Pripreme za masovno cijepljenje u Hrvatskoj trebale bi se završiti do kraja ovog tjedna. Naime, očekuje se da će iduće dva mjeseca svakog tjedna stizati i više od 300.000 doza što znači da će u tom razdoblju trebati cijepiti barem dva milijuna građana čime bi se dostigao cilj cijepljenja od barem 50 posto cijepljenih do početka ljeta, piše Jutarnji.hr.
To je razlog što će se u svim županijama, uključujući i grad Zagreb, povećati broj punktova i timova za cijepljenje. Naime, gotovo sve županije i do sad su organizirale cijepne punktove ali istodobno cijepilo se i u ordinacijama obiteljske medicine. No, nakon najave velikih isporuka cjepiva nužno je da se punktovi pojačaju ili poveća njihov broj. Samo u Zagrebu dodatno će se otvoriti tri punkta i to u Domu sportova za središnji dio grada, za zapadni na Malešnici i za istočni u Dubecu.
Za sad bi na tim punktovima radila 3 do 4 tima u svakoj smjeni što bi osiguralo dnevno cijepljenje 1500 do 2000 građana. Prema riječima ravnatelja Nastavnog zavoda za javno zdravstvo Zvonimira Šostara, u Zagrebu će se moći cijepiti dnevno od 10.000 do 15.000 građana. Za sad cijepljena neće biti vikendom ali bude li potrebno radit će se non- stop. To znači da bi se u dva mjeseca u glavnom gradu moglo procijepiti od 600.000 do 800.000 građana, što bi bilo više od ukupnog broja odraslih stanovnika.
"Za sad ćemo vjerojatno povećavati broj timova za cijepljenje na postojećim punktovima kako bi uspjeli cijepiti dvostruko više građana. Budu li stizao i veći broj doza od primjerice očekivanih 20.000 doza za idući tjedan punktovi će raditi u dvije smjene", kaže dr. Marko Rađa, ravnatelj Doma zdravlja Splitsko dalmatinske županije.
Naglašava da će vjerojatno u mjestima s manjim brojem stanovnika cijepljenje i dalje ostati u ordinacijama obiteljske medicine te da nastavnike već cijepe liječnici školske medicine a medicina rada cijepit će zaposlene ovisno o interesu tvrtki.
Na današnjem sastanku u Ministarstvu zdravstva, na kojem će sudjelovati ravnatelji svih zagrebačkih zdravstvenih ustanova, dogovorit će se i uključivanje bolničkih liječnika u cijepljenje ako to bude potrebno s obzirom na to da se računa na barem 30 pa sve od 50 timova za cijepljene.Valja podsjetiti da je u svakom timu potreban liječnik, medicinska sestra i tehničar, a dio liječnika mora dežurati zbog opservacije potrebne do petnaestak minuta nakon cijepljenja.
Dakako, bolnice se moraju pobrinuti da im ostane dovoljan broj djelatnika jer primjerice najveće zagrebačke bolnice od KB-a Sveti duh i Merkura do KBC-a Zagreb i Sestre milosrdnice već participiraju u liječenju oboljelih od korone u KB-u Dubrava ili su dio ekipe pripravne za covid centar u Areni.
No, ravnatelji kažu, piše Jutarnji.hr, kako će sigurno moći pomoći kolegama obiteljske medicine, epidemiolozima i liječnicima medicine rada da se ovaj posao što bolje i što brže završi. U administrativni dio posla uključit će se i veći broj studenata medicine.
Ono što je u ovom trenutku najvažnije je da konačno proradi platforma za naručivanje za cijepljenje jer ona u ovom trenutku postaje vrlo bitna s obzirom na to da liječnici neće moći kontaktirati stotine građana u jednom danu.

Pripreme za masovno cijepljenje u Hrvatskoj trebale bi se završiti do kraja ovog tjedna. Naime, očekuje se da će iduće dva mjeseca svakog tjedna stizati i više od 300.000 doza što znači da će u tom razdoblju trebati cijepiti barem dva milijuna građana čime bi se dostigao cilj cijepljenja od barem 50 posto cijepljenih do početka ljeta, piše Jutarnji.hr.
To je razlog što će se u svim županijama, uključujući i grad Zagreb, povećati broj punktova i timova za cijepljenje. Naime, gotovo sve županije i do sad su organizirale cijepne punktove ali istodobno cijepilo se i u ordinacijama obiteljske medicine. No, nakon najave velikih isporuka cjepiva nužno je da se punktovi pojačaju ili poveća njihov broj. Samo u Zagrebu dodatno će se otvoriti tri punkta i to u Domu sportova za središnji dio grada, za zapadni na Malešnici i za istočni u Dubecu.
Za sad bi na tim punktovima radila 3 do 4 tima u svakoj smjeni što bi osiguralo dnevno cijepljenje 1500 do 2000 građana. Prema riječima ravnatelja Nastavnog zavoda za javno zdravstvo Zvonimira Šostara, u Zagrebu će se moći cijepiti dnevno od 10.000 do 15.000 građana. Za sad cijepljena neće biti vikendom ali bude li potrebno radit će se non- stop. To znači da bi se u dva mjeseca u glavnom gradu moglo procijepiti od 600.000 do 800.000 građana, što bi bilo više od ukupnog broja odraslih stanovnika.
"Za sad ćemo vjerojatno povećavati broj timova za cijepljenje na postojećim punktovima kako bi uspjeli cijepiti dvostruko više građana. Budu li stizao i veći broj doza od primjerice očekivanih 20.000 doza za idući tjedan punktovi će raditi u dvije smjene", kaže dr. Marko Rađa, ravnatelj Doma zdravlja Splitsko dalmatinske županije.
Naglašava da će vjerojatno u mjestima s manjim brojem stanovnika cijepljenje i dalje ostati u ordinacijama obiteljske medicine te da nastavnike već cijepe liječnici školske medicine a medicina rada cijepit će zaposlene ovisno o interesu tvrtki.
Na današnjem sastanku u Ministarstvu zdravstva, na kojem će sudjelovati ravnatelji svih zagrebačkih zdravstvenih ustanova, dogovorit će se i uključivanje bolničkih liječnika u cijepljenje ako to bude potrebno s obzirom na to da se računa na barem 30 pa sve od 50 timova za cijepljene.Valja podsjetiti da je u svakom timu potreban liječnik, medicinska sestra i tehničar, a dio liječnika mora dežurati zbog opservacije potrebne do petnaestak minuta nakon cijepljenja.
Dakako, bolnice se moraju pobrinuti da im ostane dovoljan broj djelatnika jer primjerice najveće zagrebačke bolnice od KB-a Sveti duh i Merkura do KBC-a Zagreb i Sestre milosrdnice već participiraju u liječenju oboljelih od korone u KB-u Dubrava ili su dio ekipe pripravne za covid centar u Areni.
No, ravnatelji kažu, piše Jutarnji.hr, kako će sigurno moći pomoći kolegama obiteljske medicine, epidemiolozima i liječnicima medicine rada da se ovaj posao što bolje i što brže završi. U administrativni dio posla uključit će se i veći broj studenata medicine.
Ono što je u ovom trenutku najvažnije je da konačno proradi platforma za naručivanje za cijepljenje jer ona u ovom trenutku postaje vrlo bitna s obzirom na to da liječnici neće moći kontaktirati stotine građana u jednom danu.
