak taksista. Lučki kapetan je to uspijevao kontrolirati: ulaze, izlaze, gdje će se tko vezati, donekle je vladao red. Ali, što će sad dogoditi?

Svi oni idu na sate, primjerice u 11 sati dolazi linija iz Cavtata, a u iste ure ide s Lokruma linija, gdje će sve to stati? Tko će to kontrolirati? Lučki kapetan je to pratio, imao je kamere, morali ste se javiti na stanicu, ako ulaze dvojica u Porat, moraju pitati gdje će se vazati: na Mali ili na Veliki muo...

Sad će nastati novi problem: kajaci selu iz Pila, bili su im dali Lazarete, ali Lazarete ne da Zavod za obnovu Dubrovnika, a onda se spominjao i Posat. Uzmite tih nekih 150, 200 kajaka koji imaju svoje termine, što kad oni svi u istom satu krenu kroz Porat, kuda će izaći? Tko će to kontrolirati? To će biti kao promet na Pilama! 25 metara je između Kaša i kantuna Porporele i sad to treba sve posložiti?! Jedino da u mene unuk ili unuka s Lego kockicama to naprave pa da to bude kako treba! (smijeh), kaže Radić te dodaje:
