Tenisač Novak Đoković dodao je u svom imperiju nekretnina na potezu od New Yorka do Srijema i velebnu vilu na Pavlovačkom jezeru, javlja Nova.rs.

Ekipa srpskog portala posjetila je jezero kako bi saznala detalje o imanju najboljeg tenisača svijeta.

Đoković i dalje gradi vilu u Srijemu kraj Pavlovačkog jezera, a luksuzni objekt će imati 1.200 kvadratnih metara, restoran i bazen. Cijene parcela na tom su mjestu skočile nekoliko puta otkad su potencijalni kupci shvatili da bi im upravo Novak mogao postati prvi susjed.

Inicijator projekta je otac Srđan, koji je više puta govorio da želi da mu svi sinovi žive u domovini.

Otvoreni i vedri mještani Pavlovca otkrili su novinarskoj ekipi kako se dolaskom bogatih ljudi u taj kraj sve promijenilo i okrenulo naglavačke.

- Nekad su bogatim ljudima davali parcele dalje od jezera, a sirotinji prema jezeru, a vidite sada kako se sve okrenulo. Sad su bogati na jezeru, a sirotinja dalje odatle - kažu mještani.

Kad se pogledaju činjenice, navodi Nova.rs, priča uistinu dobiva potpuno novu dimenziju. U selu "jutro" zemlje (0,57 hektara) danas vrijedi oko pet, šest tisuća eura.

Petstotinjak metara dalje, na jezeru, hektari su prije nekoliko godina bili po 30 tisuća eura, prošle i pretprošle godine pedesetak, a sada se ne može naći ništa ispod 100-150 tisuća eura.

Dogodine, ispričao je za tamošnje medije čuvar obližnje farme, otići će i naviše.

„Eno tamo“, pokazuje novinarima, „ima čovjek koji hektar zemlje, neće da da ispod pola milijuna eura. Ove godine možda neće dobiti, ali dogodine hoće sigurno“.

Novinari navedenog portala razgovarali su i s obitelji koja je Đokovićima prodala imanje od 1,71 hektara, odnosno 17 200 metara kvadratnih.

Biljana i njezin suprug nerado pričaju o tome što se događalo prije pet godina kada je sve počinjalo i kada je na tom mestu Andrija Drašković imao posjed.

Drašković i živi tu, pa ga mještani Pavlovaca viđaju, a upravo je on pokazao Srđanu Đokoviću zemlju na jezeru.

- Andrija je pitao moga kuma zna li ko je taj čovek pokraj njega i onda rekao ‘Novakov otac, e on hoće kupiti tu zemlju’. Tako je i bilo. Dogovorili se, na ime mog svekra je bila zemlja. Za nas je to veliki novac. Sutradan je sve zakazano kod bilježnika, kupljeno, prevedeno, za dan - rekla je Biljana.

Njezina je obitelj prodala zemlju od 17 200 kvadrata Đokovićima za 100.000 eura, a parceli je dodano i još pola hektara, što ukupnu vrijednost dodatno podiže.

Tenisač Novak Đoković dodao je u svom imperiju nekretnina na potezu od New Yorka do Srijema i velebnu vilu na Pavlovačkom jezeru, javlja Nova.rs.

Ekipa srpskog portala posjetila je jezero kako bi saznala detalje o imanju najboljeg tenisača svijeta.

Đoković i dalje gradi vilu u Srijemu kraj Pavlovačkog jezera, a luksuzni objekt će imati 1.200 kvadratnih metara, restoran i bazen. Cijene parcela na tom su mjestu skočile nekoliko puta otkad su potencijalni kupci shvatili da bi im upravo Novak mogao postati prvi susjed.

Inicijator projekta je otac Srđan, koji je više puta govorio da želi da mu svi sinovi žive u domovini.

Otvoreni i vedri mještani Pavlovca otkrili su novinarskoj ekipi kako se dolaskom bogatih ljudi u taj kraj sve promijenilo i okrenulo naglavačke.

- Nekad su bogatim ljudima davali parcele dalje od jezera, a sirotinji prema jezeru, a vidite sada kako se sve okrenulo. Sad su bogati na jezeru, a sirotinja dalje odatle - kažu mještani.

Kad se pogledaju činjenice, navodi Nova.rs, priča uistinu dobiva potpuno novu dimenziju. U selu "jutro" zemlje (0,57 hektara) danas vrijedi oko pet, šest tisuća eura.

Petstotinjak metara dalje, na jezeru, hektari su prije nekoliko godina bili po 30 tisuća eura, prošle i pretprošle godine pedesetak, a sada se ne može naći ništa ispod 100-150 tisuća eura.

Dogodine, ispričao je za tamošnje medije čuvar obližnje farme, otići će i naviše.

„Eno tamo“, pokazuje novinarima, „ima čovjek koji hektar zemlje, neće da da ispod pola milijuna eura. Ove godine možda neće dobiti, ali dogodine hoće sigurno“.

Novinari navedenog portala razgovarali su i s obitelji koja je Đokovićima prodala imanje od 1,71 hektara, odnosno 17 200 metara kvadratnih.

Biljana i njezin suprug nerado pričaju o tome što se događalo prije pet godina kada je sve počinjalo i kada je na tom mestu Andrija Drašković imao posjed.

Drašković i živi tu, pa ga mještani Pavlovaca viđaju, a upravo je on pokazao Srđanu Đokoviću zemlju na jezeru.

- Andrija je pitao moga kuma zna li ko je taj čovek pokraj njega i onda rekao ‘Novakov otac, e on hoće kupiti tu zemlju’. Tako je i bilo. Dogovorili se, na ime mog svekra je bila zemlja. Za nas je to veliki novac. Sutradan je sve zakazano kod bilježnika, kupljeno, prevedeno, za dan - rekla je Biljana.

Njezina je obitelj prodala zemlju od 17 200 kvadrata Đokovićima za 100.000 eura, a parceli je dodano i još pola hektara, što ukupnu vrijednost dodatno podiže.

Tenisač Novak Đoković dodao je u svom imperiju nekretnina na potezu od New Yorka do Srijema i velebnu vilu na Pavlovačkom jezeru, javlja Nova.rs.

Ekipa srpskog portala posjetila je jezero kako bi saznala detalje o imanju najboljeg tenisača svijeta.

Đoković i dalje gradi vilu u Srijemu kraj Pavlovačkog jezera, a luksuzni objekt će imati 1.200 kvadratnih metara, restoran i bazen. Cijene parcela na tom su mjestu skočile nekoliko puta otkad su potencijalni kupci shvatili da bi im upravo Novak mogao postati prvi susjed.

Inicijator projekta je otac Srđan, koji je više puta govorio da želi da mu svi sinovi žive u domovini. 

Otvoreni i vedri mještani Pavlovca otkrili su novinarskoj ekipi kako se dolaskom bogatih ljudi u taj kraj sve promijenilo...
