'Zdravstveni sustav Srbije službeno je pukao', kazao je u novom danu srpske N1 televizije anesteziolog i predsjednik Sindikata liječnika i ljekarnika Srbije Rade Panić, podsjećajući na izjavu ministra zdravlja Zlatibora Lončara da je trenutno koronavirusom zaraženo 2.340 zdravstvenih radnika.
Liječnik kaže da je trenutna situacija 'jako, jako loša', i treba hitno reagirati jer "u Srbiji ne da neće biti mjesta u bolnicama, nego ga u Covid bolnicama već nema'.
Upozorava kako što prije treba poduzeti znatno oštrije mjere od postojećih.
- Čujete da sam vrlo uzbuđen. Jučer sam bio u situaciji kakva se događala u Italiji. U svom profesionalnom vijeku nisam očekivao da ću doći u takvu situaciju, nisam imao mjesta za ljude koje mi u medicini smatramo mladima, niti sam ih imao gdje transportirati - vidno potresen kaže Panić koji trenutno radi u 'crvenoj zoni' i dodaje da je situacija gora nego u lipnju, da kliničke slike pacijenata postaju teže...
- Više je mladih ljudi, ogroman je broj oboljelih i nismo baš uspješni u liječenju u intenzivnoj njezi, velika je smrtnost kad pacijent dođe u najteže stanje - ispričao je liječnik.
- Nemoć koju sam osjetio osjećaju svi zdravstveni radnici širom Srbije, i za to je odgovoran ministar Lončar... s mjerama se kasni mjesec dana, a ne znam zašto Krizni stožer ne zasjeda u ovoj izvanrednoj, izvanrednoj situaciji 24 sata dnevno. To je obveza Kriznog stožera, pozivam ih da se probude, ako ne znaju što se događa u Srbiji, da zamole za službene automobile i da se provozaju i vide šta se dešava - ukazuje Panić.
- Ne pričam o zaključavanju, ali ako je situacija takva da nema novca, da se neće zaposliti svi raspoloživi (zdravstveni) kadrovi s biroa, onda to treba jasno reći građanima Srbije, zamoliti ih da istrpe tri tjedna zaključavanja, kako bi na proljeće mogli reći da i dalje funkcioniramo - kaže zabrinuti liječnik.
Dodaje kako misli da može i bez zaključavanja, ali da bi to od vlasti onda zahtijevalo da se prestanubaviti izbornom kampanjom i da se isključivo bave donošenjem i sprovođenjem mjera.
- Jednostavno je, ako imate prave podatke o broju oboljelih i odakle dolaze, ako prepoznate žarišta, onda ih možete izolirati i spriječiti dalje širenje virusa - ukazuje Panić.
Liječnik kaže i da su se do prekjučer u zdravstvene ustanove primali pacijenti koji su se testirali serološkim testovima, a tek je jučer direktorica Batuta Verica Jovanović poslala dopis da se koriste samo brzi antigenski testovi i PCR.
- Ti testovi u prvih pet do sedam dana od inficiranja ne mogu pokazati da je netko inficiran. Tako su nam u zdravstvene ustanove za redovno liječenje pacijenata ušli zaraženi, tj. neinfektivni dijelovi bolnica postali su infektivni - otkriva.
- Netko je dozvolio da se do prekjučer napravi stručna pogreška. Zašto - da bi se potrošili brzi serološki testovi za antitijela, jesmo li ih dobili iz donacije ili smo ih kupili nemamo informacije, jer je RFZO to proglasio tajnom. Neko se tijekom epidemije igra, svi znamo tko, to je nedopustivo, a posljedice mogu biti katastrofalne u Srbiji ako se ovako nastavi, jer smo trenutno zemlja s najvećim brojem oboljelih po broju stanovnika - naglašava Panić-
Dodaje da će se tek vidjeti posljedice sahrane patrijarha Irineja i ukazuje da crkva treba štititi svoj narod, a ne ga dovoditi u opasnost.
Komentirao je i činejnicu da je danas 'Crni petak' kada će u mnogim trgovinama biti veliki popusti te poziva sve trgovce da cijelu nedjelju proglase 'Crnom nedjeljom' kako bi se izbjegle velike gužve u jednom danu.
- Sve ima svoje rješenje, samo je potrebno da se radi i kontrolira št ose radi. Ovaj virus će nas natjerati da se osvijestimo, epidemija će ogoliti sve probleme na koje već godinama ukazujemo - poručuje Panić i poziva vlasti koje se bave borbom protiv cyber kriminala da makar isključe s društvenih mreža antimaskere i antivaksere, kao i one koji šire lažne vijesti da virus ne postoji te da poduzmu sankcije u skladu s kaznenim zakonom.

'Zdravstveni sustav Srbije službeno je pukao', kazao je u novom danu srpske N1 televizije anesteziolog i predsjednik Sindikata liječnika i ljekarnika Srbije Rade Panić, podsjećajući na izjavu ministra zdravlja Zlatibora Lončara da je trenutno koronavirusom zaraženo 2.340 zdravstvenih radnika.
Liječnik kaže da je trenutna situacija 'jako, jako loša', i treba hitno reagirati jer "u Srbiji ne da neće biti mjesta u bolnicama, nego ga u Covid bolnicama već nema'.
Upozorava kako što prije treba poduzeti znatno oštrije mjere od postojećih.
- Čujete da sam vrlo uzbuđen. Jučer sam bio u situaciji kakva se događala u Italiji. U svom profesionalnom vijeku nisam očekivao da ću doći u takvu situaciju, nisam imao mjesta za ljude koje mi u medicini smatramo mladima, niti sam ih imao gdje transportirati - vidno potresen kaže Panić koji trenutno radi u 'crvenoj zoni' i dodaje da je situacija gora nego u lipnju, da kliničke slike pacijenata postaju teže...
- Više je mladih ljudi, ogroman je broj oboljelih i nismo baš uspješni u liječenju u intenzivnoj njezi, velika je smrtnost kad pacijent dođe u najteže stanje - ispričao je liječnik.
- Nemoć koju sam osjetio osjećaju svi zdravstveni radnici širom Srbije, i za to je odgovoran ministar Lončar... s mjerama se kasni mjesec dana, a ne znam zašto Krizni stožer ne zasjeda u ovoj izvanrednoj, izvanrednoj situaciji 24 sata dnevno. To je obveza Kriznog stožera, pozivam ih da se probude, ako ne znaju što se događa u Srbiji, da zamole za službene automobile i da se provozaju i vide šta se dešava - ukazuje Panić.
- Ne pričam o zaključavanju, ali ako je situacija takva da nema novca, da se neće zaposliti svi raspoloživi (zdravstveni) kadrovi s biroa, onda to treba jasno reći građanima Srbije, zamoliti ih da istrpe tri tjedna zaključavanja, kako bi na proljeće mogli reći da i dalje funkcioniramo - kaže zabrinuti liječnik.
Dodaje kako misli da može i bez zaključavanja, ali da bi to od vlasti onda zahtijevalo da se prestanubaviti izbornom kampanjom i da se isključivo bave donošenjem i sprovođenjem mjera.
- Jednostavno je, ako imate prave podatke o broju oboljelih i odakle dolaze, ako prepoznate žarišta, onda ih možete izolirati i spriječiti dalje širenje virusa - ukazuje Panić.
Liječnik kaže i da su se do prekjučer u zdravstvene ustanove primali pacijenti koji su se testirali serološkim testovima, a tek je jučer direktorica Batuta Verica Jovanović poslala dopis da se koriste samo brzi antigenski testovi i PCR.
- Ti testovi u prvih pet do sedam dana od inficiranja ne mogu pokazati da je netko inficiran. Tako su nam u zdravstvene ustanove za redovno liječenje pacijenata ušli zaraženi, tj. neinfektivni dijelovi bolnica postali su infektivni - otkriva.
- Netko je dozvolio da se do prekjučer napravi stručna pogreška. Zašto - da bi se potrošili brzi serološki testovi za antitijela, jesmo li ih dobili iz donacije ili smo ih kupili nemamo informacije, jer je RFZO to proglasio tajnom. Neko se tijekom epidemije igra, svi znamo tko, to je nedopustivo, a posljedice mogu biti katastrofalne u Srbiji ako se ovako nastavi, jer smo trenutno zemlja s najvećim brojem oboljelih po broju stanovnika - naglašava Panić-
Dodaje da će se tek vidjeti posljedice sahrane patrijarha Irineja i ukazuje da crkva treba štititi svoj narod, a ne ga dovoditi u opasnost.
Komentirao je i činejnicu da je danas 'Crni petak' kada će u mnogim trgovinama biti veliki popusti te poziva sve trgovce da cijelu nedjelju proglase 'Crnom nedjeljom' kako bi se izbjegle velike gužve u jednom danu.
- Sve ima svoje rješenje, samo je potrebno da se radi i kontrolira št ose radi. Ovaj virus će nas natjerati da se osvijestimo, epidemija će ogoliti sve probleme na koje već godinama ukazujemo - poručuje Panić i poziva vlasti koje se bave borbom protiv cyber kriminala da makar isključe s društvenih mreža antimaskere i antivaksere, kao i one koji šire lažne vijesti da virus ne postoji te da poduzmu sankcije u skladu s kaznenim zakonom.
