Iako u Hrvatskoj, barem sudeći po izvješću HALMED-a, nema kritične nestašice niti jednog lijeka, u ljekarnama je situacija ipak drugačija, a po Ani Soldo, predsjednici Hrvatske ljekarničke komore, na tržištu najmanje 30 posto lošija od službenih izvješća, piše Jutarnji.

U apotekama trenutno nedostaju brojni lijekovi, a kritična je situacija s lijekom Litalir, kojim se liječi kronična mijeloična leukemija i za koji nema zamjenskog lijeka. Nadalje, nema Augmentin sirupa, za koji na HALMED-ovim stranicama uopće nije objavljena nestašica. Nema ni Klavocin sirupa, Hyzaara (za liječenje esencijalne hipertenzije u bolesnika u kojih krvni tlak nije dobro kontroliran samo losartanom ili samo hidroklorotiazidom), Propranolola 40 mg (koristi u profilaksi stenokardije u bolesnika s kroničnom stabilnom anginom pektoris u naporu), Tobrex kapi, kao ni Tobrex masti...

Da je vrijeme za crveni alarm dokazuju i brojna svjedočanstva bolesnika i korisnika različitih terapija koja se šire društvenim mrežama.

- Majka mi uzima kapi za glaukom, radi se, naime, o kapima koje reguliraju tlak i sprječavaju gubitak vida uzrokovan visokim očnim tlakom i već tjedan dana ih nema niti u jednoj ljekarni. Nismo mislili da ćemo morati dva tjedna unaprijed razmišljati o kapima, koje su do sada uvijek imali na stanju, kaže nam primjerice čitateljica Ana.

- Kako u ljekarnama već neko vrijeme nema kapi – Azopt, liječnik opće prakse prepisao je majci zamjenu za njih. Riječ je o Bravis kapima, a imaju isti učinak. Međutim obišla sam sve ljekarne u Zagrebu, neke farmaceutske djelatnice su mi htjele olakšati pa su pogledale ima li ih na stanju. Ipak, bila je to slijepa ulica jer niti zamjene za kapi više nije bilo, tako da majka sada mora u bolnicu kako bi joj regulirali očni tlak, pojašnjava dalje.

Kako je Jutarnji list već prije pisao, došlo je do velike nestašica lijekova, pa tako nema Neofena, Klavocina, kapi za nos, lijekova za tlak, i brojnih drugih. Stoga ovakva nestašica mnogima otežava odlazak u ljekarne, posebno ljudima koji boluju od kroničnih bolesti jer oni duže vrijeme ne mogu biti bez propisane terapije.

Osim Ane, s problemom podizanja lijekova susreli su se i ostali čitatelji iz cijele zemlje.

Tako je Franjo iz Varaždina, koji je zbog jakih bolova u leđima, prouzrokovanim lezijom diska L5-S1, od fizijatra u ambulanti za bol dobio tablete Tramadol od 40 mg. Međutim, bio je neugodno iznenađen kada je prošao sve ljekarne u gradu, ali i u obližnjim selima, a niti jedna ljekarna nije imala tablete koje je morao uzimati.

- Bio sam u desetak ljekarni, iz jedne su me upućivali u drugu s riječima "Probajte u dežurnoj ljekarni, ona bi trebala imati sve tablete, ako i nema naručit će pa će stići kroz nekoliko dana". Kako sam išao od ljekarne do ljekarne, svima sam objašnjavao isto – tablete su mi trebale što prije. Naposljetku sam morao kontaktirati svoju doktoricu koja mi je propisala zamjenu s istim sastojcima, samo što sada uzimam tri tablete dnevno, umjesto jedne, objašnjava Franjo.

Situacija nije ništa bolja niti za ljude koji boluju od kroničnih neuroloških promjena, tako se jedna od naših čitateljica javlja kako tablete koje koristi za jake glavobolje – Relpax, ne može pronaći niti u jednoj ljekarni.

- Ove tablete su relativno nove pa ih niti većina ljekarni nema tako da uvijek moram zvati u ljekarne nekoliko dana ranije, pa čak tjedana dana ranije kako bi mi tablete naručili. Međutim, bila sam neugodno iznenađena kada su mi rekli da je velika nestašica te da će tablete kasniti i do tri tjedana. To je za mene dugo razdoblje, tako da sam osuđena na svega tri tablete koje su mi ostale., kaže nam čitateljica.

Razgovarali smo i našom čitateljicom, Ivanom iz Koprivnice koja troši terapiju Apazol, a radi se o tabletama koje smanjuju želučanu kiselinu. Iz ljekarne joj objašnjavaju kako su velike nestašice te je mole za strpljenje ili za traženje zamjene tableta od sličnog proizvođača, piše Jutarnji.

Stoga problem nije samo u većim gradovima i ljekarnama, jer je nestašica lijekova zabilježena diljem Hrvatske. Stoga smo provjerili kakvo je stanje u zagrebačkim ljekarnama, a farmaceutski djelatnici pojašnjavaju kakvo je stanje u ljekarnama.

- Nestašica lijekova se svake godine povećava, zato mi u ljekarnama svojim redovitim pacijentima preporučujemo da vode brigu o svojoj zalihi lijekova te da dođu u ljekarne što prije kako bi se sve potrebne lijekove naručilo što prije. Time bi se malo smanjilo opterećenje ljudi, ali i liste čekanja, kaže nam djelatnica iz Gradske ljekarne u Zagrebu.

Iako u Hrvatskoj, barem sudeći po izvješću HALMED-a, nema kritične nestašice niti jednog lijeka, u ljekarnama je situacija ipak drugačija, a po Ani Soldo, predsjednici Hrvatske ljekarničke komore, na tržištu najmanje 30 posto lošija od službenih izvješća, piše Jutarnji.

U apotekama trenutno nedostaju brojni lijekovi, a kritična je situacija s lijekom Litalir, kojim se liječi kronična mijeloična leukemija i za koji nema zamjenskog lijeka. Nadalje, nema Augmentin sirupa, za koji na HALMED-ovim stranicama uopće nije objavljena nestašica. Nema ni Klavocin sirupa, Hyzaara (za liječenje esencijalne hipertenzije u bolesnika u kojih krvni tlak nije dobro kontroliran samo losartanom ili samo hidroklorotiazidom), Propranolola 40 mg (koristi u profilaksi stenokardije u bolesnika s kroničnom stabilnom anginom pektoris u naporu), Tobrex kapi, kao ni Tobrex masti...

Da je vrijeme za crveni alarm dokazuju i brojna svjedočanstva bolesnika i korisnika različitih terapija koja se šire društvenim mrežama.

- Majka mi uzima kapi za glaukom, radi se, naime, o kapima koje reguliraju tlak i sprječavaju gubitak vida uzrokovan visokim očnim tlakom i već tjedan dana ih nema niti u jednoj ljekarni. Nismo mislili da ćemo morati dva tjedna unaprijed razmišljati o kapima, koje su do sada uvijek imali na stanju, kaže nam primjerice čitateljica Ana.

- Kako u ljekarnama već neko vrijeme nema kapi – Azopt, liječnik opće prakse prepisao je majci zamjenu za njih. Riječ je o Bravis kapima, a imaju isti učinak. Međutim obišla sam sve ljekarne u Zagrebu, neke farmaceutske djelatnice su mi htjele olakšati pa su pogledale ima li ih na stanju. Ipak, bila je to slijepa ulica jer niti zamjene za kapi više nije bilo, tako da majka sada mora u bolnicu kako bi joj regulirali očni tlak, pojašnjava dalje.

Kako je Jutarnji list već prije pisao, došlo je do velike nestašica lijekova, pa tako nema Neofena, Klavocina, kapi za nos, lijekova za tlak, i brojnih drugih. Stoga ovakva nestašica mnogima otežava odlazak u ljekarne, posebno ljudima koji boluju od kroničnih bolesti jer oni duže vrijeme ne mogu biti bez propisane terapije.

Osim Ane, s problemom podizanja lijekova susreli su se i ostali čitatelji iz cijele zemlje.

Tako je Franjo iz Varaždina, koji je zbog jakih bolova u leđima, prouzrokovanim lezijom diska L5-S1, od fizijatra u ambulanti za bol dobio tablete Tramadol od 40 mg. Međutim, bio je neugodno iznenađen kada je prošao sve ljekarne u gradu, ali i u obližnjim selima, a niti jedna ljekarna nije imala tablete koje je morao uzimati.

- Bio sam u desetak ljekarni, iz jedne su me upućivali u drugu s riječima "Probajte u dežurnoj ljekarni, ona bi trebala imati sve tablete, ako i nema naručit će pa će stići kroz nekoliko dana". Kako sam išao od ljekarne do ljekarne, svima sam objašnjavao isto – tablete su mi trebale što prije. Naposljetku sam morao kontaktirati svoju doktoricu koja mi je propisala zamjenu s istim sastojcima, samo što sada uzimam tri tablete dnevno, umjesto jedne, objašnjava Franjo.

Situacija nije ništa bolja niti za ljude koji boluju od kroničnih neuroloških promjena, tako se jedna od naših čitateljica javlja kako tablete koje koristi za jake glavobolje – Relpax, ne može pronaći niti u jednoj ljekarni.

- Ove tablete su relativno nove pa ih niti većina ljekarni nema tako da uvijek moram zvati u ljekarne nekoliko dana ranije, pa čak tjedana dana ranije kako bi mi tablete naručili. Međutim, bila sam neugodno iznenađena kada su mi rekli da je velika nestašica te da će tablete kasniti i do tri tjedana. To je za mene dugo razdoblje, tako da sam osuđena na svega tri tablete koje su mi ostale., kaže nam čitateljica.

Razgovarali smo i našom čitateljicom, Ivanom iz Koprivnice koja troši terapiju Apazol, a radi se o tabletama koje smanjuju želučanu kiselinu. Iz ljekarne joj objašnjavaju kako su velike nestašice te je mole za strpljenje ili za traženje zamjene tableta od sličnog proizvođača, piše Jutarnji.

Stoga problem nije samo u većim gradovima i ljekarnama, jer je nestašica lijekova zabilježena diljem Hrvatske. Stoga smo provjerili kakvo je stanje u zagrebačkim ljekarnama, a farmaceutski djelatnici pojašnjavaju kakvo je stanje u ljekarnama.

- Nestašica lijekova se svake godine povećava, zato mi u ljekarnama svojim redovitim pacijentima preporučujemo da vode brigu o svojoj zalihi lijekova te da dođu u ljekarne što prije kako bi se sve potrebne lijekove naručilo što prije. Time bi se malo smanjilo opterećenje ljudi, ali i liste čekanja, kaže nam djelatnica iz Gradske ljekarne u Zagrebu.
