Kućica na kat uz more u Umagu, 32 četvorna metra u tlocrtu, s terasom 65. Prodaje se za gotovo 6000 eura po četvornom metru.

Vlasnica kuće Milka kaže: ‘Možda prodamo, a možda se u međuvremenu predomislimo jer to je ljubimica moja.‘

Milka s obitelji u kućici živi više od četiri desetljeća. Obnavljali su je uz budno oko konzervatora više puta i zato, kaže - ima veliku vrijednost, piše net.hr.

"Čuj, jer je previše uloženo u ovu kuću, a i na poziciji je i slikaju je ljudi i kulturno dobro je", govori Milka.

Ovakav rast cijena nekretnina nije zabilježen u posljednjem desetljeću. Osim pozicije, cijenu kažu agenti, određuje i unikatnost. 

Tony Jerković, agent za nekretnine, za net.hr kaže:

"Treba vidjeti može li se još takvih nekretnina napraviti. Ako imate unikatnu nekretninu u staroj jezgri, takvih nekretnina više neće biti. Ako kupujete stan na livadi na kojoj će se izgraditi još zgrada, onda ne možete postići tu cijenu."

Stanje na tržištu je, tvrdi agent, turbulentno i pad cijena ne očekuje se tako skoro, pa će skupe nekretnine Hrvatima i dalje ostati uglavnom nedostupne.

"Ove turističke nekretnine Hrvati najčešće izgrađuju, a stranci ih kupuju i to najčešće naši ljudi koji rade vani već duže vrijeme, a isto tako kupuju i Nijemci, Austrijanci", govori Jerković.

Kućica na kat uz more u Umagu, 32 četvorna metra u tlocrtu, s terasom 65. Prodaje se za gotovo 6000 eura po četvornom metru.

Vlasnica kuće Milka kaže: ‘Možda prodamo, a možda se u međuvremenu predomislimo jer to je ljubimica moja.‘

Milka s obitelji u kućici živi više od četiri desetljeća. Obnavljali su je uz budno oko konzervatora više puta i zato, kaže - ima veliku vrijednost, piše net.hr.

"Čuj, jer je previše uloženo u ovu kuću, a i na poziciji je i slikaju je ljudi i kulturno dobro je", govori Milka.

Ovakav rast cijena nekretnina nije zabilježen u posljednjem desetljeću. Osim pozicije, cijenu kažu agenti, određuje i unikatnost. 

Tony Jerković, agent za nekretnine, za net.hr kaže:

"Treba vidjeti može li se još takvih nekretnina napraviti. Ako imate unikatnu nekretninu u staroj jezgri, takvih nekretnina više neće biti. Ako kupujete stan na livadi na kojoj će se izgraditi još zgrada, onda ne možete postići tu cijenu."

Stanje na tržištu je, tvrdi agent, turbulentno i pad cijena ne očekuje se tako skoro, pa će skupe nekretnine Hrvatima i dalje ostati uglavnom nedostupne.

"Ove turističke nekretnine Hrvati najčešće izgrađuju, a stranci ih kupuju i to najčešće naši ljudi koji rade vani već duže vrijeme, a isto tako kupuju i Nijemci, Austrijanci", govori Jerković.

Kućica na kat uz more u Umagu, 32 četvorna metra u tlocrtu, s terasom 65. Prodaje se za gotovo 6000 eura po četvornom metru.

Vlasnica kuće Milka kaže: ‘Možda prodamo, a možda se u međuvremenu predomislimo jer to je ljubimica moja.‘

Milka s obitelji u kućici živi više od četiri desetljeća. Obnavljali su je uz budno oko konzervatora više puta i zato, kaže - ima veliku vrijednost, piše net.hr.

"Čuj, jer je previše uloženo u ovu kuću, a i na poziciji je i slikaju je ljudi i kulturno dobro je", govori Milka.

Ovakav rast cijena nekretnina nije zabilježen u posljednjem desetljeću. Osim pozicije, cijenu kažu agenti, određuje i unikatnost.
