Sočne, slatke domaće naranče toliko su dobre da ih smažemo prije nego se sjetimo da bi se s njima moglo napraviti i štogod slatkoga. Ne dopustite da vam se to dogodi jer se kolači i torte kojima su dodane i domaće, neprskane naranče poslastica s kojom se industrijski deserti i slatkarije s tim južnim voćem ne mogu ni usporediti. Ma ni u ludilu.

Profinjena aroma sitno naribane korice domaće naranče učinit će primamljivim svaku slasticu pa vam zapravo ne bismo ni trebali pisati o tome u što je sve možete dodati - samo je ubacite u tijesto za kekse, koru za torte i pite, u biskvit, smjesu za kuglof i, naravno, rožatu. No što je sa sokom? Njega ne možete dodati tek tako kako vam dođe jer neki recepti ne trpe previše improviziranja.

Zato ćemo vam predložiti nekoliko lijepih slatkih recepata u kojima će okus naranče doći do punog izražaja pa vam zasigurno neće biti žao što ste je trošili na kolačima, umjesto da ste ih pojeli "onako", dok vam sok curi niz ruke.

Sočni kolač od naranče s maslinovim uljem

Sastojci:

240 g brašna
240 g šećera
120 g mljevenih badema
365 ml maslinovog ulja
240 ml mlijeka
3 jaja
2 žlice soka od naranče
1 žličica soli
1,5 žličica kardamoma
1 žličica đumbira
1 žličica praška za pecivo
1/4 žličice sode bikarbone
1 žličica narančinog cvijeta (po želji)

Krema:

170 g šećera u prahu
40 g ricotte
30 g maslaca
1 žličica svježeg soka od naranče
1 žličica narančine korice

Priprema:

Prosijte brašno, bademovo brašno, prašak za pecivo, sodu bikarbonu, sol, kardamom i đumbir.

Miksajte jaja sa šećerom dok ne postanu pjenasta i svijetla. Malo po malo, uz miješanje, dodajte im ulje, a zatim mlijeko, sok od naranče i cvijet naranče.

Na kraju im postupno dodajte suhe sastojke.

Smjesu prebacite u kalup obložen papirom za pečenje i pecite na 170 stupnjeva Celzija otprilike 1 sat. Ostavite da se hladi u kalupu oko pola sata, zatim kolač prebacite na kuhinjsku rešetku da se potpuno ohladi te ga zatim premažite glazurom koju ste dobili miješanjem svih navedenih sastojaka dok smjesa nije potpuno glatka.

Preokrenuta torta s narančama

Sastojci:

150 g brašna
60 g šećera
200 ml soka od naranče
70 ml ulja
1 vrećica praška za pecivo
1 naranča

Priprema:

Naranču operite pa je narežite na ploškice i posložite ih po dnu kalupa za tortu promjera 18-20 centimetara koji ste prethodno premazali ulje i posuli brašnom te otresli višak.

Ostale sastojke pomiješajte, a kad se smjesa ujednači prebacite je u kalup, preko ploški naranče. Pecite tortu oko 35 minuta u pećnici zagrijanoj na 180 stupnjeva Celzija.

Izvadite iz pećnice, ohladite pa kalup preokrenite na tanjur kako bi se ploške naranče našle na vrhu torte. Želite li dramatičniji dojam, umjesto klasične odaberite crvenu naranču.

Portokalopita

Sastojci:

450 g šećera
350 kora za savijače
6 naranči
4 jaja
3 vanilin šećera
200 g grčkog jogurta
200 ml vode
150 g maslaca
1 žličica praška za pecivo
1 štapić cimeta

Priprema:

Najprije skuhajte sirup od 200 ml vode, 330 g šećera, jedne vrećice vanilin šećera i soka 3 naranče. Zakuhajte, smanjite vatru na srednju pa ostavite da vrije 5 minuta. Dodajte štapić cimeta i ostavite da se ohladi. Ako ne želite izrazitu aromu cimeta, nakon nekog vremena ga uklonite, u protivnom ostavite cimet u sirupu dok se ne ohladi. U nedostatku štapića koristite cimet u prahu, 1/4 žličice je dovoljno.

Izmiksajte jaja s preostalim šećerom i vanilin šećerom. Dodajte otopljeni maslac (malo sačuvajte za premazivanje kalupa), jogurt, koricu jedne naranče i sok od tri te dobro izmiksajte. Tek tada ubacite i prašak za pecivo pa sve još jednom dobro izmiješajte.

Kore za pitu dobro usitnite rukama i ubacite u smjesu s jajima i jogurtom pa sve istresite u kalup koji ste prethodno premazali otopljenim maslacem. Pecite u pećnici zagrijanoj na 180 stupnjeva oko pola sata. Vrući kolač izrežite na kocke pa ga zalijte ohlađenim sirupom.

Pustite da se sirup dobro upije pa tek tada poslužite, ali bilo bi najbolje da kolač najprije prenoći, po mogućnosti u hladnjaku.

Kolač od cijele naranče 

Sastojci:

220 g brašna
150 g šećera
150 ml ulja
3 jaja
1 naranča
1 vrećica praška za pecivo

Priprema:

Naranču operite, obrišite pa je sitno sameljite. Trebali biste dobiti oko 300 g kašaste smjese - ako ste dobili manje, usitnite još polovicu naranče pa odmjerite onoliko koliko nedostaje do 300 g.

Izmiksajte jaja sa šećerom, kad smjesa naraste i posvijetli dolijte ulje pa još malo miksajte, a zatim dodajte 300 g naranče te sve dobro promiješajte.

Prosijte brašno s praškom za pecivo pa ih postupno dodajte smjesi s jajima. Promiješajte da se tijesto ujednači, a zatim ga ulijte u uski kalup obložen papirom za pečenje.

Pecite u pećnici zagrijanoj na 180-200 stupnjeva 40-45 minuta, a potpuno ohlađen kolač pospite šećerom u prahu ili ga prelijte glazurom od 100 g šećera u prahu pomiješanog sa sokom pola naranče.

Sočne, slatke domaće naranče toliko su dobre da ih smažemo prije nego se sjetimo da bi se s njima moglo napraviti i štogod slatkoga. Ne dopustite da vam se to dogodi jer se kolači i torte kojima su dodane i domaće, neprskane naranče poslastica s kojom se industrijski deserti i slatkarije s tim južnim voćem ne mogu ni usporediti. Ma ni u ludilu.

Profinjena aroma sitno naribane korice domaće naranče učinit će primamljivim svaku slasticu pa vam zapravo ne bismo ni trebali pisati o tome u što je sve možete dodati - samo je ubacite u tijesto za kekse, koru za torte i pite, u biskvit, smjesu za kuglof i, naravno, rožatu. No što je sa sokom? Njega ne možete dodati tek tako kako vam dođe jer neki recepti ne trpe previše improviziranja.

Zato ćemo vam predložiti nekoliko lijepih slatkih recepata u kojima će okus naranče doći do punog izražaja pa vam zasigurno neće biti žao što ste je trošili na kolačima, umjesto da ste ih pojeli "onako", dok vam sok curi niz ruke.

Sočni kolač od naranče s maslinovim uljem

Sastojci:

240 g brašna
240 g šećera
120 g mljevenih badema
365 ml maslinovog ulja
240 ml mlijeka
3 jaja
2 žlice soka od naranče
1 žličica soli
1,5 žličica kardamoma
1 žličica đumbira
1 žličica praška za pecivo
1/4 žličice sode bikarbone
1 žličica narančinog cvijeta (po želji)

Krema:

170 g šećera u prahu
40 g ricotte
30 g maslaca
1 žličica svježeg soka od naranče
1 žličica narančine korice

Priprema:

Prosijte brašno, bademovo brašno, prašak za pecivo, sodu bikarbonu, sol, kardamom i đumbir.

Miksajte jaja sa šećerom dok ne postanu pjenasta i svijetla. Malo po malo, uz miješanje, dodajte im ulje, a zatim mlijeko, sok od naranče i cvijet naranče.

Na kraju im postupno dodajte suhe sastojke.

Smjesu prebacite u kalup obložen papirom za pečenje i pecite na 170 stupnjeva Celzija otprilike 1 sat. Ostavite da se hladi u kalupu oko pola sata, zatim kolač prebacite na kuhinjsku rešetku da se potpuno ohladi te ga zatim premažite glazurom koju ste dobili miješanjem svih navedenih sastojaka dok smjesa nije potpuno glatka.

Preokrenuta torta s narančama

Sastojci:

150 g brašna
60 g šećera
200 ml soka od naranče
70 ml ulja
1 vrećica praška za pecivo
1 naranča

Priprema:

Naranču operite pa je narežite na ploškice i posložite ih po dnu kalupa za tortu promjera 18-20 centimetara koji ste prethodno premazali ulje i posuli brašnom te otresli višak.

Ostale sastojke pomiješajte, a kad se smjesa ujednači prebacite je u kalup, preko ploški naranče. Pecite tortu oko 35 minuta u pećnici zagrijanoj na 180 stupnjeva Celzija.

Izvadite iz pećnice, ohladite pa kalup preokrenite na tanjur kako bi se ploške naranče našle na vrhu torte. Želite li dramatičniji dojam, umjesto klasične odaberite crvenu naranču.

Portokalopita

Sastojci:

450 g šećera
350 kora za savijače
6 naranči
4 jaja
3 vanilin šećera
200 g grčkog jogurta
200 ml vode
150 g maslaca
1 žličica praška za pecivo
1 štapić cimeta

Priprema:

Najprije skuhajte sirup od 200 ml vode, 330 g šećera, jedne vrećice vanilin šećera i soka 3 naranče. Zakuhajte, smanjite vatru na srednju pa ostavite da vrije 5 minuta. Dodajte štapić cimeta i ostavite da se ohladi. Ako ne želite izrazitu aromu cimeta, nakon nekog vremena ga uklonite, u protivnom ostavite cimet u sirupu dok se ne ohladi. U nedostatku štapića koristite cimet u prahu, 1/4 žličice je dovoljno.

Izmiksajte jaja s preostalim šećerom i vanilin šećerom. Dodajte otopljeni maslac (malo sačuvajte za premazivanje kalupa), jogurt, koricu jedne naranče i sok od tri te dobro izmiksajte. Tek tada ubacite i prašak za pecivo pa sve još jednom dobro izmiješajte.

Kore za pitu dobro usitnite rukama i ubacite u smjesu s jajima i jogurtom pa sve istresite u kalup koji ste prethodno premazali otopljenim maslacem. Pecite u pećnici zagrijanoj na 180 stupnjeva oko pola sata. Vrući kolač izrežite na kocke pa ga zalijte ohlađenim sirupom.

Pustite da se sirup dobro upije pa tek tada poslužite, ali bilo bi najbolje da kolač najprije prenoći, po mogućnosti u hladnjaku.

Kolač od cijele naranče 

Sastojci:

220 g brašna
150 g šećera
150 ml ulja
3 jaja
1 naranča
1 vrećica praška za pecivo

Priprema:

Naranču operite, obrišite pa je sitno sameljite. Trebali biste dobiti oko 300 g kašaste smjese - ako ste dobili manje, usitnite još polovicu naranče pa odmjerite onoliko koliko nedostaje do 300 g.

Izmiksajte jaja sa šećerom, kad smjesa naraste i posvijetli dolijte ulje pa još malo miksajte, a zatim dodajte 300 g naranče te sve dobro promiješajte.

Prosijte brašno s praškom za pecivo pa ih postupno dodajte smjesi s jajima. Promiješajte da se tijesto ujednači, a zatim ga ulijte u uski kalup obložen papirom za pečenje.

Pecite u pećnici zagrijanoj na 180-200 stupnjeva 40-45 minuta, a potpuno ohlađen kolač pospite šećerom u prahu ili ga prelijte glazurom od 100 g šećera u prahu pomiješanog sa sokom pola naranče.
