Ministarstvo graditeljstva i prostornoga uređenja izvijestilo je u ponedjeljak da je do sada zaprimljeno 1.937 zahtjeva za subvencioniranje stambenih kredita, od kojih je obrađeno njih 650.

Agencija za pravni promet i posredovanje nekretninama (APN) je zahtjeve za subvencioniranje stambenih kredita u ovom krugu prijava počela zaprimati 30. ožujka, a iz Ministarstva graditeljstva i prostornog uređenja ponavljaju kako će taj prvi od dva ovogodišnja kruga prijava biti otvoren najmanje do kraja travnja, dok će drugi krug biti objavljen na jesen.

U izjavi koja se prenosi na internetskoj stranici Ministarstva, potpredsjednik Vlade i ministar graditeljstva i prostornog uređenja Predrag Štromar kaže da program subvencioniranih kredita za mlade obitelji funkcionira po planu unatoč svim izvanrednim okolnostima.

"Svi koji su se prijavili ili se žele prijaviti, ne moraju brinuti oko administrativnog dijela. Svi će zahtjevi biti obrađeni, a onima koji se prijavljuju bit će javljeno na vrijeme je li dokumentacija u redu, treba li nadopuna i slično", ponavlja Štromar.

U objavi Ministarstva napominje se da kreditne institucije dostavljaju zahtjeve korisnika kredita elektronički, putem dostavljača te putem pošte. Djelatnici APN-a koji obrađuju zahtjeve sukladno odluci direktora podijeljeni su u dva tima, tako da jedan radi iz ureda, a drugi od kuće, dodaju.

Efektivne kamatne stope od 2,19 do 3,70 posto

APN je početkom ožujka objavio popis 13 banaka s kojima je potpisan ugovor o davanju subvencioniranih stambenih kredita, a efektivne kamatne stope koje su banke ponudile kreću se od 2,19 do 3,70 posto.

Programom subvencioniranja stambenih kredita država građanima pomaže pri otplati stambenog kredita za kupnju stana ili kuće, odnosno pri otplati kredita za izgradnju kuće, u trajanju od pet godina. Na natječaj se mogu prijaviti svi mlađi od 45 godina koji u svom vlasništvu nemaju stan ili kuću. Subvencioniranje kredita odobrava se za kupnju stana ili kuće, odnosno gradnju kuće do najviše 1.500 eura po metru kvadratnom, odnosno do najvišeg iznosa kredita od 100 tisuća eura u kunskoj protuvrijednosti.

Rok otplate kredita ne smije biti kraći od 15 godina, a visina subvencije ovisi i o indeksu razvijenosti mjesta na kojem se nekretnina kupuje, odnosno gradi, te se kreće od 30 do 51 posto iznosa rate kredita.

Rok subvencije produžuje se za dvije dodatne godine za svako novorođeno dijete za vrijeme trajanja subvencije, a za dodatnu godinu po svakom djetetu koje osoba ima u vrijeme prijave za kredit.

U praksi to znači da će za obitelj koja pri prijavi već ima dvoje djece subvencija umjesto pet trajati sedam godina, a ukoliko dobiju još jedno dijete subvencija će trajati ukupno devet godina.

U tri godine provođenja odobreno je više od 9.400 subvencioniranih kredita, a u obiteljima koje koriste subvencije do sada je rođeno gotovo 1.500 djece, podaci su Ministarstva graditeljstva i prostornog uređenja.

Ministarstvo graditeljstva i prostornoga uređenja izvijestilo je u ponedjeljak da je do sada zaprimljeno 1.937 zahtjeva za subvencioniranje stambenih kredita, od kojih je obrađeno njih 650.

Agencija za pravni promet i posredovanje nekretninama (APN) je zahtjeve za subvencioniranje stambenih kredita u ovom krugu prijava počela zaprimati 30. ožujka, a iz Ministarstva graditeljstva i prostornog uređenja ponavljaju kako će taj prvi od dva ovogodišnja kruga prijava biti otvoren najmanje do kraja travnja, dok će drugi krug biti objavljen na jesen.

U izjavi koja se prenosi na internetskoj stranici Ministarstva, potpredsjednik Vlade i ministar graditeljstva i prostornog uređenja Predrag Štromar kaže da program subvencioniranih kredita za mlade obitelji funkcionira po planu unatoč svim izvanrednim okolnostima.

"Svi koji su se prijavili ili se žele prijaviti, ne moraju brinuti oko administrativnog dijela. Svi će zahtjevi biti obrađeni, a onima koji se prijavljuju bit će javljeno na vrijeme je li dokumentacija u redu, treba li nadopuna i slično", ponavlja Štromar.

U objavi Ministarstva napominje se da kreditne institucije dostavljaju zahtjeve korisnika kredita elektronički, putem dostavljača te putem pošte. Djelatnici APN-a koji obrađuju zahtjeve sukladno odluci direktora podijeljeni su u dva tima, tako da jedan radi iz ureda, a drugi od kuće, dodaju.

Efektivne kamatne stope od 2,19 do 3,70 posto

APN je početkom ožujka objavio popis 13 banaka s kojima je potpisan ugovor o davanju subvencioniranih stambenih kredita, a efektivne kamatne stope koje su banke ponudile kreću se od 2,19 do 3,70 posto.

Programom subvencioniranja stambenih kredita država građanima pomaže pri otplati stambenog kredita za kupnju stana ili kuće, odnosno pri otplati kredita za izgradnju kuće, u trajanju od pet godina. Na natječaj se mogu prijaviti svi mlađi od 45 godina koji u svom vlasništvu nemaju stan ili kuću. Subvencioniranje kredita odobrava se za kupnju stana ili kuće, odnosno gradnju kuće do najviše 1.500 eura po metru kvadratnom, odnosno do najvišeg iznosa kredita od 100 tisuća eura u kunskoj protuvrijednosti.

Rok otplate kredita ne smije biti kraći od 15 godina, a visina subvencije ovisi i o indeksu razvijenosti mjesta na kojem se nekretnina kupuje, odnosno gradi, te se kreće od 30 do 51 posto iznosa rate kredita.

Rok subvencije produžuje se za dvije dodatne godine za svako novorođeno dijete za vrijeme trajanja subvencije, a za dodatnu godinu po svakom djetetu koje osoba ima u vrijeme prijave za kredit.

U praksi to znači da će za obitelj koja pri prijavi već ima dvoje djece subvencija umjesto pet trajati sedam godina, a ukoliko dobiju još jedno dijete subvencija će trajati ukupno devet godina.

U tri godine provođenja odobreno je više od 9.400 subvencioniranih kredita, a u obiteljima koje koriste subvencije do sada je rođeno gotovo 1.500 djece, podaci su Ministarstva graditeljstva i prostornog uređenja.

Ministarstvo graditeljstva i prostornoga uređenja izvijestilo je u ponedjeljak da je do sada zaprimljeno 1.937 zahtjeva za subvencioniranje stambenih kredita, od kojih je obrađeno njih 650.

Agencija za pravni promet i posredovanje nekretninama (APN) je zahtjeve za subvencioniranje stambenih kredita u ovom krugu prijava počela zaprimati 30. ožujka, a iz Ministarstva graditeljstva i prostornog uređenja ponavljaju kako će taj prvi od dva ovogodišnja kruga prijava biti otvoren najmanje do kraja travnja, dok će drugi krug biti objavljen na jesen.
