Govoreći pred talijanskim parlamentom, talijanski ministar obrane Guido Crosetto rekao je kako ubuduće vojnu pomoć Ukrajini treba vezati uz "ispregovarani dogovor". Crosettova poruka o "strategiji na dvije tračnice" - nastavak financiranja vojne pomoći uz mirovne pregovore - dosad je najozbiljnija službena promjena stava nekog od važnih političara iz tri najveće članice EU, koje zapravo definiraju prevladavajuće tonove zajedničkih politika EU, piše Jutarnji list.

- Moramo biti realistični, ne možemo ignorirati vojnu situaciju na terenu… Vremena nam govore da bi trebali imati učinkovitu diplomatsku akciju - poručio je Crosetto, inače bivši predsjednik Federacije talijanskih kompanija u obrani i sigurnosti, odnosno biznismen koji je u politici krenuo kao kršćanski-demokrat, da bi promijenio niz partija i talijanskih političkih pokreta.

Nakon invazije na Ukrajinu bio je, uz sadašnju talijansku premijerku Giorgiju Meloni, jedan od najglasnijih u podršci Volodimiru Zelenskom i kritikama Vladimira Putina. Za njega bilo tko teško može reći da je "ruski igrač".

Potez Crosetta je, objektivno gledano, očekivan. Bilo je samo pitanje vremena kad će se netko važan iz vrha politike u velikim članicama EU odlučiti na važan iskorak te emitirati poruku o nužnosti da se zaustavi gomilanje ljudskih žrtava i razaranja.

Financial Times kontekst njegove izjave opisuje umjerenim tonom iako je to u suštini senzacionalan preokret.

- Italija se dugo vidjela kao most između Rusije i zapadne Europe, s obzirom na snažne odnose talijanske komunističke partije sa Sovjetskim Savezom tijekom hladnog rata. Kad je Moskva 2022. pokrenula invaziju Ukrajine punog opsega, mnogi su se bojali da bi se Rim mogao pokazati kao slaba karika, osobito nakon neočekivanog pada vlade bivšeg premijera Marija Draghija, događaja u kojem su mnogi Talijani posumnjali da ima ruske ruke. Ali Giorgia Meloni, desničarska premijerka koja je naslijedila Draghija, žestoko je osudila rusku agresiju i pružila podršku Zelenskom, predsjedniku Ukrajine. Crosetto je inzistirao na tome da njegov poziv na diplomaciju ne odražava slabljenje podrške Rima Kijevu ili njegovu odlučnost da postigne ‘pravedan mir‘ i upozorio da bi napuštanje Ukrajine imalo velike posljedice za europsku sigurnost - piše Financial Times.

Može se očekivati da će se u tjednima koji dolaze broj sličnih izjava europskih političara povećati. Bit će intrigantno pratiti hoće li ili ne doći do brze prilagodbe službenih stavova premijera Andreja Plenkovića i ministra vanjskih poslova Gorana Grlića Radmana o mirovnim pregovorima kao rješenju za stradanja i razaranja. RH je na drugom važnom vanjskopolitičkom primjeru (razaranja u Gazi) pokazala kako u kratkom razdoblju zna emitirati potpuno oprečne javne poruke oko važnih diplomatskih pitanja, a kao što je bilo glasanje u UN-u o primirju u Gazi.

Govoreći pred talijanskim parlamentom, talijanski ministar obrane Guido Crosetto rekao je kako ubuduće vojnu pomoć Ukrajini treba vezati uz "ispregovarani dogovor". Crosettova poruka o "strategiji na dvije tračnice" - nastavak financiranja vojne pomoći uz mirovne pregovore - dosad je najozbiljnija službena promjena stava nekog od važnih političara iz tri najveće članice EU, koje zapravo definiraju prevladavajuće tonove zajedničkih politika EU, piše Jutarnji list.

- Moramo biti realistični, ne možemo ignorirati vojnu situaciju na terenu… Vremena nam govore da bi trebali imati učinkovitu diplomatsku akciju - poručio je Crosetto, inače bivši predsjednik Federacije talijanskih kompanija u obrani i sigurnosti, odnosno biznismen koji je u politici krenuo kao kršćanski-demokrat, da bi promijenio niz partija i talijanskih političkih pokreta.

Nakon invazije na Ukrajinu bio je, uz sadašnju talijansku premijerku Giorgiju Meloni, jedan od najglasnijih u podršci Volodimiru Zelenskom i kritikama Vladimira Putina. Za njega bilo tko teško može reći da je "ruski igrač".

Potez Crosetta je, objektivno gledano, očekivan. Bilo je samo pitanje vremena kad će se netko važan iz vrha politike u velikim članicama EU odlučiti na važan iskorak te emitirati poruku o nužnosti da se zaustavi gomilanje ljudskih žrtava i razaranja.

Financial Times kontekst njegove izjave opisuje umjerenim tonom iako je to u suštini senzacionalan preokret.

- Italija se dugo vidjela kao most između Rusije i zapadne Europe, s obzirom na snažne odnose talijanske komunističke partije sa Sovjetskim Savezom tijekom hladnog rata. Kad je Moskva 2022. pokrenula invaziju Ukrajine punog opsega, mnogi su se bojali da bi se Rim mogao pokazati kao slaba karika, osobito nakon neočekivanog pada vlade bivšeg premijera Marija Draghija, događaja u kojem su mnogi Talijani posumnjali da ima ruske ruke. RH je na drugom važnom vanjskopolitičkom primjeru (razaranja u Gazi) pokazala kako u kratkom razdoblju zna emitirati potpuno oprečne javne poruke oko važnih diplomatskih pitanja, a kao što je bilo glasanje u UN-u o primirju u Gazi.

Govoreći pred talijanskim parlamentom, talijanski ministar obrane Guido Crosetto rekao je kako ubuduće vojnu pomoć Ukrajini treba vezati uz "ispregovarani dogovor". Crosettova poruka o "strategiji na dvije tračnice" - nastavak financiranja vojne pomoći uz mirovne pregovore - dosad je najozbiljnija službena promjena stava nekog od važnih političara iz tri najveće članice EU, koje zapravo definiraju prevladavajuće tonove zajedničkih politika EU, piše Jutarnji list.

- Moramo biti realistični, ne možemo ignorirati vojnu situaciju na terenu… Vremena nam govore da bi trebali imati učinkovitu diplomatsku akciju - poručio je Crosetto, inače bivši predsjednik Federacije talijanskih kompanija u obrani i sigurnosti, odnosno biznismen koji je u politici krenuo kao kršćanski-demokrat, da bi promijenio niz partija i talijanskih političkih pokreta.

Nakon invazije na Ukrajinu bio je, uz sadašnju talijansku premijerku Giorgiju Meloni, jedan od najglasnijih u podršci Volodimiru Zelenskom i kritikama Vladimira Putina. Za njega bilo tko teško može reći da je "ruski igrač".

Potez Crosetta je, objektivno gledano, očekivan. Bilo je samo pitanje vremena kad će se netko važan iz vrha politike u velikim članicama EU odlučiti na važan iskorak te emitirati poruku o nužnosti da se zaustavi gomilanje ljudskih žrtava i razaranja.

Financial Times kontekst njegove izjave opisuje umjerenim tonom iako je to u suštini senzacionalan preokret.

- Italija se dugo vidjela kao most između Rusije i zapadne Europe, s obzirom na snažne odnose talijanske komunističke partije sa Sovjetskim Savezom tijekom hladnog rata. Kad je Moskva 2022. pokrenula invaziju Ukrajine punog opsega, mnogi su se bojali da bi se Rim mogao pokazati kao slaba karika, osobito nakon neočekivanog pada vlade bivšeg premijera Marija Draghija, događaja u kojem su mnogi Talijani posumnjali da ima ruske ruke.
