Pripadnici Državne agencije za istrage i zaštitu Bosne i Hercegovine (SIPA) u srijedu su proveli raciju u sjedištu službe hitne pomoći u Sarajevu, a Tužiteljstvo BiH navelo je kako je to dio istrage o misterioznoj smrti mladića Dženana Memića iz 2016. godine.
"Pretrage se odnose na arhivsku dokumentaciju kao i druge potrebne dokumente za predmet u kojemu postupa Tužiteljstvo BiH", stoji u kratkom priopćenju uz naznaku kako se istraga u "slučaju Memić" intenzivno nastavlja.
Prošlog je tjedna upravo na zahtjev Tužiteljstva BiH Sud BiH odredio produljenje pritvora Hasanu Dupovcu, policajcu koji je 2016. bio načelnikom odjela zaduženog za istrage prometnih nesreća u MUP-u Sarajevske županije te Ziji Mutapu, ocu Alise Mutap, koja je bila djevojka Dženana Memića i bila s njim u trenutku kada je zadobio teške ozljede od kojih je kasnije preminuo u bolnici.
Smrt Dženana Memića, koji je preminuo u 22. godini života, i dalje je misterij, a taj je slučaj potaknuo velike prosvjede u Sarajevu i drugim dijelovima BiH jer je, baš kao i nerazjašnjena smrt mladića Davida Dragičevića iz Banje Luke, produbio nepovjerenje u pravosuđe u toj zemlji.
Tužiteljstvo Sarajevske županije inzistiralo je na tezi kako je Memić smrtonosne ozljede zadobio u prometnoj nesreći, odnosno kako ga je udario kombi u vlasništvu dvojice Roma, Ljube i Bekrije Seferovića. U dva je navrata Županijski sud u Sarajevu tu tezu tužiteljstva odbacio ocijenivši kako ne postoje dokazi koji bi je poduprli. Sarajevski je sud tako presudio i nakon što je Vrhovni sud Federacije BiH u dva navrata oborio prvostupanjsku presudu tražeći ponovno odlučivanje.
Članovi obitelji Dženana Memića tvrde kako je prava istina to da je on brutalno pretučen te da je zbog toga i umro, a da je Alisa Mutap, koja je to morala vidjeti, postala dijelom liječničko-policijsko-pravosudne urote čiji je cilj prikriti počinitelje.
Alisa Mutap se tijekom suđenja braći Seferović pozivala na amneziju, a obitelj Memić tvrdi kako joj je takvu dijagnozu postavio liječnički konzilij koji je djelovao pod političkim pritiskom.
Zbog toga su tražili da cijeli slučaj istraži Tužiteljstvo BiH ne bi li se uz to tko su ubojice otkrilo i tko im je sve pomogao u prikrivanju činjenica i krivotvorenju dokaza.
Ifet Feraget, odvjetnik obitelji Memić, kazao je početkom tjedna kako je uvjeren da će istrage u slučaju Memić i u slučaju Davida Dragičevića, mladića čija obitelj također vjeruje kako je on ubijen u Banjoj Luci 2018., što je policija navodno pokušala prikriti tvrdnjama kako je riječ o nesretnom slučaju, "promijeniti političku sliku BiH", odnosno otvoriti prostor političarima koji će štititi pravo na život svakog čovjeka.
U srijedu je u objavi na Facebooku ocijenio kako je kvaliteta istrage koju vodi Tužiteljstvo BiH "na zavidno visokoj razini" te kako će ona sigurno dati rezultat u oba smrtna slučaja.
"Ove istrage su dobro planirane jer je izvršena detaljna procjena rizika od mogućeg uništavanja, prikrivanja dokaza ili ometanja istrage na bilo koji drugi način, zbog čega se veoma precizno tempira poduzimanje svake pojedine istražne radnje. Takva istraga upravo ima za cilj otkriti tko su glavni akteri ova dva slučaja, odnosno tko su nalogodavci zataškavanja ova dva očevidna ubojstva! Dakle, jedno su počinitelji, a drugo su glavni akteri zataškavanja ovih ubojstava", poručio je Feraget.

Pripadnici Državne agencije za istrage i zaštitu Bosne i Hercegovine (SIPA) u srijedu su proveli raciju u sjedištu službe hitne pomoći u Sarajevu, a Tužiteljstvo BiH navelo je kako je to dio istrage o misterioznoj smrti mladića Dženana Memića iz 2016. godine.
"Pretrage se odnose na arhivsku dokumentaciju kao i druge potrebne dokumente za predmet u kojemu postupa Tužiteljstvo BiH", stoji u kratkom priopćenju uz naznaku kako se istraga u "slučaju Memić" intenzivno nastavlja.
Prošlog je tjedna upravo na zahtjev Tužiteljstva BiH Sud BiH odredio produljenje pritvora Hasanu Dupovcu, policajcu koji je 2016. bio načelnikom odjela zaduženog za istrage prometnih nesreća u MUP-u Sarajevske županije te Ziji Mutapu, ocu Alise Mutap, koja je bila djevojka Dženana Memića i bila s njim u trenutku kada je zadobio teške ozljede od kojih je kasnije preminuo u bolnici.
Smrt Dženana Memića, koji je preminuo u 22. godini života, i dalje je misterij, a taj je slučaj potaknuo velike prosvjede u Sarajevu i drugim dijelovima BiH jer je, baš kao i nerazjašnjena smrt mladića Davida Dragičevića iz Banje Luke, produbio nepovjerenje u pravosuđe u toj zemlji.
Tužiteljstvo Sarajevske županije inzistiralo je na tezi kako je Memić smrtonosne ozljede zadobio u prometnoj nesreći, odnosno kako ga je udario kombi u vlasništvu dvojice Roma, Ljube i Bekrije Seferovića. U dva je navrata Županijski sud u Sarajevu tu tezu tužiteljstva odbacio ocijenivši kako ne postoje dokazi koji bi je poduprli. Sarajevski je sud tako presudio i nakon što je Vrhovni sud Federacije BiH u dva navrata oborio prvostupanjsku presudu tražeći ponovno odlučivanje.
Članovi obitelji Dženana Memića tvrde kako je prava istina to da je on brutalno pretučen te da je zbog toga i umro, a da je Alisa Mutap, koja je to morala vidjeti, postala dijelom liječničko-policijsko-pravosudne urote čiji je cilj prikriti počinitelje.
Alisa Mutap se tijekom suđenja braći Seferović pozivala na amneziju, a obitelj Memić tvrdi kako joj je takvu dijagnozu postavio liječnički konzilij koji je djelovao pod političkim pritiskom.
Zbog toga su tražili da cijeli slučaj istraži Tužiteljstvo BiH ne bi li se uz to tko su ubojice otkrilo i tko im je sve pomogao u prikrivanju činjenica i krivotvorenju dokaza.
Ifet Feraget, odvjetnik obitelji Memić, kazao je početkom tjedna kako je uvjeren da će istrage u slučaju Memić i u slučaju Davida Dragičevića, mladića čija obitelj također vjeruje kako je on ubijen u Banjoj Luci 2018., što je policija navodno pokušala prikriti tvrdnjama kako je riječ o nesretnom slučaju, "promijeniti političku sliku BiH", odnosno otvoriti prostor političarima koji će štititi pravo na život svakog čovjeka.
U srijedu je u objavi na Facebooku ocijenio kako je kvaliteta istrage koju vodi Tužiteljstvo BiH "na zavidno visokoj razini" te kako će ona sigurno dati rezultat u oba smrtna slučaja.
"Ove istrage su dobro planirane jer je izvršena detaljna procjena rizika od mogućeg uništavanja, prikrivanja dokaza ili ometanja istrage na bilo koji drugi način, zbog čega se veoma precizno tempira poduzimanje svake pojedine istražne radnje. Takva istraga upravo ima za cilj otkriti tko su glavni akteri ova dva slučaja, odnosno tko su nalogodavci zataškavanja ova dva očevidna ubojstva! Dakle, jedno su počinitelji, a drugo su glavni akteri zataškavanja ovih ubojstava", poručio je Feraget.
