Američka vlada ima obavještajne podatke koji pokazuju da Rusija stoji iza dizanja u zrak brane Nova Kahovka, prema riječima dvojice američkih i jednog zapadnog dužnosnika, javlja NBC.

Administracija američkog predsjednika Joea Bidena, kako se navodi, radila je na deklasificiranju nekih obavještajnih podataka i njihovom dijeljenju već u utorak poslijepodne.

Zapadni dužnosnik istaknuo je kako se čini da će kolaps brane vjerojatno otežati ukrajinskim snagama prelaženje rijeke.

Istovremeno, Andrij Jermak, šef kabineta ukrajinskog predsjednika Volodimira Zelenskog, izjavio je da ne razumije kako može postojati bilo kakva sumnja u to jesu li ruske snage digle u zrak branu Nova Kahovka. U izjavi za The Guardian, viši pomoćnik Zelenskog rekao je da brana nije mogla biti uništena granatiranjem ili "bilo kojim drugim vanjskim utjecajem".

"Jutros u 2:50 ujutro ruske su snage digle u zrak hidroelektranu Kahovka i njezinu branu. Ne razumijem kako može postojati bilo kakva sumnja u to. Obje građevine nalaze se na teritorijima pod privremenom ruskom okupacijom. Niti granatiranje niti bilo koji drugi vanjski utjecaj nije mogao uništiti građevine. Eksplozija je došla iznutra", naveo je u izjavi šef ukrajinske predsjedničke administracije.

"Znamo da su ruske snage minirale hidroelektranu u prvim danima invazije, tako da je unaprijed smišljena eksplozija jedino prihvatljivo objašnjenje. Sve alternativne teorije su ništa manje od lažnih ruskih propagandnih narativa".

Oleksij Danilov, tajnik Ukrajinskog vijeća za nacionalnu sigurnost i obranu, u međuvremenu je čak i točno imenovao rusku jedinicu za koju tvrdi da je digla u zrak branu. On tvrdi je da za čin odgovorna ruska 205. motorizirana streljačka brigada. U komentaru za ukrajinsku novinsku kuću Liga, ustvrdio je da su pripadnici brigade bili stacionirani u elektrani u blizini Nove Kahovke pod ruskom okupacijom i kontrolirali postrojenje.

Daša Zarivna, viša savjetnica u ukrajinskom predsjedničkom uredu, koja je rođena i odrasla u Hersonu, rekla je da se radi o ruskom ratnom zločinu. "Bombardiranje brane je još jedan ruski ratni zločin bez presedana protiv Ukrajine, koji će imati katastrofalne posljedice i za njezino stanovništvo i za druge zemlje. To uključuje ekološke i gospodarske posljedice, veliki rizik od radioaktivnog zračenja i daljnje ozbiljno narušavanje sigurnosti hrane", rekla je ona.

"Prošlog listopada predsjednik Zelenski je rekao: ‘Svi svjetski čelnici trebaju dati Rusiji do znanja da će teroristički napad na hidroelektranu Kahovka biti izjednačen s uporabom oružja za masovno uništenje‘. Sada se to dogodilo. Svjetski čelnici moraju prepoznati tu istovjetnost i sada moraju djelovati odlučno. Bitno je što potpunije izolirati terorističku državu. Sve ekonomske veze s Rusijom izvan humanitarnih aktivnosti trebale bi se smatrati sudjelovanjem u njezinim ratnim zločinima", rekla je Zarivna.

Američka vlada ima obavještajne podatke koji pokazuju da Rusija stoji iza dizanja u zrak brane Nova Kahovka, prema riječima dvojice američkih i jednog zapadnog dužnosnika, javlja NBC.

Administracija američkog predsjednika Joea Bidena, kako se navodi, radila je na deklasificiranju nekih obavještajnih podataka i njihovom dijeljenju već u utorak poslijepodne.

Istovremeno, Andrij Jermak, šef kabineta ukrajinskog predsjednika Volodimira Zelenskog, izjavio je da ne razumije kako može postojati bilo kakva sumnja u to jesu li ruske snage digle u zrak branu Nova Kahovka. U izjavi za The Guardian, viši pomoćnik Zelenskog rekao je da brana nije mogla biti uništena granatiranjem ili "bilo kojim drugim vanjskim utjecajem".

"Jutros u 2:50 ujutro ruske su snage digle u zrak hidroelektranu Kahovka i njezinu branu. Ne razumijem kako može postojati bilo kakva sumnja u to. Obje građevine nalaze se na teritorijima pod privremenom ruskom okupacijom. Niti granatiranje niti bilo koji drugi vanjski utjecaj nije mogao uništiti građevine. Eksplozija je došla iznutra", naveo je u izjavi šef ukrajinske predsjedničke administracije.

"Znamo da su ruske snage minirale hidroelektranu u prvim danima invazije, tako da je unaprijed smišljena eksplozija jedino prihvatljivo objašnjenje. Sve alternativne teorije su ništa manje od lažnih ruskih propagandnih narativa".

Oleksij Danilov, tajnik Ukrajinskog vijeća za nacionalnu sigurnost i obranu, u međuvremenu je čak i točno imenovao rusku jedinicu za koju tvrdi da je digla u zrak branu. On tvrdi je da za čin odgovorna ruska 205. motorizirana streljačka brigada. U komentaru za ukrajinsku novinsku kuću Liga, ustvrdio je da su pripadnici brigade bili stacionirani u elektrani u blizini Nove Kahovke pod ruskom okupacijom i kontrolirali postrojenje.

Daša Zarivna, viša savjetnica u ukrajinskom predsjedničkom uredu, koja je rođena i odrasla u Hersonu, rekla je da se radi o ruskom ratnom zločinu. "Bombardiranje brane je još jedan ruski ratni zločin bez presedana protiv Ukrajine, koji će imati katastrofalne posljedice i za njezino stanovništvo i za druge zemlje. To uključuje ekološke i gospodarske posljedice, veliki rizik od radioaktivnog zračenja i daljnje ozbiljno narušavanje sigurnosti hrane", rekla je ona.

"Prošlog listopada predsjednik Zelenski je rekao: ‘Svi svjetski čelnici trebaju dati Rusiji do znanja da će teroristički napad na hidroelektranu Kahovka biti izjednačen s uporabom oružja za masovno uništenje‘. Sada se to dogodilo. Svjetski čelnici moraju prepoznati tu istovjetnost i sada moraju djelovati odlučno. Bitno je što potpunije izolirati terorističku državu. Sve ekonomske veze s Rusijom izvan humanitarnih aktivnosti trebale bi se smatrati sudjelovanjem u njezinim ratnim zločinima", rekla je Zarivna.

Američka vlada ima obavještajne podatke koji pokazuju da Rusija stoji iza dizanja u zrak brane Nova Kahovka, prema riječima dvojice američkih i jednog zapadnog dužnosnika, javlja NBC.

Administracija američkog predsjednika Joea Bidena, kako se navodi, radila je na deklasificiranju nekih obavještajnih podataka i njihovom dijeljenju već u utorak poslijepodne.
