Nakon 21 godinu provedenu u HŽ Cargu, teško bolesni Jadranko Vukanović, koji živi s nezaposlenom suprugom i dva malodobna sina, proglašen je tehnološkim viškom i doveden u tešku situaciju.
Jadranko je u HŽ-u u Pločama radio na poslovima manevriste i rukovatelja manevrima, a viškom je proglašen u prosincu prošle godine. Od tada, kako tvrdi, ne može spavati ni jesti, a smršavio je deset kilograma.
Jadranko je tijekom Domovinskoga rata na prvoj crti bojišnice proveo gotovo 5 godina u odorama HV-a i HVO-a, a sada teško proživljava životne udarce u zemlji za koju se borio i od koje, kako kaže, ništa nije tražio.
’Nitko nije odgovarao’
– Razbolio sam se u listopadu 2008. godine, dijagnosticiran mi je karcinom režnja. Operiran sam u studenome u Zagrebu, a na posao sam se vratio tri mjeseca poslije, unatoč odlučnom protivljenju moje liječnice. Uz to sam 60-postotni invalid – govori nam Jadranko koji se i dalje liječi u Zagrebu, a zbog bolesti otežano govori i guta, te jede samo tekuću hranu.
No, unatoč svemu uvjeren je da i dalje može obavljati poslove koje je radio više od dva desetljeća. Uz sve nevolje koje su ga pogodile, boli ga i način na koji je njegova tvrtka gubila poslove zbog čega je i otpuštala radnike.
– Tijekom 2008. godine, u vrijeme recesije imali smo promet od 2,5 milijuna tona, a 2019. tek 300 tisuća tona. Naše poslove preuzeo je privatni operater koji ima sve u najmu, a mi imamo vlastite lokomotive, vagone i poslovne prostore. Prije dvije godine u Sarajevu kada se pregovaralo o dugoročnim ugovorima nitko iz HŽ Carga se nije pojavio, uz obrazloženje kako koriste godišnje odmore. Nakon toga privatni operater dobio je poslove koje smo do tada mi obavljali. Nitko zbog toga nije odgovarao – ne krije ljutnju Jadranko.
Zato se obratio sada već bivšoj predsjednici RH, premijeru i ministru branitelja Tomi Medvedu, kojemu iz HŽ Carga nikada nisu odgovorili na upit o situaciji u kojoj se našao ovaj branitelj iz Ploča. Kako nevolja nikada ne dolazi sama, posao je izgubila i Jadrankova supruga Marijana, inače pravnica, pa sada u potpunosti ovise o pomoći njihovih roditelja.
– Njegova majka i moji roditelji pružaju nam prijeko potrebnu pomoć i da nije njih ne znam kako bismo prebrodili ovu situaciju. Stariji sin ide u Gimnaziju i odlikaš je, a mlađi ide u sedmi razred osnovne škole. Imaju ambiciju studirati, ali ne znam hoćemo li im moći to priuštiti. Sve vodi k tome da ćemo im morati preporučiti da odu iz Hrvatske, jer ovdje nema sreće – ne krije razočaranje Marijana.
Njezin suprug, pak, tvrdi da neće odustati od borbe te je sudskim putem zatražio zadovoljštinu.
Inače, u HŽ Cargu često rade nove sistematizacije radnih mjesta zbog kojih skoro svake godine određeni broj radnika bude proglašen tehnološkim viškom.
Česte nove sistematizacije
Razlog smanjenja broja radnika je pad prometa koji ostvaruje HŽ Cargo u Pločama, iako je nejasno kako tvrtka koja ima svoje lokomotive i vagone, gubi poslove od konkurencije koja ih iznajmljuje. Prošle godine od preostalih pedeset i troje njih čak 23 proglašeno je tehnološkim viškom, a godinu prije njih deset, koji su umjesto otkaza izabrali jednogodišnji poček u Željezničkom fondu. Isto je ponuđeno i dvadeset i trojici radnika koji su proglašeni tehnološkim viškom.
U slučaju da prihvate otkaz, dobivaju otpremninu od 50 tisuća kuna, odnosno 80 tisuća za branitelje. No i ti iznosi sve su manji. Tako je 2018. otpremnina iznosila sto tisuća, prije toga 120 tisuća, a nekada više od 200 tisuća kuna. Ako odaberu Željeznički fond, godinu dana primat će umanjenu plaću, a u slučaju potrebe bit će pozvani nazad na posao. No nakon godinu dana, ako nema potrebe za njihovim radom, ostaju bez posla ali i otpremnine.

Od 180 ‘pali‘ na troje zaposlenih
U odjelu za Tehnički pregled vlakova i vagona HŽ Cargo u Pločama prije tridesetak godina radilo je 180 zaposlenih. Danas ih je tek troje. Najprije su 'nestale' čistačice, bravari, pa električari i nadzornici, školski instruktori i drugi. Slična je situacija i u HŽ Vuči vlakova gdje rade strojovođe i nadzornici te u Područnom centru u kojem rade planeri, manevristi, vlakovođe i drugi.

Nakon 21 godinu provedenu u HŽ Cargu, teško bolesni Jadranko Vukanović, koji živi s nezaposlenom suprugom i dva malodobna sina, proglašen je tehnološkim viškom i doveden u tešku situaciju.
Jadranko je u HŽ-u u Pločama radio na poslovima manevriste i rukovatelja manevrima, a viškom je proglašen u prosincu prošle godine. Od tada, kako tvrdi, ne može spavati ni jesti, a smršavio je deset kilograma.
Jadranko je tijekom Domovinskoga rata na prvoj crti bojišnice proveo gotovo 5 godina u odorama HV-a i HVO-a, a sada teško proživljava životne udarce u zemlji za koju se borio i od koje, kako kaže, ništa nije tražio.
’Nitko nije odgovarao’
– Razbolio sam se u listopadu 2008. godine, dijagnosticiran mi je karcinom režnja. Operiran sam u studenome u Zagrebu, a na posao sam se vratio tri mjeseca poslije, unatoč odlučnom protivljenju moje liječnice. Uz to sam 60-postotni invalid – govori nam Jadranko koji se i dalje liječi u Zagrebu, a zbog bolesti otežano govori i guta, te jede samo tekuću hranu.
No, unatoč svemu uvjeren je da i dalje može obavljati poslove koje je radio više od dva desetljeća. Uz sve nevolje koje su ga pogodile, boli ga i način na koji je njegova tvrtka gubila poslove zbog čega je i otpuštala radnike.
– Tijekom 2008. godine, u vrijeme recesije imali smo promet od 2,5 milijuna tona, a 2019. tek 300 tisuća tona. Naše poslove preuzeo je privatni operater koji ima sve u najmu, a mi imamo vlastite lokomotive, vagone i poslovne prostore. Prije dvije godine u Sarajevu kada se pregovaralo o dugoročnim ugovorima nitko iz HŽ Carga se nije pojavio, uz obrazloženje kako koriste godišnje odmore. Nakon toga privatni operater dobio je poslove koje smo do tada mi obavljali. Nitko zbog toga nije odgovarao – ne krije ljutnju Jadranko.
Zato se obratio sada već bivšoj predsjednici RH, premijeru i ministru branitelja Tomi Medvedu, kojemu iz HŽ Carga nikada nisu odgovorili na upit o situaciji u kojoj se našao ovaj branitelj iz Ploča. Kako nevolja nikada ne dolazi sama, posao je izgubila i Jadrankova supruga Marijana, inače pravnica, pa sada u potpunosti ovise o pomoći njihovih roditelja.
– Njegova majka i moji roditelji pružaju nam prijeko potrebnu pomoć i da nije njih ne znam kako bismo prebrodili ovu situaciju. Stariji sin ide u Gimnaziju i odlikaš je, a mlađi ide u sedmi razred osnovne škole. Imaju ambiciju studirati, ali ne znam hoćemo li im moći to priuštiti. Sve vodi k tome da ćemo im morati preporučiti da odu iz Hrvatske, jer ovdje nema sreće – ne krije razočaranje Marijana.
Njezin suprug, pak, tvrdi da neće odustati od borbe te je sudskim putem zatražio zadovoljštinu.
Inače, u HŽ Cargu često rade nove sistematizacije radnih mjesta zbog kojih skoro svake godine određeni broj radnika bude proglašen tehnološkim viškom.
Česte nove sistematizacije
Razlog smanjenja broja radnika je pad prometa koji ostvaruje HŽ Cargo u Pločama, iako je nejasno kako tvrtka koja ima svoje lokomotive i vagone, gubi poslove od konkurencije koja ih iznajmljuje. Prošle godine od preostalih pedeset i troje njih čak 23 proglašeno je tehnološkim viškom, a godinu prije njih deset, koji su umjesto otkaza izabrali jednogodišnji poček u Željezničkom fondu. Isto je ponuđeno i dvadeset i trojici radnika koji su proglašeni tehnološkim viškom.
U slučaju da prihvate otkaz, dobivaju otpremninu od 50 tisuća kuna, odnosno 80 tisuća za branitelje. No i ti iznosi sve su manji. Tako je 2018. otpremnina iznosila sto tisuća, prije toga 120 tisuća, a nekada više od 200 tisuća kuna. Ako odaberu Željeznički fond, godinu dana primat će umanjenu plaću, a u slučaju potrebe bit će pozvani nazad na posao. No nakon godinu dana, ako nema potrebe za njihovim radom, ostaju bez posla ali i otpremnine.

Od 180 ‘pali‘ na troje zaposlenih
U odjelu za Tehnički pregled vlakova i vagona HŽ Cargo u Pločama prije tridesetak godina radilo je 180 zaposlenih. Danas ih je tek troje. Najprije su 'nestale' čistačice, bravari, pa električari i nadzornici, školski instruktori i drugi. Slična je situacija i u HŽ Vuči vlakova gdje rade strojovođe i nadzornici te u Područnom centru u kojem rade planeri, manevristi, vlakovođe i drugi.
