Iz Sindikata hrvatskih željezničara u četvrtak su najavili da su spremni organizirati štrajk ako postupak izdvajanja Pružnih građevina u CERP i dalje ne bude išao u dobrom smjeru.

Ponuđeni trogodišnji ugovori za kapitalno održavanje željezničke infrastrukture od 600 milijuna kuna nisu dovoljni za uspješno funkcioniranje Pružnih građevina, napisali su očitovanju premijeru, nadležnim ministrima i upravama HŽ infrastrukture i Pružnih građevina, a nakon sastanka s ministrom prometa Olegom Butkovićem 19. svibnja, o postupku izdvajanja Pružnih građevina u Centar za restrukturiranje i privatizaciju.

"S tim nedovoljnim iznosom nastavit će se propadanje željezničke infrastrukture, nastavit će se smanjivanje brzina na prugama i obezvređivanje HŽ Infrastrukturi povjerenog javnog dobra, a Pružne građevine nastavit će bilježiti gubitke u poslovanju", smatraju u Sindikatu.

Podsjetili su da je i Svjetska banka, u 1. draftu Pisma sektorske politike tražila da država za kapitalno održavanje željezničke infrastrukture godišnje izdvoji milijardu kuna, jer je toliko potrebno da bi se željeznička infrastruktura održavala na projektiranim parametrima. Nažalost, dodali su, Ministarstvo financija, a potom i Vlada RH, to su odbili, "ignorirajući zakonsku obvezu da željezničku infrastrukturu održavaju prema propisanim ciklusima, sukladno pravilima struke".

Kažu i da nije realno da Pružne građevine mogu prihvatiti otplatni plan dugova prema dobavljačima, "jer ih neće imati od čega otplatiti".

"Nadamo se da je i ministru Butkoviću sada jasno kako direktor HŽ Infrastrukture Ivan Kršić odbija razumna rješenja, s jedinim ciljem da problem Pružnih građevina sa što manje vlastitog angažmana, što prije prevali na CERP, a time izravno na leđa Vlade RH", ocijenili su.

U Sindikatu hrvatskih željezničara smatraju "poštenim i zakonski izvedivim" da HŽ Infrastruktura prihvati otplatu pripadnog dijela poreznog duga na iznos otpremnina isplaćenih radnicima te organizacijske jedinice, što prema izračunu PG-a iznosi oko 35 milijuna kuna.

Također, smatraju da prije obnove mehanizacije, izdvajanje PG-a u CERP nema nikakvog smisla, jer tvrtka neće biti u stanju izvoditi poslove na EU projektima, što je upravo deklarirani razlog tog izdvajanja.

"Mišljenja smo da je namjenska dokapitalizacija za obnovu mehanizacije potrebna odmah, prije izdvajanja u CERP. Vjerujemo da to Vlada može učiniti prenamjenom stavki, ili iz proračunske rezerve, ne čekajući rebalans proračuna", poručili su.

Iz Sindikata hrvatskih željezničara u četvrtak su najavili da su spremni organizirati štrajk ako postupak izdvajanja Pružnih građevina u CERP i dalje ne bude išao u dobrom smjeru.

Ponuđeni trogodišnji ugovori za kapitalno održavanje željezničke infrastrukture od 600 milijuna kuna nisu dovoljni za uspješno funkcioniranje Pružnih građevina, napisali su očitovanju premijeru, nadležnim ministrima i upravama HŽ infrastrukture i Pružnih građevina, a nakon sastanka s ministrom prometa Olegom Butkovićem 19. svibnja, o postupku izdvajanja Pružnih građevina u Centar za restrukturiranje i privatizaciju.

"S tim nedovoljnim iznosom nastavit će se propadanje željezničke infrastrukture, nastavit će se smanjivanje brzina na prugama i obezvređivanje HŽ Infrastrukturi povjerenog javnog dobra, a Pružne građevine nastavit će bilježiti gubitke u poslovanju", smatraju u Sindikatu.

Podsjetili su da je i Svjetska banka, u 1. draftu Pisma sektorske politike tražila da država za kapitalno održavanje željezničke infrastrukture godišnje izdvoji milijardu kuna, jer je toliko potrebno da bi se željeznička infrastruktura održavala na projektiranim parametrima. Nažalost, dodali su, Ministarstvo financija, a potom i Vlada RH, to su odbili, "ignorirajući zakonsku obvezu da željezničku infrastrukturu održavaju prema propisanim ciklusima, sukladno pravilima struke".

Kažu i da nije realno da Pružne građevine mogu prihvatiti otplatni plan dugova prema dobavljačima, "jer ih neće imati od čega otplatiti".

"Nadamo se da je i ministru Butkoviću sada jasno kako direktor HŽ Infrastrukture Ivan Kršić odbija razumna rješenja, s jedinim ciljem da problem Pružnih građevina sa što manje vlastitog angažmana, što prije prevali na CERP, a time izravno na leđa Vlade RH", ocijenili su.

U Sindikatu hrvatskih željezničara smatraju "poštenim i zakonski izvedivim" da HŽ Infrastruktura prihvati otplatu pripadnog dijela poreznog duga na iznos otpremnina isplaćenih radnicima te organizacijske jedinice, što prema izračunu PG-a iznosi oko 35 milijuna kuna.

Također, smatraju da prije obnove mehanizacije, izdvajanje PG-a u CERP nema nikakvog smisla, jer tvrtka neće biti u stanju izvoditi poslove na EU projektima, što je upravo deklarirani razlog tog izdvajanja.

"Mišljenja smo da je namjenska dokapitalizacija za obnovu mehanizacije potrebna odmah, prije izdvajanja u CERP. Vjerujemo da to Vlada može učiniti prenamjenom stavki, ili iz proračunske rezerve, ne čekajući rebalans proračuna", poručili su.

Sindikat hrvatskih željezničara upozorava: ‘Spremni smo i na štrajk ako postupak ne bude išao u dobrom smjeru‘

Iz Sindikata hrvatskih željezničara u četvrtak su najavili da su spremni organizirati štrajk ako postupak izdvajanja Pružnih građevina u CERP i dalje ne bude išao u dobrom smjeru.

Ponuđeni trogodišnji ugovori za kapitalno održavanje željezničke infrastrukture od 600 milijuna kuna nisu dovoljni za uspješno funkcioniranje Pružnih građevina, napisali su očitovanju premijeru, nadležnim ministrima i upravama HŽ infrastrukture i Pružnih građevina, a nakon sastanka s ministrom prometa Olegom Butkovićem 19. svibnja, o postupku izdvajanja Pružnih građevina u Centar za restrukturiranje i privatizaciju.

"S tim nedovoljnim iznosom nastavit će se propadanje željezničke infrastrukture, nastavit će se smanjivanje brzina na prugama i obezvređivanje HŽ Infrastrukturi...
