Vrhovni sud Federacije BiH u utorak je pravomoćno oslobodio dvojicu muškaraca optuženih za misterioznu smrt mladića Dženana Memića koji je pod nerazjašnjenim okolnostima smrtno stradao u Sarajevu 2016. godine.

Na ovaj je način u ponovljenom postupku i nakon dvije žalbe konačno odbačena teza tužiteljstva Sarajevske županije kako su Memićevu smrt prouzročile ozljede koje je navodno zadobio u prometnoj nesreći kada ga je udario kombi u kojemu su bili rođaci Ljubo i Bekrija Seferović a cijeli je slučaj dobio novi zaplet.

Ta je optužnica za članove obitelji Memić od samog početka bila sumnjiva i neutemeljena a oni tvrde da je Dženan zapravo ubijen te da se tvrdnjama o prometnoj nesreći pokušalo prikriti zločin i zaštiti ubojice.

Komentirajući konačnu presudu optuženima za izazivanje prometne nesreće Arijana Memić, sestra pokojnog mladića, kazala je kako je na ovaj način pobijeđen korumpirani sustav.

Kao glavnog krivca za vođenje istrage u krivom pravcu imenovala je nekadašnju glavnu županijsku tužiteljicu Dalidu Burzić koja je u međuvremenu napredovala u karijeri i postavljena je za sutkinju Suda BiH.

"Dalida Burzić mora biti uhićena", kazao je novinarima Dženanov otac Muriz dodajući kako je sada na redu privođenje ubojica i njihovih pomagača.

Članovi obitelji Memić ranije su podnijeli kaznenu prijavu Tužiteljstvu BiH protiv niza osoba koje sumnjiče za prikrivanje dokaza i pomoć počiniteljima nakon kaznenog djela.

Nakon višemjesečne istrage podignuta je optužnica za ta kaznena djela protiv pet osoba koju je ranije ovog mjeseca potvrdio Sud BiH.

Za udruživanje u organiziranu kriminalnu skupinu koja je ometala istragu i prikrivala dokaze optuženi su bivša Dženanova djevojka Alisa Mutap, njen otac Zijad Mutap te dvojica djelatnih policajaca, uključujući nekadanjeg načelnika prometne policije MUP-a Sarajevske županije Hasana Dupovca.

Slučaj nerazjašnjene smrti Dženana Memića kao i Davida Dragičevića iz Banje Luke temeljito su uzdrmali ionako slabo povjerenje u pravosuđe u BiH a članovi obitelji dvojice mladića već godinama vode zajedničku borbu uvjereni kako korumpirani sustav uz političko zaleđe štiti ubojice njihove djece.

Vrhovni sud Federacije BiH u utorak je pravomoćno oslobodio dvojicu muškaraca optuženih za misterioznu smrt mladića Dženana Memića koji je pod nerazjašnjenim okolnostima smrtno stradao u Sarajevu 2016. godine.

Na ovaj je način u ponovljenom postupku i nakon dvije žalbe konačno odbačena teza tužiteljstva Sarajevske županije kako su Memićevu smrt prouzročile ozljede koje je navodno zadobio u prometnoj nesreći kada ga je udario kombi u kojemu su bili rođaci Ljubo i Bekrija Seferović a cijeli je slučaj dobio novi zaplet.

Ta je optužnica za članove obitelji Memić od samog početka bila sumnjiva i neutemeljena a oni tvrde da je Dženan zapravo ubijen te da se tvrdnjama o prometnoj nesreći pokušalo prikriti zločin i zaštiti ubojice.

Komentirajući konačnu presudu optuženima za izazivanje prometne nesreće Arijana Memić, sestra pokojnog mladića, kazala je kako je na ovaj način pobijeđen korumpirani sustav.

Kao glavnog krivca za vođenje istrage u krivom pravcu imenovala je nekadašnju glavnu županijsku tužiteljicu Dalidu Burzić koja je u međuvremenu napredovala u karijeri i postavljena je za sutkinju Suda BiH.

"Dalida Burzić mora biti uhićena", kazao je novinarima Dženanov otac Muriz dodajući kako je sada na redu privođenje ubojica i njihovih pomagača.

Članovi obitelji Memić ranije su podnijeli kaznenu prijavu Tužiteljstvu BiH protiv niza osoba koje sumnjiče za prikrivanje dokaza i pomoć počiniteljima nakon kaznenog djela.

Nakon višemjesečne istrage podignuta je optužnica za ta kaznena djela protiv pet osoba koju je ranije ovog mjeseca potvrdio Sud BiH.

Za udruživanje u organiziranu kriminalnu skupinu koja je ometala istragu i prikrivala dokaze optuženi su bivša Dženanova djevojka Alisa Mutap, njen otac Zijad Mutap te dvojica djelatnih policajaca, uključujući nekadanjeg načelnika prometne policije MUP-a Sarajevske županije Hasana Dupovca.

Slučaj nerazjašnjene smrti Dženana Memića kao i Davida Dragičevića iz Banje Luke temeljito su uzdrmali ionako slabo povjerenje u pravosuđe u BiH a članovi obitelji dvojice mladića već godinama vode zajedničku borbu uvjereni kako korumpirani sustav uz političko zaleđe štiti ubojice njihove djece.

Vrhovni sud Federacije BiH u utorak je pravomoćno oslobodio dvojicu muškaraca optuženih za misterioznu smrt mladića Dženana Memića koji je pod nerazjašnjenim okolnostima smrtno stradao u Sarajevu 2016. godine.

Na ovaj je način u ponovljenom postupku i nakon dvije žalbe konačno odbačena teza tužiteljstva Sarajevske županije kako su Memićevu smrt prouzročile ozljede koje je navodno zadobio u prometnoj nesreći kada ga je udario kombi u kojemu su bili rođaci Ljubo i Bekrija Seferović a cijeli je slučaj dobio novi zaplet.

Ta je optužnica za članove obitelji Memić od samog početka bila sumnjiva i neutemeljena a oni tvrde da je Dženan zapravo ubijen te da se tvrdnjama o prometnoj nesreći pokušalo prikriti zločin i zaštiti ubojice.
