S novom godinom počinje i priprema za podnošenje poreznih prijava za prošlu godinu. Dio građana koji ima prebivalište u Hrvatskoj stekao je pravo na inozemne mirovine, a dio njih podliježe oporezivanju.

Te mirovine smatraju se primicima od nesamostalnog rada i oporezuju se na isti način kao i mirovine ostvarene u Hrvatskoj, osim ako ne postoji međudržavni ugovor o izbjegavanju dvostrukog oporezivanja. Takve je ugovore RH sklopila sa sedamdesetak država. Neoporezive su samo mirovine koje isplaćuje socijalno osiguranje, dok su one iz fondova oporezive.

Svi umirovljenici koji ostvaruju mirovinu iz inozemstva, bez obzira na to je li oporeziva, obvezni su Poreznoj upravi podnijeti prijavu za upis u registar poreznih obveznika, izvaditi poreznu karticu i priložiti vjerodostojne isprave o ostvarenom dohotku.

I na inozemne mirovine primjenjuje se osobni odbitak od 560 eura i porezne stope koje propisuju gradovi i općine, a obračunati predujam poreza umirovljenicima se umanjuje za 50 posto. Ako umirovljenik uz inozemnu prima i domaću mirovinu, Porezna uprava kod izračuna predujma poreza na dohodak uzima u obzir oba prihoda.

Umirovljenik je dužan Poreznoj upravi do 31. siječnja prijaviti promjenu visine mirovine za prethodnu godinu ako je promijenjeni iznos veći ili manji za 20 posto u odnosu na onaj po kojem je izdano ranije rješenje Porezne uprave. Umirovljenik može zatražiti izuzeće od plaćanja predujmova poreza ako istovremeno plaća porez na dohodak u inozemstvu, piše Tportal.

S novom godinom počinje i priprema za podnošenje poreznih prijava za prošlu godinu. Dio građana koji ima prebivalište u Hrvatskoj stekao je pravo na inozemne mirovine, a dio njih podliježe oporezivanju.

Te mirovine smatraju se primicima od nesamostalnog rada i oporezuju se na isti način kao i mirovine ostvarene u Hrvatskoj, osim ako ne postoji međudržavni ugovor o izbjegavanju dvostrukog oporezivanja. Takve je ugovore RH sklopila sa sedamdesetak država. Neoporezive su samo mirovine koje isplaćuje socijalno osiguranje, dok su one iz fondova oporezive.

Svi umirovljenici koji ostvaruju mirovinu iz inozemstva, bez obzira na to je li oporeziva, obvezni su Poreznoj upravi podnijeti prijavu za upis u registar poreznih obveznika, izvaditi poreznu karticu i priložiti vjerodostojne isprave o ostvarenom dohotku.

I na inozemne mirovine primjenjuje se osobni odbitak od 560 eura i porezne stope koje propisuju gradovi i općine, a obračunati predujam poreza umirovljenicima se umanjuje za 50 posto. Ako umirovljenik uz inozemnu prima i domaću mirovinu, Porezna uprava kod izračuna predujma poreza na dohodak uzima u obzir oba prihoda.

Umirovljenik je dužan Poreznoj upravi do 31. siječnja prijaviti promjenu visine mirovine za prethodnu godinu ako je promijenjeni iznos veći ili manji za 20 posto u odnosu na onaj po kojem je izdano ranije rješenje Porezne uprave. Umirovljenik može zatražiti izuzeće od plaćanja predujmova poreza ako istovremeno plaća porez na dohodak u inozemstvu, piše Tportal.
