Mađarski premijer Viktor Orban posjetio je jučer svog prijatelja Milorada Dodika u Banja Luci, usred BiH krize koju je zakuhao šef Republike Srpske i dan uoči dolaska novog regionalnog američkog gubernatora Gabriela Escobara u susjednu nam zemlju.

Makar je prethodno priopćio kako to nije službeni međudržavni posjet, nego tek privatni i prijateljski, Orban je u Banja Luku sa sobom poveo i mađarskog šefa diplomacije Pétera Szijjártoa. Delegacija je s domaćinom dvosatni posjet uglavnom provela na ručku u jednom restoranu u Dodikovim rodnim Laktašima, kojemu je nazočio i Radovan Višković, predsjednik Vlade RS-a. Sastanak su obilježile jake mjere osiguranja i potpuni izostanak predstavnika medija.

Orban je posjetom Banja Luci zapravo došao iskazati podršku Dodiku u jeku sukoba lidera bosanskih Srba s međunarodnom zajednicom. Špekulira se da Orban pokušava i posredovati u Dodikovu sukobu s  visokim predstavnikom u BiH Christianom Schmidtom, s kojim je je Banja Luka zaoštrila odnose svojim upornim pokušajima da ustavni ustroj BiH kao države derogira na razinu entiteta. Dodik je više puta javno izjavljivao da RS ne prihvaća imenovanje novog međunarodnog predstavnika Schmidta ni njegove ovlasti. Na razini Vijeća sigurnosti Dodik ima snažnu podršku Rusije, ali ni Europska unija nije se baš dosad pretrgla efektno ga disciplinirati upravo zbog otpora Mađarske i nejedinstva u svojim redovima.

Dodik se s Putinom za leđima sigurno jako ne boji međunarodnog predstavnika Schmidta, ali se zato jamačno plaši budućih američkih poteza, jer nije Orbanov posjet slučajno zakazao uoči današnjeg dolaska u BiH Gabriela Escobara, specijalnog izaslanika State Departmenta za Zapadni Balkan. Escobar mu je prije nekoliko dana poručio da će tek nakon konzultacija s američkim veleposlanikom u BiH odlučiti hoće li se uopće htjeti sastati s Dodikom. Američki diplomat je naglasio i da je korupcija glavni razlog svih Dodikovih pokušaja slabljenja centralnih institucija u BiH, i da potkopavanjem Daytona on zapravo pokušava zaštititi samo svoj novac i svoju moć.

Novog rata u BiH neće biti, poručio je građanima BiH u nedavnom intervjuu za Radio slobodna Europa američki politički specijalac za Zapadni Balkan, te je ocijenio da je sve ono što Milorad Dodik trenutno radi iznimno štetno i destabilizirajuće ne samo za BiH, nego i za cijelu regiju.

Dodik je, kao što je poznato, višekratno najavio povlačenje suglasnosti na sporazume o Oružanim snagama BiH i obećao organiziranje vlastite entitetske vojske. Tražio je i proglašenje ništavnim zakona o Sudu i Tužilaštvu BiH, Upravi za indirektno oporezivanje, državnim sigurnosnim i obavještajnim agencijama (SIPA i OSA). Još od srpnja predstavnici iz Republike Srpske bojkotiraju rad parlamenta i drugih državnih institucija zbog odluke bivšeg visokog predstavnika Valentina Inzkoa kojom se sankcionira negiranje genocida i drugih ratnih zločina.

Mađarski premijer Viktor Orban posjetio je jučer svog prijatelja Milorada Dodika u Banja Luci, usred BiH krize koju je zakuhao šef Republike Srpske i dan uoči dolaska novog regionalnog američkog gubernatora Gabriela Escobara u susjednu nam zemlju.

Makar je prethodno priopćio kako to nije službeni međudržavni posjet, nego tek privatni i prijateljski, Orban je u Banja Luku sa sobom poveo i mađarskog šefa diplomacije Pétera Szijjártoa. Delegacija je s domaćinom dvosatni posjet uglavnom provela na ručku u jednom restoranu u Dodikovim rodnim Laktašima, kojemu je nazočio i Radovan Višković, predsjednik Vlade RS-a. Sastanak su obilježile jake mjere osiguranja i potpuni izostanak predstavnika medija.

Orban je posjetom Banja Luci zapravo došao iskazati podršku Dodiku u jeku sukoba lidera bosanskih Srba s međunarodnom zajednicom. Špekulira se da Orban pokušava i posredovati u Dodikovu sukobu s  visokim predstavnikom u BiH Christianom Schmidtom, s kojim je je Banja Luka zaoštrila odnose svojim upornim pokušajima da ustavni ustroj BiH kao države derogira na razinu entiteta. Dodik je više puta javno izjavljivao da RS ne prihvaća imenovanje novog međunarodnog predstavnika Schmidta ni njegove ovlasti. Na razini Vijeća sigurnosti Dodik ima snažnu podršku Rusije, ali ni Europska unija nije se baš dosad pretrgla efektno ga disciplinirati upravo zbog otpora Mađarske i nejedinstva u svojim redovima.

Dodik se s Putinom za leđima sigurno jako ne boji međunarodnog predstavnika Schmidta, ali se zato jamačno plaši budućih američkih poteza, jer nije Orbanov posjet slučajno zakazao uoči današnjeg dolaska u BiH Gabriela Escobara, specijalnog izaslanika State Departmenta za Zapadni Balkan. Escobar mu je prije nekoliko dana poručio da će tek nakon konzultacija s američkim veleposlanikom u BiH odlučiti hoće li se uopće htjeti sastati s Dodikom. Američki diplomat je naglasio i da je korupcija glavni razlog svih Dodikovih pokušaja slabljenja centralnih institucija u BiH, i da potkopavanjem Daytona on zapravo pokušava zaštititi samo svoj novac i svoju moć.

Novog rata u BiH neće biti, poručio je građanima BiH u nedavnom intervjuu za Radio slobodna Europa američki politički specijalac za Zapadni Balkan, te je ocijenio da je sve ono što Milorad Dodik trenutno radi iznimno štetno i destabilizirajuće ne samo za BiH, nego i za cijelu regiju.

Dodik je, kao što je poznato, višekratno najavio povlačenje suglasnosti na sporazume o Oružanim snagama BiH i obećao organiziranje vlastite entitetske vojske. Tražio je i proglašenje ništavnim zakona o Sudu i Tužilaštvu BiH, Upravi za indirektno oporezivanje, državnim sigurnosnim i obavještajnim agencijama (SIPA i OSA). Još od srpnja predstavnici iz Republike Srpske bojkotiraju rad parlamenta i drugih državnih institucija zbog odluke bivšeg visokog predstavnika Valentina Inzkoa kojom se sankcionira negiranje genocida i drugih ratnih zločina.
