Prekršajnu prijavu zaradio je 47-godišnji Velimir Meničanin iz Jakšića kod Požege kad je 29. studenog, na datum kada se nekada slavio Dan Republike SFRJ na svoju kuću izvjesio jugoslavensku zastavu bivše države.

Prijavili su ga susjedi, a potom je uslijedila policijska intervencija koja je završila prekršajnom prijavom zbog "vrijeđanja moralnih osjećaja građana". 

"Nikomu ništa nisam želio dokazati ili poručiti tom zastavom, ona je bila za mene jer ja poštujem državu u kojoj sam rođen i othranjen. Ta država me napravila čovjekom kakav jesam i od svoje prošlosti ne mogu pobjeći. Iz tog razloga poštujem tu državu kakva god da je bila - možda nekom nije valjala, no meni jest", rekao je Meničanin za Plusportal.

Razmirica između njega i susjeda, tvrdi, nikada nije bilo i dodaje da ne zna što ih je potaklo da ga prijave.

"Otkako sam ovdje, a tomu ima već 20 godina, trpim ustaška obilježja - vješanje ustaških zastava. Ja sam protiv toga. Ustašija me osobno vrijeđa - otvoreno to govorim - ali trpim i šutim. I oni su ljudi, naravno, pa neka vješaju ako imaju tu potrebu, ali ja je ne volim gledati i ne gledam je stoga me ne može uvrijediti", kazao je Meničanin dodajući kako ne zna zašto je netko došao i gledao u njegovu zastavu te se time uvrijedio.

Pri dolasku novinara Plusportala, Velimir Meničanin i njegova supruga su se iznenađeno smijali i komentirali kako im je cijela situacija, zapravo, smiješna jer nije zastavu stavio na tuđu kuću već na svoju te ne zna kome je to moglo zasmetati. Oni smatraju kako su svi susjedi u dobrim međuljudskim odnosima pa nema potrebe ni za ovakvim sukobima.

Naposljetku, Meničanin smatra kako ovdje nema nikakvog međunarodnog skandala jer, kako kaže, nije stavio srpsku ili bosansku zastavu nego jugoslavensku.

"Ne bi tu trebalo biti nacionalnih netrpeljivosti, jedino moralnih pitanja... Jer netko je ustaša ili bilo što drugo. Uglavnom, takvo što može smetati samo domaćim ratnim izdajnicima i zločincima. Ako meni, pak, ne smetaju njihove zastave, ni njima ne bi trebale smetati moje, a ja ću iduće godine ponovno postaviti zastavu kao i ove godine ujutro i onda ću je skinuti navečer. Ovaj put, ipak, stavit ću je u dvorište tako da nitko više ne bude ‘moralno uvrijeđen‘. Od sada, također, ću i ja prijavljivati ljude koji vješaju ustaške zastave jer vjerujem da me netko od njih i prijavio. Ako ćemo biti tako pokvareni, bit ćemo", rekao je.

Iz policije kažu da je zastava Meničaninu privremeno oduzeta, za što je dobio potvrdu, ali još ne znaju kad će mu biti vraćena, piše Plusportal.

Prekršajnu prijavu zaradio je 47-godišnji Velimir Meničanin iz Jakšića kod Požege kad je 29. studenog, na datum kada se nekada slavio Dan Republike SFRJ na svoju kuću izvjesio jugoslavensku zastavu bivše države.

Prijavili su ga susjedi, a potom je uslijedila policijska intervencija koja je završila prekršajnom prijavom zbog "vrijeđanja moralnih osjećaja građana". 

"Nikomu ništa nisam želio dokazati ili poručiti tom zastavom, ona je bila za mene jer ja poštujem državu u kojoj sam rođen i othranjen. Ta država me napravila čovjekom kakav jesam i od svoje prošlosti ne mogu pobjeći. Iz tog razloga poštujem tu državu kakva god da je bila - možda nekom nije valjala, no meni jest", rekao je Meničanin za Plusportal.

Razmirica između njega i susjeda, tvrdi, nikada nije bilo i dodaje da ne zna što ih je potaklo da ga prijave.

"Otkako sam ovdje, a tomu ima već 20 godina, trpim ustaška obilježja - vješanje ustaških zastava. Ja sam protiv toga. Ustašija me osobno vrijeđa - otvoreno to govorim - ali trpim i šutim. I oni su ljudi, naravno, pa neka vješaju ako imaju tu potrebu, ali ja je ne volim gledati i ne gledam je stoga me ne može uvrijediti", kazao je Meničanin dodajući kako ne zna zašto je netko došao i gledao u njegovu zastavu te se time uvrijedio.

Pri dolasku novinara Plusportala, Velimir Meničanin i njegova supruga su se iznenađeno smijali i komentirali kako im je cijela situacija, zapravo, smiješna jer nije zastavu stavio na tuđu kuću već na svoju te ne zna kome je to moglo zasmetati. Oni smatraju kako su svi susjedi u dobrim međuljudskim odnosima pa nema potrebe ni za ovakvim sukobima.

Naposljetku, Meničanin smatra kako ovdje nema nikakvog međunarodnog skandala jer, kako kaže, nije stavio srpsku ili bosansku zastavu nego jugoslavensku.

"Ne bi tu trebalo biti nacionalnih netrpeljivosti, jedino moralnih pitanja... Jer netko je ustaša ili bilo što drugo. Uglavnom, takvo što može smetati samo domaćim ratnim izdajnicima i zločincima. Ako meni, pak, ne smetaju njihove zastave, ni njima ne bi trebale smetati moje, a ja ću iduće godine ponovno postaviti zastavu kao i ove godine ujutro i onda ću je skinuti navečer. Ovaj put, ipak, stavit ću je u dvorište tako da nitko više ne bude ‘moralno uvrijeđen‘. Od sada, također, ću i ja prijavljivati ljude koji vješaju ustaške zastave jer vjerujem da me netko od njih i prijavio. Ako ćemo biti tako pokvareni, bit ćemo", rekao je.

Iz policije kažu da je zastava Meničaninu privremeno oduzeta, za što je dobio potvrdu, ali još ne znaju kad će mu biti vraćena, piše Plusportal.

Prekršajnu prijavu zaradio je 47-godišnji Velimir Meničanin iz Jakšića kod Požege kad je 29. studenog, na datum kada se nekada slavio Dan Republike SFRJ na svoju kuću izvjesio jugoslavensku zastavu bivše države.

Prijavili su ga susjedi, a potom je uslijedila policijska intervencija koja je završila prekršajnom prijavom zbog "vrijeđanja moralnih osjećaja građana". 

"Nikomu ništa nisam želio dokazati ili poručiti tom zastavom, ona je bila za mene jer ja poštujem državu u kojoj sam rođen i othranjen. Ta država me napravila čovjekom kakav jesam i od svoje prošlosti ne mogu pobjeći. Iz tog razloga poštujem tu državu kakva god da je bila - možda nekom nije valjala, no meni jest", rekao je Meničanin za Plusportal.

Razmirica između njega i susjeda, tvrdi, nikada...
