Mlade osobe s posebnim potrebama koji traže svoje mjesto u društvu, a posebice priliku za samostalan život, stigle su ovog tjedna u ŠKMER Kuharsku Akademiju. Petero korisnika splitskog Centar za odgoj i obrazovanje “Juraj Bonači“, kuhalo je s profesionalnim chefovima, okušalo se biti dijelom pravog kuharskog tima, pokazati što znaju i naučiti nešto novo. "U sklopu projekta Šefova kuhinja mediteranskih i europskih regija (ŠKMER) poticanja i razvoja društvenog poduzetništva Kuhinja znanja, planiramo zapošljavanje jedne mlade osobe koja je u izrazito nepovoljnom položaju. Odlučili smo se da to bude osoba s invaliditetom. Stoga smo u suradnji s Centrom "Juraj Bonači", ustanovom koja pruža socijalne i obrazovne usluge djeci s teškoćama u razvoju te odraslim osobama s intelektualnim oštećenjima, organizirali ovu kuharsku radionicu.

Štićenici su proveli ugodno vrijeme, nešto naučili, a istovremeno i mi smo dobili mogućnost da u realnom kuhinjskom okruženju pronađemo kandidata koji bi mogao biti naš budući djelatnik" - kazala je Alma Harašić Bremec, voditeljica ŠKMER Kuharske Akademije i projekta Kuhinja znanja. Ekipa iz Juraja Bonačija pripremala je s timom chefa Željka Nevena Bremeca domaće njoke s lososom, peciva, salatu i rožata, a radionica je održana u sklopu edukacijskog paketa projekta Kuhinja znanja (UP.02.3.1.03.0137.)/Jačanje poslovanja društvenih poduzetnika – faza I sufinanciranog kroz program „Učinkoviti ljudski potencijali“ u sklopu Europskog socijalnog fonda, „Zajedno do fondova EU“. Riječ je o projektu kojem je glavni cilj je da se unaprijede znanja i vještine zaposlenika ŠKMER-a, te zaposle mlade osobe, posebice one u nepovoljnom položaju. U ŠKMER Akademiji bile su dvije djevojke, korisnice organiziranog stanovanja u Splitu i Makarskoj, u dobi 21 i 32 godine, te tri štićenika "Juraja Bonačija" od 17 do 20 godina, od kojih dvojica uče za pomoćnog kuhara. "Svaki izlazak naših štićenika iz ustanove i njihove svakodnevice je dobrobit i motivacija da iskorače u nešto novo. Dolazak su ŠKMER Akademiju omogućio im je da steknu drugačija iskustva, kao i značajne benefite po pitanju socijalizacije i napredovanja u stjecanju vještina. No, ključno zbog čega su danas tu, a to je ono što žele većina mladih u njihovim godinama, jest živjeti samostalan vlastiti život.

Postoji generalno strah u društvu od osoba s invaliditetom, stoga ih je nužno istinski upoznati, omogućiti im rad, biti s njima u izravnom odnosu, a ne samo se s takvim osobama susretati se preko televizije i medija" - istaknula je Vedran Tomić, edukacijski rehabilitator Centra "Juraj Bonači". I socijalna radnica ove ustanove, Karmela Petrović, koja je stigla u ŠKMER u pratnji štićenika, ističe kako u okruženju van centra omogućava se vidljivost osoba s invaliditetom, a time i senzibiliziranje javnosti. "Svaki od naših korisnika ima svoje vrijednosti koje trebaju biti prepoznate od okoline. Oni mogu biti aktivni i korisni članovi društva. Uglavnom je smisao da ih ne ograničavamo i da im otvorimo prostor da se realiziraju, da se pokažu učinkovitim i da mogu doprinositi" - dodala je Petrović. Kroz projekt Kuhinju znanja započet krajem 2021. godine već su zaposlene u ŠKMER-u dvije mlade osobe, uključene u razvoj posebnih edukacijska paketa kojima se obrazuju nastavnici i mentori u ugostiteljstvu, djeca i mladi te sami zaposlenici udruge.

Dodajmo, Centar za odgoj i obrazovanje“ Juraj Bonači“ Split ustanova je koja pruža socijalne usluge djeci s teškoćama u razvoju te odraslim osobama s intelektualnim oštećenjima te provodi djelatnost osnovnoškolskog i srednjoškolskog odgoja, obrazovanja i osposobljavanja djece s teškoćama u razvoju. Skrbi o 650 korisnika.

Projekt “KUHINJA ZNANJA”/Jačanje poslovanja društvenih poduzetnika – faza I. sufinancirala je Europska unija iz Europskog socijalnog fonda. Projekt je sufinancirao i Ured za udruge Republike Hrvatske. Ukupna vrijednost projekta Kuhinja znanja (UP.02.3.1.03.0137.) iznosi 1.532.220,16 HRK, od čega je 1.279.693,52 HRK osigurano iz Europskog socijalnog fonda te 176.768,57 HRK iz državnog proračuna Republike Hrvatske. Sadržaj objave isključiva je odgovornost udruge Šefovi kuhinja mediteranskih i europskih regija.

Mlade osobe s posebnim potrebama koji traže svoje mjesto u društvu, a posebice priliku za samostalan život, stigle su ovog tjedna u ŠKMER Kuharsku Akademiju. Petero korisnika splitskog Centar za odgoj i obrazovanje “Juraj Bonači“, kuhalo je s profesionalnim chefovima, okušalo se biti dijelom pravog kuharskog tima, pokazati što znaju i naučiti nešto novo. "U sklopu projekta Šefova kuhinja mediteranskih i europskih regija (ŠKMER) poticanja i razvoja društvenog poduzetništva Kuhinja znanja, planiramo zapošljavanje jedne mlade osobe koja je u izrazito nepovoljnom položaju. Odlučili smo se da to bude osoba s invaliditetom. Stoga smo u suradnji s Centrom "Juraj Bonači", ustanovom koja pruža socijalne i obrazovne usluge djeci s teškoćama u razvoju te odraslim osobama s intelektualnim oštećenjima, organizirali ovu kuharsku radionicu.

Štićenici su proveli ugodno vrijeme, nešto naučili, a istovremeno i mi smo dobili mogućnost da u realnom kuhinjskom okruženju pronađemo kandidata koji bi mogao biti naš budući djelatnik" - kazala je Alma Harašić Bremec, voditeljica ŠKMER Kuharske Akademije i projekta Kuhinja znanja. Ekipa iz Juraja Bonačija pripremala je s timom chefa Željka Nevena Bremeca domaće njoke s lososom, peciva, salatu i rožata, a radionica je održana u sklopu edukacijskog paketa projekta Kuhinja znanja (UP.02.3.1.03.0137.)/Jačanje poslovanja društvenih poduzetnika – faza I sufinanciranog kroz program „Učinkoviti ljudski potencijali“ u sklopu Europskog socijalnog fonda, „Zajedno do fondova EU“. Riječ je o projektu kojem je glavni cilj je da se unaprijede znanja i vještine zaposlenika ŠKMER-a, te zaposle mlade osobe, posebice one u nepovoljnom položaju. U ŠKMER Akademiji bile su dvije djevojke, korisnice organiziranog stanovanja u Splitu i Makarskoj, u dobi 21 i 32 godine, te tri štićenika "Juraja Bonačija" od 17 do 20 godina, od kojih dvojica uče za pomoćnog kuhara. "Svaki izlazak naših štićenika iz ustanove i njihove svakodnevice je dobrobit i motivacija da iskorače u nešto novo. Dolazak su ŠKMER Akademiju omogućio im je da steknu drugačija iskustva, kao i značajne benefite po pitanju socijalizacije i napredovanja u stjecanju vještina. No, ključno zbog čega su danas tu, a to je ono što žele većina mladih u njihovim godinama, jest živjeti samostalan vlastiti život.

Postoji generalno strah u društvu od osoba s invaliditetom, stoga ih je nužno istinski upoznati, omogućiti im rad, biti s njima u izravnom odnosu, a ne samo se s takvim osobama susretati se preko televizije i medija" - istaknula je Vedran Tomić, edukacijski rehabilitator Centra "Juraj Bonači". I socijalna radnica ove ustanove, Karmela Petrović, koja je stigla u ŠKMER u pratnji štićenika, ističe kako u okruženju van centra omogućava se vidljivost osoba s invaliditetom, a time i senzibiliziranje javnosti. "Svaki od naših korisnika ima svoje vrijednosti koje trebaju biti prepoznate od okoline. Oni mogu biti aktivni i korisni članovi društva. Uglavnom je smisao da ih ne ograničavamo i da im otvorimo prostor da se realiziraju, da se pokažu učinkovitim i da mogu doprinositi" - dodala je Petrović. Kroz projekt Kuhinju znanja započet krajem 2021. godine već su zaposlene u ŠKMER-u dvije mlade osobe, uključene u razvoj posebnih edukacijska paketa kojima se obrazuju nastavnici i mentori u ugostiteljstvu, djeca i mladi te sami zaposlenici udruge.

Dodajmo, Centar za odgoj i obrazovanje“ Juraj Bonači“ Split ustanova je koja pruža socijalne usluge djeci s teškoćama u razvoju te odraslim osobama s intelektualnim oštećenjima te provodi djelatnost osnovnoškolskog i srednjoškolskog odgoja, obrazovanja i osposobljavanja djece s teškoćama u razvoju. Skrbi o 650 korisnika.

Projekt “KUHINJA ZNANJA”/Jačanje poslovanja društvenih poduzetnika – faza I. sufinancirala je Europska unija iz Europskog socijalnog fonda. Projekt je sufinancirao i Ured za udruge Republike Hrvatske. Ukupna vrijednost projekta Kuhinja znanja (UP.02.3.1.03.0137.) iznosi 1.532.220,16 HRK, od čega je 1.279.693,52 HRK osigurano iz Europskog socijalnog fonda te 176.768,57 HRK iz državnog proračuna Republike Hrvatske. Sadržaj objave isključiva je odgovornost udruge Šefovi kuhinja mediteranskih i europskih regija.

Mlade osobe s posebnim potrebama koji traže svoje mjesto u društvu, a posebice priliku za samostalan život, stigle su ovog tjedna u ŠKMER Kuharsku Akademiju. Petero korisnika splitskog Centar za odgoj i obrazovanje “Juraj Bonači“, kuhalo je s profesionalnim chefovima, okušalo se biti dijelom pravog kuharskog tima, pokazati što znaju i naučiti nešto novo. "U sklopu projekta Šefova kuhinja mediteranskih i europskih regija (ŠKMER) poticanja i razvoja društvenog poduzetništva Kuhinja znanja, planiramo zapošljavanje jedne mlade osobe koja je u izrazito nepovoljnom položaju. Odlučili smo se da to bude osoba s invaliditetom.
