Kada nam ponestane ideja za ručak, često se okrećemo provjereno dobrim kombinacijama slasnih slojeva. U složence pakiramo omiljene umake poput onog nalik ragu alla bolognese, dodajemo piletinu u kakvom bogatom improviziranom umaku ili guste kombinacije s puno povrća. Tu su i slojevi tjestenine, krumpira, lisnatog povrća i batata ili čak starog kruha.

Za dobar složenac, uz kvalitetnu pripremu, neće vam trebati previše vremena niti za pečenje, a najbolje ga je poslužiti uz veliku zdjelu sezonske salate. Dobro je dodati i kako su složenci odlični i kada se ohlade pa ih vrlo lako možete ponijeti na posao za marendu usred užurbanog radnog dana, piše Dobra hrana.

Ako tražite jednostavno rješenje, krumpir će uvijek biti dobra ideja. Između slojeva prethodno kuhanog ili pečenog krumpira možete dodati mesne umake, drugo povrće ili ih jednostavno još ukusnijima napraviti dodavanjem slojeva sira i aromatičnim preljevom od vrhnja i začinskog bilja.

LAZANJE OD STAROG KRUHA

Trebat će vam:

2 glavice luka
suncokretovo ulje
450 g miješanog mljevenog mesa
2 češnja češnjaka
400 ml umaka od rajčice
sol
papar i žličica suhog origana

Na zagrijanu masnoću staviti sitno nasjeckani luk, lagano popržiti dok ne postane staklast, dodati sitno nasjeckani češnjak te kratko popržiti. Dodati mljeveno meso, nakratko dinstati te dodati sol, papar i umak od rajčice. Kuhati na laganoj vatri dok se umak ne reducira, minimalno sat vremena. Na kraju dodati origano.

Bešamel umak:

50 g maslaca
50 g glatkog brašna
0,5 l mlijeka
sol, papar
muškatni oraščić

Na maslacu kratko prepržiti brašno te postupno dodavati mlijeko uz stalno miješanje. Malo posoliti, popapriti te dodati muškatni oraščić po ukusu. Kuhati na laganoj vatri oko pet minuta. Ako je smjesa jako gusta, razrijediti mlijekom.

Kukuruzni kruh pravokutnog oblika po dužini narezati na četiri iste šnite (pri pripremanju ovog recepta korišten je kukuruzni kruh koji je malo tvrđi i hrskaviji, no u obzir dolazi bilo koja vrsta kruha).

Svaku šnitu premazati mješavinom maslinova ulja, sjeckanog češnjaka i sitno nasjeckanog peršina i zapeći u pećnici pet minuta na temperaturi od 180 °C. Slijedi slaganje - na kruh namazati bolonjez umak, bešamel umak, listiće topivog sira i tako redom dok se ne potroše svi sastojci.

Gornju šnitu kruha završiti bešamelom te posipati ribanim parmezanom. Peći u zagrijanoj pećnici 30 minuta na temperaturi od 180 °C.

Kada nam ponestane ideja za ručak, često se okrećemo provjereno dobrim kombinacijama slasnih slojeva. U složence pakiramo omiljene umake poput onog nalik ragu alla bolognese, dodajemo piletinu u kakvom bogatom improviziranom umaku ili guste kombinacije s puno povrća. Tu su i slojevi tjestenine, krumpira, lisnatog povrća i batata ili čak starog kruha.

Za dobar složenac, uz kvalitetnu pripremu, neće vam trebati previše vremena niti za pečenje, a najbolje ga je poslužiti uz veliku zdjelu sezonske salate. Dobro je dodati i kako su složenci odlični i kada se ohlade pa ih vrlo lako možete ponijeti na posao za marendu usred užurbanog radnog dana, piše Dobra hrana.

Ako tražite jednostavno rješenje, krumpir će uvijek biti dobra ideja. Između slojeva prethodno kuhanog ili pečenog krumpira možete dodati mesne umake, drugo povrće ili ih jednostavno još ukusnijima napraviti dodavanjem slojeva sira i aromatičnim preljevom od vrhnja i začinskog bilja.

LAZANJE OD STAROG KRUHA

Trebat će vam:

2 glavice luka
suncokretovo ulje
450 g miješanog mljevenog mesa
2 češnja češnjaka
400 ml umaka od rajčice
sol
papar i žličica suhog origana

Na zagrijanu masnoću staviti sitno nasjeckani luk, lagano popržiti dok ne postane staklast, dodati sitno nasjeckani češnjak te kratko popržiti. Dodati mljeveno meso, nakratko dinstati te dodati sol, papar i umak od rajčice. Kuhati na laganoj vatri dok se umak ne reducira, minimalno sat vremena. Na kraju dodati origano.

Bešamel umak:

50 g maslaca
50 g glatkog brašna
0,5 l mlijeka
sol, papar
muškatni oraščić

Na maslacu kratko prepržiti brašno te postupno dodavati mlijeko uz stalno miješanje. Malo posoliti, popapriti te dodati muškatni oraščić po ukusu. Kuhati na laganoj vatri oko pet minuta. Ako je smjesa jako gusta, razrijediti mlijekom.

Kukuruzni kruh pravokutnog oblika po dužini narezati na četiri iste šnite (pri pripremanju ovog recepta korišten je kukuruzni kruh koji je malo tvrđi i hrskaviji, no u obzir dolazi bilo koja vrsta kruha).

Svaku šnitu premazati mješavinom maslinova ulja, sjeckanog češnjaka i sitno nasjeckanog peršina i zapeći u pećnici pet minuta na temperaturi od 180 °C. Slijedi slaganje - na kruh namazati bolonjez umak, bešamel umak, listiće topivog sira i tako redom dok se ne potroše svi sastojci.

Gornju šnitu kruha završiti bešamelom te posipati ribanim parmezanom. Peći u zagrijanoj pećnici 30 minuta na temperaturi od 180 °C.

Ako ste u žurbi, iskoristite zaboravljeni komad starog kruha i sira, malo kobasice i napravite ove brze složence

Kada nam ponestane ideja za ručak, često se okrećemo provjereno dobrim kombinacijama slasnih slojeva. U složence pakiramo omiljene umake poput onog nalik ragu alla bolognese, dodajemo piletinu u kakvom bogatom improviziranom umaku ili guste kombinacije s puno povrća. Tu su i slojevi tjestenine, krumpira, lisnatog povrća i batata ili čak starog kruha.

Za dobar složenac, uz kvalitetnu pripremu, neće vam trebati previše vremena niti za pečenje, a najbolje ga je poslužiti uz veliku zdjelu sezonske salate. Dobro je dodati i kako su složenci odlični i kada se ohlade pa ih vrlo lako možete ponijeti na posao za marendu usred užurbanog radnog dana, piše Dobra hrana.
