PCR testom detektirana je jedna pacijentica pozitivna na COVID-19, zbog čega su testirane i dvije pacijentice smještene u istoj sobi koje su na testiranju bile negativne, poručuju iz riječkog KBC-a, piše Novi list.

Novi zamah pandemije neminovno se reflektira i na bolnički sustav. Nakon što je prije deset dana, unatoč svim mjerama zaštite bolničkog sustava od zaraze koronavirusom, COVID-19 poharao gastroenterologiju riječkog KBC-a, jučer je potvrđeno da je na Klinici za ginekologiju i porodništvo PCR testom detektirana jedna pacijentica pozitivna na COVID-19, zbog čega su testirane i dvije pacijentice smještene u istoj sobi koje su na testiranju bile negativne.

Pravodobnom intervencijom Povjerenstva za bolničke infekcije spriječeno je širenje virusa, pa je pacijentica pozitivna na testu, koja za sada nema simptoma COVID-19, odmah po primitku nalaza testiranja premještena na COVID-odjel.

Iz riječkog KBC-a ističu kako je važno napomenuti da su sve pacijentice prilikom prijema u KBC Rijeka imale negativan PCR test za COVID-19.

Zbog pojave virusa, sve osoblje Klinike za ginekologiju i porodništvo je od strane Povjerenstva za bolničke infekcije PCR žurno testirano na COVID-19 i svi djelatnici su negativni. U KBC-u Rijeka u nedjelju su bila 73 pacijenta na COVID -odjelima, od kojih pet na respiratoru.

Redovito testiranje

– Porast broja oboljelih od COVID-a u KBC-u Rijeka očekivan je zbog velikog porasta slučajeva zaraze u općoj populaciji, što nužno dovodi i do porasta broja hospitalizacija prije svega prijemom vanjskih bolesnika, a manjim brojem preseljenjem unutarnjih slučajeva.

Povjerenstvo za bolničke infekcije KBC-a Rijeka čini sve da zaštiti ustanovu, pacijente i djelatnike od značajnijeg prodora virusa SARS-CoV-2. U tom cilju strogo se provode upute Nacionalnog stožera, redovito se testiraju djelatnici bolnice, provode izvidi po klinikama i odjelima te se Krizni stožer i nadležno povjerenstvo vode načelom maksimalnog opreza.

Pacijenti se redovito PCR testiraju kod hospitalizacija, po procjeni rizika testovi se u nekih pojedinačnih bolesnika i skupina bolesnika ponavljaju tijekom boravka, a provode se i periodička preventivna testiranja djelatnika s važećim EU-COVID-potvrdama na posebno osjetljivim radilištima, što sve predstavlja nadstandard u zdravstvenom sustavu, ističu u riječkom KBC-u.

Navode kako dosljedna primjena svih navedenih mjera maksimalno smanjuje rizik od prodora virusa u bolničke i srodne sustave, no, dodaju, specifična biologija SARS-CoV-2 virusa ipak onemogućava postizanje potpune sigurnosti u sprečavanju njegovog širenja.

Globalno je poznato da zbog karaktera bolesti i kod primjene svih dostupnih mjera, ipak ostaje određeni rizik. Riječ je o realnoj opasnosti koju predstavlja inkubacijsko razdoblje u kojem je bolesnik pri prijemu PCR negativan, a potom može unutar nekoliko dana postati pozitivan sa simptomima ili bez simptoma bolesti.

– Do sada je u KBC-u Rijeka bilo nekoliko izoliranih slučajeva u kojima smo otkrili COVID-pozitivne hospitalizirane bolesnike, a koji su pri prijemu imali negativan PCR test, no promptnom reakcijom, uspješno su spriječena značajnija širenja infekcije unutar ustanove.

Prije nešto više od mjesec dana, prilikom redovnog PCR testiranja nemedicinskih djelatnika KBC-a Rijeka tako je zabilježeno nekoliko slučajeva zaraze među osobljem u praonici rublja, ali su i tada svi slučajevi žurno izolirani te je spriječeno širenje virusa u ustanovi.

KBC Rijeka nastavlja provoditi najstrože preventivne mjere u svim segmentima kliničkog rada, kako u dijelu koji se odnosi na bolesnike, tako i u dijelu koji obuhvaća zaposlenike, navodi se u priopćenju KBC-a Rijeka.

PCR testom detektirana je jedna pacijentica pozitivna na COVID-19, zbog čega su testirane i dvije pacijentice smještene u istoj sobi koje su na testiranju bile negativne, poručuju iz riječkog KBC-a, piše Novi list.

Novi zamah pandemije neminovno se reflektira i na bolnički sustav. Nakon što je prije deset dana, unatoč svim mjerama zaštite bolničkog sustava od zaraze koronavirusom, COVID-19 poharao gastroenterologiju riječkog KBC-a, jučer je potvrđeno da je na Klinici za ginekologiju i porodništvo PCR testom detektirana jedna pacijentica pozitivna na COVID-19, zbog čega su testirane i dvije pacijentice smještene u istoj sobi koje su na testiranju bile negativne.

Pravodobnom intervencijom Povjerenstva za bolničke infekcije spriječeno je širenje virusa, pa je pacijentica pozitivna na testu, koja za sada nema simptoma COVID-19, odmah po primitku nalaza testiranja premještena na COVID-odjel.

Iz riječkog KBC-a ističu kako je važno napomenuti da su sve pacijentice prilikom prijema u KBC Rijeka imale negativan PCR test za COVID-19.

Zbog pojave virusa, sve osoblje Klinike za ginekologiju i porodništvo je od strane Povjerenstva za bolničke infekcije PCR žurno testirano na COVID-19 i svi djelatnici su negativni. U KBC-u Rijeka u nedjelju su bila 73 pacijenta na COVID -odjelima, od kojih pet na respiratoru.

Redovito testiranje

– Porast broja oboljelih od COVID-a u KBC-u Rijeka očekivan je zbog velikog porasta slučajeva zaraze u općoj populaciji, što nužno dovodi i do porasta broja hospitalizacija prije svega prijemom vanjskih bolesnika, a manjim brojem preseljenjem unutarnjih slučajeva.

Povjerenstvo za bolničke infekcije KBC-a Rijeka čini sve da zaštiti ustanovu, pacijente i djelatnike od značajnijeg prodora virusa SARS-CoV-2. U tom cilju strogo se provode upute Nacionalnog stožera, redovito se testiraju djelatnici bolnice, provode izvidi po klinikama i odjelima te se Krizni stožer i nadležno povjerenstvo vode načelom maksimalnog opreza.

Pacijenti se redovito PCR testiraju kod hospitalizacija, po procjeni rizika testovi se u nekih pojedinačnih bolesnika i skupina bolesnika ponavljaju tijekom boravka, a provode se i periodička preventivna testiranja djelatnika s važećim EU-COVID-potvrdama na posebno osjetljivim radilištima, što sve predstavlja nadstandard u zdravstvenom sustavu, ističu u riječkom KBC-u.

Navode kako dosljedna primjena svih navedenih mjera maksimalno smanjuje rizik od prodora virusa u bolničke i srodne sustave, no, dodaju, specifična biologija SARS-CoV-2 virusa ipak onemogućava postizanje potpune sigurnosti u sprečavanju njegovog širenja.

Globalno je poznato da zbog karaktera bolesti i kod primjene svih dostupnih mjera, ipak ostaje određeni rizik. Riječ je o realnoj opasnosti koju predstavlja inkubacijsko razdoblje u kojem je bolesnik pri prijemu PCR negativan, a potom može unutar nekoliko dana postati pozitivan sa simptomima ili bez simptoma bolesti.

– Do sada je u KBC-u Rijeka bilo nekoliko izoliranih slučajeva u kojima smo otkrili COVID-pozitivne hospitalizirane bolesnike, a koji su pri prijemu imali negativan PCR test, no promptnom reakcijom, uspješno su spriječena značajnija širenja infekcije unutar ustanove.

Prije nešto više od mjesec dana, prilikom redovnog PCR testiranja nemedicinskih djelatnika KBC-a Rijeka tako je zabilježeno nekoliko slučajeva zaraze među osobljem u praonici rublja, ali su i tada svi slučajevi žurno izolirani te je spriječeno širenje virusa u ustanovi.

KBC Rijeka nastavlja provoditi najstrože preventivne mjere u svim segmentima kliničkog rada, kako u dijelu koji se odnosi na bolesnike, tako i u dijelu koji obuhvaća zaposlenike, navodi se u priopćenju KBC-a Rijeka.

Koronavirus prodro na Kliniku za ginekologiju i porodništvo riječkog KBC-a

PCR testom detektirana je jedna pacijentica pozitivna na COVID-19, zbog čega su testirane i dvije pacijentice smještene u istoj sobi koje su na testiranju bile negativne, poručuju iz riječkog KBC-a, piše Novi list.

Novi zamah pandemije neminovno se reflektira i na bolnički sustav. Nakon što je prije deset dana, unatoč svim mjerama zaštite bolničkog sustava od zaraze koronavirusom, COVID-19 poharao gastroenterologiju riječkog KBC-a, jučer je potvrđeno da je na Klinici za ginekologiju i porodništvo PCR testom detektirana jedna pacijentica pozitivna na COVID-19, zbog čega su testirane i dvije pacijentice smještene u istoj sobi koje su na testiranju bile negativne.

Pravodobnom intervencijom Povjerenstva za bolničke infekcije spriječeno je širenje virusa, pa je pacijentica...
