Smjene posade ponovno postaju teške, jer velik dio svijeta ponovno lagano ide u lockdown nakon pojave nekoliko novih i više zaraznih inačica Covid-19.

Zatvaranjem putničkih koridora i uvođenjem novih ograničenja putovanja, zrakoplovne tvrtke ponovno otkazuju ili smanjuju broj letova; što predstavlja problem za članove posade u tranzitu. Luke također, ako su se otvorile, nameću sve veća ograničenja, prenosi Pomorac.net.

Kao primjer strožih ograničenja putovanja koja su stupila na snagu, Filipinska lučka uprava je proširila ograničenja vezana uz smjenu posade.

Filipini, koji su se prije predstavljali kao središte za smjenu posade tijekom pandemije, uveli su zabranu za brodove koji su posjetili neke od zemalja s popisa „zabranjenih“ unutar 14 dana od ulaska u filipinske vode. Zabrana je produžena do kraja mjeseca, a brzo rastućem broju „zabranjenih zemalja“ dodane su još dvije države – Mađarska i Ujedinjeni Arapski Emirati.

Ukupno je 35 zemalja sada na popisu zabranjenih.

Henrik Jensen, generalni direktor tvrtke Danica Crewing Services, izjavio je:

„Vjerujem da ćemo možda krenuti prema novoj krizi smjene posade koja će biti jednako loša kao i prošlog proljeća. Tijekom posljednjih šest mjeseci smjene posade bile su moguće u mnogim slučajevima, iako su bile skupe i složene. Međutim, sada vidimo niz novih ograničenja i prepreka u putovanju članova posade. Mogu predvidjeti da će to jako utjecati na smjene posade tijekom sljedećih nekoliko mjeseci.”

Zahtjev za Covid-19 testovima u određenom razdoblju prije putovanja nije uvijek lako ispuniti, ovisno o tome odakle se vrši smjena posade, istaknuo je Jensen. Testiranja možda neće biti dostupna u kratkom roku i neće biti raspoloživog smještaja u kojem će se moći izolirati članovi posade dok čekaju rezultate.

Jensen je također rekao kako nove inačice koronavirusa, koje su navodno više prenosive, predstavljaju veću prijetnju i pomorcima i brodovima.

- Nove, zaraznije inačice predstavljaju veći rizik da se član posade zarazi na putu do broda i prenese zarazu svojim kolegama. To posebno zabrinjava tijekom zračnog putovanja, zbog čega posada mora provesti mnogo sati u zatvorenom prostoru s velikim brojem drugih ljudi. Zbog svih otkazanih letova postoji mnogo zrakoplova koji se mogu iznajmiti za privatne tranzite, ali ova je opcija stvarno ekonomski isplativa samo ako postoji velik broj članova posade, što obično nije slučaj – rekao je Jensen, opisujući kako je u nekim slučajevima Danica morala otkazati planove za smjenu posade, ako se radilo o dugom tranzitu ili rizičnom području.

Smjene posade ponovno postaju teške, jer velik dio svijeta ponovno lagano ide u lockdown nakon pojave nekoliko novih i više zaraznih inačica Covid-19.

Zatvaranjem putničkih koridora i uvođenjem novih ograničenja putovanja, zrakoplovne tvrtke ponovno otkazuju ili smanjuju broj letova; što predstavlja problem za članove posade u tranzitu. Luke također, ako su se otvorile, nameću sve veća ograničenja, prenosi Pomorac.net.

Kao primjer strožih ograničenja putovanja koja su stupila na snagu, Filipinska lučka uprava je proširila ograničenja vezana uz smjenu posade.

Filipini, koji su se prije predstavljali kao središte za smjenu posade tijekom pandemije, uveli su zabranu za brodove koji su posjetili neke od zemalja s popisa „zabranjenih“ unutar 14 dana od ulaska u filipinske vode. Zabrana je produžena do kraja mjeseca, a brzo rastućem broju „zabranjenih zemalja“ dodane su još dvije države – Mađarska i Ujedinjeni Arapski Emirati.

Ukupno je 35 zemalja sada na popisu zabranjenih.

Henrik Jensen, generalni direktor tvrtke Danica Crewing Services, izjavio je:

„Vjerujem da ćemo možda krenuti prema novoj krizi smjene posade koja će biti jednako loša kao i prošlog proljeća. Tijekom posljednjih šest mjeseci smjene posade bile su moguće u mnogim slučajevima, iako su bile skupe i složene. Međutim, sada vidimo niz novih ograničenja i prepreka u putovanju članova posade. Mogu predvidjeti da će to jako utjecati na smjene posade tijekom sljedećih nekoliko mjeseci.”

Zahtjev za Covid-19 testovima u određenom razdoblju prije putovanja nije uvijek lako ispuniti, ovisno o tome odakle se vrši smjena posade, istaknuo je Jensen. Testiranja možda neće biti dostupna u kratkom roku i neće biti raspoloživog smještaja u kojem će se moći izolirati članovi posade dok čekaju rezultate.

Jensen je također rekao kako nove inačice koronavirusa, koje su navodno više prenosive, predstavljaju veću prijetnju i pomorcima i brodovima.

- Nove, zaraznije inačice predstavljaju veći rizik da se član posade zarazi na putu do broda i prenese zarazu svojim kolegama. To posebno zabrinjava tijekom zračnog putovanja, zbog čega posada mora provesti mnogo sati u zatvorenom prostoru s velikim brojem drugih ljudi. Zbog svih otkazanih letova postoji mnogo zrakoplova koji se mogu iznajmiti za privatne tranzite, ali ova je opcija stvarno ekonomski isplativa samo ako postoji velik broj članova posade, što obično nije slučaj – rekao je Jensen, opisujući kako je u nekim slučajevima Danica morala otkazati planove za smjenu posade, ako se radilo o dugom tranzitu ili rizičnom području.

Smjene posade ponovno postaju teške, jer velik dio svijeta ponovno lagano ide u lockdown nakon pojave nekoliko novih i više zaraznih inačica Covid-19.

Zatvaranjem putničkih koridora i uvođenjem novih ograničenja putovanja, zrakoplovne tvrtke ponovno otkazuju ili smanjuju broj letova; što predstavlja problem za članove posade u tranzitu. Luke također, ako su se otvorile, nameću sve veća ograničenja, prenosi Pomorac.net.

Kao primjer strožih ograničenja putovanja koja su stupila na snagu, Filipinska lučka uprava je proširila ograničenja vezana uz smjenu posade.

Filipini, koji su se prije predstavljali kao središte za smjenu posade tijekom pandemije, uveli su zabranu za brodove koji su posjetili neke od zemalja s popisa „zabranjenih“ unutar 14 dana od ulaska u filipinske vode. Zabrana je produžena do kraja mjeseca, a brzo rastućem broju „zabranjenih zemalja“ dodane su još dvije države – Mađarska i Ujedinjeni Arapski Emirati.

Ukupno je 35 zemalja sada na popisu zabranjenih.

Henrik Jensen, generalni direktor tvrtke Danica Crewing Services, izjavio je:

„Vjerujem da ćemo možda krenuti prema novoj krizi smjene posade koja će biti jednako loša kao i prošlog proljeća. Tijekom posljednjih šest mjeseci smjene posade bile su moguće u mnogim slučajevima, iako su bile skupe i složene. Međutim, sada vidimo niz novih ograničenja i prepreka u putovanju članova posade. Mogu predvidjeti da će to jako utjecati na smjene posade tijekom sljedećih nekoliko mjeseci.”

Zahtjev za Covid-19 testovima u određenom razdoblju prije putovanja nije uvijek lako ispuniti, ovisno o tome odakle se vrši smjena posade, istaknuo je Jensen. Testiranja možda neće biti dostupna u kratkom roku i neće biti raspoloživog smještaja u kojem će se moći izolirati članovi posade dok čekaju rezultate.

Jensen je također rekao kako nove inačice koronavirusa, koje su navodno više prenosive, predstavljaju veću prijetnju i pomorcima i brodovima.

- Nove, zaraznije inačice predstavljaju veći rizik da se član posade zarazi na putu do broda i prenese zarazu svojim kolegama. To posebno zabrinjava tijekom zračnog putovanja, zbog čega posada mora provesti mnogo sati u zatvorenom prostoru s velikim brojem drugih ljudi. Zbog svih otkazanih letova postoji mnogo zrakoplova koji se mogu iznajmiti za privatne tranzite, ali ova je opcija stvarno ekonomski isplativa samo ako postoji velik broj članova posade, što obično nije slučaj – rekao je Jensen, opisujući kako je u nekim slučajevima Danica morala otkazati planove za smjenu posade, ako se radilo o dugom tranzitu ili rizičnom području.
