Umak od rajčice priprema se jako jednostavno, a mnogima je omiljeno - zbog čega čini siguran izbor u trenutcima kada ne znate što skuhati. Ipak, osim što je ukusno, ovo jelo također je i iznimno zdravo. Evo što se događa u našim tijelima, odnosno što unosimo u organizam kada jedemo finu, domaću šalšu. 

Antioksidansi

Kuhane rajčice imaju veću koncentraciju antioksidansa, koji štite zdravlje stanica i bore se protiv slobodnih radikala - od svježe verzije ovog povrća. Prema istraživanju objavljenom u časopisu "Journal of Agriculture and Food Chemistry", otkriveno je da se udio antioksidansa u kuhanim rajčicama povećao za više od 50 posto i da se ukupna razina antioksidansa povećala za najmanje 28 posto u odnosu na sirovu rajčicu.

Vitamin C

Pola šalice šalše sadrži čak 29 posto dnevne vrijednosti vitamina C koju bismo trebali unijeti u organizam. Koncentrirani umak od rajčice smatra se izvrsnim izvorom ovog vitamina, koji je neophodan za sintezu mnogih proteina, neurotransmitera, vezivnog tkiva i apsorpciju željeza.

Probavni sustav

Studija je pokazala i da rajčica može pojačati aktivnost zdravih bakterija u crijevima. Odnosno, kuhanjem rajčice poboljšava se ekstrakcija antioksidansa, što omogućava da štite organizam od gubitka korisnih probiotičkih bakterija koje žive u crijevima, ali i pojačavaju njihove blagodati.

Unos kalorija

Ako neke nezdrave namaze za kruh ili umake zamijenite sa šalšom, mogli biste smršavjeti. Naime, porcija šalše sadrži samo 70 kalorija zbog čega je odlična alternativa nezdravijim opcijama.

Srčano zdravlje

Rajčice su poznate mediteranske namirnice koje su zdrave za srce. Studija objavljena u časopisu "Translational Research CTS" tvrdi da umak od rajčice štiti od srčanih problema uzrokovanih lipoproteinom male gustoće, odnosno lošim kolesterolom. Istraživači vjeruju da kuhana rajčica može pomoći i u smanjenju oksidativnog oštećenja i poboljšanju aktivnosti lipoproteina velike gustoće.

Umak od rajčice priprema se jako jednostavno, a mnogima je omiljeno - zbog čega čini siguran izbor u trenutcima kada ne znate što skuhati. Ipak, osim što je ukusno, ovo jelo također je i iznimno zdravo. Evo što se događa u našim tijelima, odnosno što unosimo u organizam kada jedemo finu, domaću šalšu. 

Antioksidansi

Kuhane rajčice imaju veću koncentraciju antioksidansa, koji štite zdravlje stanica i bore se protiv slobodnih radikala - od svježe verzije ovog povrća. Prema istraživanju objavljenom u časopisu "Journal of Agriculture and Food Chemistry", otkriveno je da se udio antioksidansa u kuhanim rajčicama povećao za više od 50 posto i da se ukupna razina antioksidansa povećala za najmanje 28 posto u odnosu na sirovu rajčicu.

Vitamin C

Pola šalice šalše sadrži čak 29 posto dnevne vrijednosti vitamina C koju bismo trebali unijeti u organizam. Koncentrirani umak od rajčice smatra se izvrsnim izvorom ovog vitamina, koji je neophodan za sintezu mnogih proteina, neurotransmitera, vezivnog tkiva i apsorpciju željeza.

Probavni sustav

Studija je pokazala i da rajčica može pojačati aktivnost zdravih bakterija u crijevima. Odnosno, kuhanjem rajčice poboljšava se ekstrakcija antioksidansa, što omogućava da štite organizam od gubitka korisnih probiotičkih bakterija koje žive u crijevima, ali i pojačavaju njihove blagodati.

Unos kalorija

Ako neke nezdrave namaze za kruh ili umake zamijenite sa šalšom, mogli biste smršavjeti. Naime, porcija šalše sadrži samo 70 kalorija zbog čega je odlična alternativa nezdravijim opcijama.

Srčano zdravlje

Rajčice su poznate mediteranske namirnice koje su zdrave za srce. Studija objavljena u časopisu "Translational Research CTS" tvrdi da umak od rajčice štiti od srčanih problema uzrokovanih lipoproteinom male gustoće, odnosno lošim kolesterolom. Istraživači vjeruju da kuhana rajčica može pomoći i u smanjenju oksidativnog oštećenja i poboljšanju aktivnosti lipoproteina velike gustoće.

Umak od rajčice priprema se jako jednostavno, a mnogima je omiljeno - zbog čega čini siguran izbor u trenutcima kada ne znate što skuhati. Ipak, osim što je ukusno, ovo jelo također je i iznimno zdravo. Evo što se događa u našim tijelima, odnosno što unosimo u organizam kada jedemo finu, domaću šalšu. 

Antioksidansi

Kuhane rajčice imaju veću koncentraciju antioksidansa, koji štite zdravlje stanica i bore se protiv slobodnih radikala - od svježe verzije ovog povrća. Prema istraživanju objavljenom u časopisu "Journal of Agriculture and Food Chemistry", otkriveno je da se udio antioksidansa u kuhanim rajčicama povećao za više od 50 posto i da se ukupna razina antioksidansa povećala za najmanje 28 posto u odnosu na sirovu rajčicu.
