Kako bi spriječila preopterećenje bolnica, Njemačka u borbi protiv koronavirusa uvodi strategiju koju je izabrala Južna Koreja, temeljenu na većem testiranju građana i smještanju oboljelih u karantene. 

Često isticana kao primjer u Europi zbog svojeg pristupa epidemiji, Njemačka već provodi između 300 i 500 tisuća testiranja na koronavirus na tjedan, više nego njezini europski susjedi, posebice Francuska koja testira samo teško oboljele.

Vlada kancelarke Angele Merkel ne misli na tome stati: u dokumentu ministarstva unutarnjih poslova, koji je objavilo nekoliko medija, predviđa se strategija po uzoru na Južnu Koreju, s ne manje od 200 tisuća testiranja na dan.

Ubuduće bi se tako mogli testirati svi oni koji misle da imaju Covid-19, kao i sve osobe koje su možda bile u kontaktu s oboljelim, navodi se u dokumentu.

Testiranja se u ovome trenutku provode na oboljelima koji su bili u kontaktu s pozitivnom osobom.

Geolociranje

U dokumentu se također ocjenjuje da je geolociranje, što je koristio Seul, "dugoročno neizbježno" kako bi se stanovništvu omogućilo da prati mjesta na kojima se nalaze osobe koje su pozitivne na koronavirus.

"Južna Koreja može biti primjer unatoč razlikama između kultura dviju zemalja", ocijenio je u nedjelju u razgovoru za dnevnik FAZ dužnosnik Instituta Roberta Kocha zadužen za vođenje borbe protiv epidemije u Njemačkoj, Lothar Wieler.

Posebice je naglasio "geolociranje".

U Njemačkoj je s tim u vezi već počela živa rasprava, jer je pitanje zaštite osobnih podataka Nijemcima sveto nakon dviju diktatura u 20. stoljeću.

Južna Koreja ističe se kao primjer zadnjih tjedana jer provodi masovna testiranja, izolira zaražene i tehnološki prati građane kako bi pronašla i testirala ljude s kojima su zaraženi bili u kontaktu.

U ovoj fazi Njemačka ima 389 umrlih na oko 52.547 slučajeva zaraze, što je stopa smrtnosti od samo 0,7 posto, pa situacija nije ni izbliza toliko dramatična kao u drugim zemljama.

Wieler ipak ne isključuje da bi zemlja na kraju mogla doživjeti talijanski scenarij, s bolnicama preplavljenima oboljelima.

Premda Njemačka ima "izvrstan zdravstveni sustav, možda jedan od najboljih na svijetu" po riječima Angele Merkel, pandemija je razotkrila njegove slabosti.

Njemačka posjeduje više od 25.000 kreveta s respiratorima. Ali "zadnjih mjeseci, neki kreveti na intenzivnoj njezi stavljeni su izvan funkcije, jer nije bilo dovoljno stručnog osoblja", rekao je Reinhard Busse, stručnjak za ekonomiju zdravlja na Berlinskom tehničkom sveučilištu.

Već nekoliko godina nepopunjeno je 17.000 radnih mjesta za medicinske sestre.

Situacija je takva da su mnoge bolničke ustanove, uključujući berlinski Charité, jednu od najvećih sveučilišnih bolnica u Europi, morale pozvati u pomoć studente medicine ili umirovljenike iz tog sektora.

Otkazivanje operacija

"Čak i prije krize zbog koronavirusa, operacije se moralo otkazivati zbog manjka osoblja", rekao je Uwe Lübking, zadužen za politike tržišta rada pri Njemačkom udruženju gradova i općina.

A kada su radna mjesta i popunjena, medicinske sestre moraju gotovo četiri sata na dan rješavati papirologiju jer Njemačka kasni u digitalizaciji administrativnih poslova, žali se Njemačko bolničko društvo.

Skreće se pozornost i na model financiranja bolnica i klinika, u kojem se plaća po učinku, s fiksnim iznosom po operaciji. Uveden 2003., takav model može poticati ustanove da kao na tvorničkoj traci izvode neke operacije koje se može planirati unaprijed, kao što su ugradnja proteza kuka ili koljena, nauštrb hitnih slučajeva.

U pismu poslanom gotovo 2000 ravnatelja bolnica i klinika, njemački ministar zdravlja Jens Spahn ih je 14. ožujka službeno zatražio da to prestanu činiti.

Drugi veliki problem u zemlji čije je stanovništvo sve starije odlazak je velikog dijela od gotovo 200.000 kućnih njegovateljica iz Poljske, Ukrajine ili baltičkih zemalja koje svakodnevno pomažu između 300 i 500 tisuća starijih, što bi moglo izazvati novu sanitarnu katastrofu.

Kako bi spriječila preopterećenje bolnica, Njemačka u borbi protiv koronavirusa uvodi strategiju koju je izabrala Južna Koreja, temeljenu na većem testiranju građana i smještanju oboljelih u karantene. 

Često isticana kao primjer u Europi zbog svojeg pristupa epidemiji, Njemačka već provodi između 300 i 500 tisuća testiranja na koronavirus na tjedan, više nego njezini europski susjedi, posebice Francuska koja testira samo teško oboljele.

Vlada kancelarke Angele Merkel ne misli na tome stati: u dokumentu ministarstva unutarnjih poslova, koji je objavilo nekoliko medija, predviđa se strategija po uzoru na Južnu Koreju, s ne manje od 200 tisuća testiranja na dan.

Ubuduće bi se tako mogli testirati svi oni koji misle da imaju Covid-19, kao i sve osobe koje su možda bile u kontaktu s oboljelim, navodi se u dokumentu.

Testiranja se u ovome trenutku provode na oboljelima koji su bili u kontaktu s pozitivnom osobom.

Geolociranje

U dokumentu se također ocjenjuje da je geolociranje, što je koristio Seul, "dugoročno neizbježno" kako bi se stanovništvu omogućilo da prati mjesta na kojima se nalaze osobe koje su pozitivne na koronavirus.

"Južna Koreja može biti primjer unatoč razlikama između kultura dviju zemalja", ocijenio je u nedjelju u razgovoru za dnevnik FAZ dužnosnik Instituta Roberta Kocha zadužen za vođenje borbe protiv epidemije u Njemačkoj, Lothar Wieler.

Posebice je naglasio "geolociranje".

U Njemačkoj je s tim u vezi već počela živa rasprava, jer je pitanje zaštite osobnih podataka Nijemcima sveto nakon dviju diktatura u 20. stoljeću.

Južna Koreja ističe se kao primjer zadnjih tjedana jer provodi masovna testiranja, izolira zaražene i tehnološki prati građane kako bi pronašla i testirala ljude s kojima su zaraženi bili u kontaktu.

U ovoj fazi Njemačka ima 389 umrlih na oko 52.547 slučajeva zaraze, što je stopa smrtnosti od samo 0,7 posto, pa situacija nije ni izbliza toliko dramatična kao u drugim zemljama.

Wieler ipak ne isključuje da bi zemlja na kraju mogla doživjeti talijanski scenarij, s bolnicama preplavljenima oboljelima.

Premda Njemačka ima "izvrstan zdravstveni sustav, možda jedan od najboljih na svijetu" po riječima Angele Merkel, pandemija je razotkrila njegove slabosti.

Njemačka posjeduje više od 25.000 kreveta s respiratorima. Ali "zadnjih mjeseci, neki kreveti na intenzivnoj njezi stavljeni su izvan funkcije, jer nije bilo dovoljno stručnog osoblja", rekao je Reinhard Busse, stručnjak za ekonomiju zdravlja na Berlinskom tehničkom sveučilištu.

Već nekoliko godina nepopunjeno je 17.000 radnih mjesta za medicinske sestre.

Situacija je takva da su mnoge bolničke ustanove, uključujući berlinski Charité, jednu od najvećih sveučilišnih bolnica u Europi, morale pozvati u pomoć studente medicine ili umirovljenike iz tog sektora.

Otkazivanje operacija

"Čak i prije krize zbog koronavirusa, operacije se moralo otkazivati zbog manjka osoblja", rekao je Uwe Lübking, zadužen za politike tržišta rada pri Njemačkom udruženju gradova i općina.

A kada su radna mjesta i popunjena, medicinske sestre moraju gotovo četiri sata na dan rješavati papirologiju jer Njemačka kasni u digitalizaciji administrativnih poslova, žali se Njemačko bolničko društvo.

Skreće se pozornost i na model financiranja bolnica i klinika, u kojem se plaća po učinku, s fiksnim iznosom po operaciji. Uveden 2003., takav model može poticati ustanove da kao na tvorničkoj traci izvode neke operacije koje se može planirati unaprijed, kao što su ugradnja proteza kuka ili koljena, nauštrb hitnih slučajeva.

U pismu poslanom gotovo 2000 ravnatelja bolnica i klinika, njemački ministar zdravlja Jens Spahn ih je 14. ožujka službeno zatražio da to prestanu činiti.

Drugi veliki problem u zemlji čije je stanovništvo sve starije odlazak je velikog dijela od gotovo 200.000 kućnih njegovateljica iz Poljske, Ukrajine ili baltičkih zemalja koje svakodnevno pomažu između 300 i 500 tisuća starijih, što bi moglo izazvati novu sanitarnu katastrofu.

Njemačka izabrala južnokorejsku strategiju protiv koronavirusa: evo što to znači u praksi, posebno je naglašeno geolociranje

Kako bi spriječila preopterećenje bolnica, Njemačka u borbi protiv koronavirusa uvodi strategiju koju je izabrala Južna Koreja, temeljenu na većem testiranju građana i smještanju oboljelih u karantene. 

Često isticana kao primjer u Europi zbog svojeg pristupa epidemiji, Njemačka već provodi između 300 i 500 tisuća testiranja na koronavirus na tjedan, više nego njezini europski susjedi, posebice Francuska koja testira samo teško oboljele.

Vlada kancelarke Angele Merkel ne misli na tome stati: u dokumentu ministarstva unutarnjih poslova, koji je objavilo nekoliko medija, predviđa se strategija po uzoru na Južnu Koreju, s ne manje od 200 tisuća testiranja na dan.

Ubuduće bi se tako mogli testirati svi oni koji misle da imaju Covid-19, kao i sve osobe koje su možda bile...
