Ministar zdravstva Vili Beroš i šef HZJZ-a Krunoslav Capak održali su konferenciju za medije nakon sastanka u Banskim dvorima. Na samom početku konferencije ministar Beroš objavio je najnovije informacije o broju zaraženih koronavirusom u Hrvatskoj.

Objavio je da imamo 735 novih slučajeva, no napomenuo je da ovaj broj ne predstavlja realnu situaciju s obzirom na smanjen broj testiranja. Na bolničkom liječenju je 1713 pacijenata, a u odnosu na jučer, na respiratoru je 20 novih pacijenata, rekao je Beroš. 

"Sa županima smo razgovarali o određenim novim mjerama i rasporedu cijepljenja", rekao je Beroš i najavio da će idućeg tjedna doći veće količine cjepiva. 

"Naša zajednička odgovornost je odgovoriti na sve ove izazove, HZJZ daje smjer, ali sve županije imaju odgovornost", rekao je Beroš. 

Novinari su ga pitali i za najnovije otkriće o povezanosti AstraZenece i krvnih ugrušaka, odnosno postoji li plan u slučaju da se blokira primjena tog cjepiva. 

"Moramo pričekati konačni zaključak EMA. Razgovarali smo o tome kako zauzeti poziciju ukoliko se pokaže tako, no moramo dobiti jasnu odluku EMA-e", rekao je Beroš. "Ne smijemo zanemariti inpute koji se odnose na ozbiljne komplikacije povezane s nekim cjepivom. Tek kada dobijemo konačnu odluku EMA-e, zauzet ćemo stav", dodao je. 

I šef HZJZ-a Krunoslav Capak rekao je kako je važno pričekati da EMA da konačno mišljenje i moguće regulatorne mjere. "Vrlo teško da će se odlučiti za suspenziju, moguće je da će mijenjati nekakve preporuke. Vjerojatno će ići prema preporukama za određenoj dobi", rekao je Capak. 

"Pratit ćemo epidemiološku situaciju i u skladu s tim nositi mjeru. Računamo da ćemo do kraja šestog mjeseca doseći 50 posto cijepljenih", rekao je Capak. 

"Nikad nismo imali pragove za mjere. U ovom trenutku mi smo, s obzirom na velike razlike u incidenciji među županijama, dali preporuku da županije koje imaju lošiju situaciju uvedu strože mjere", rekao je.

"U Zadarskoj županiji je u zadnjih par dana pogoršala situacija i oni su brzo reagirali. Od kontinenta je to Karlovačka županija, a čuo sam od potpredsjednika vlade i da će Zagrebačka tražiti strože mjere", rekao je Capak. 

Dodao je i kako su županije dobile naputak da se može započeti s trećom fazom cjepiva, budući da se očekuje da će kroz iduće dane stići velike količine cjepiva. 

Što se tiče prioritetnih skupina za cijepljenje, Beroš kaže kako je to važno pitanje o kojem će se razgovarati sutra na sastanku.

Novinari su Beroša pitali i o današnjem sastanku s veledrogerijama s ministrom Marićem, na kojem nije bilo konačnog zaključka.

"U ovom trenutku ne razmišljamo o povećanju izdataka za zdravstvo, ali moramo razmišljati o prihodovnoj i rashodovnoj strani", rekao je i objasnio kako dug planiraju platiti u fazama. "Ministar Marić je izvijestio veledrogerije o planu koji će zaživjeti kroz koji dan. No, tu govorimo o kratkoročnim rješenjima. Dugoročna rješenja su tema za Vladu i sve nas u zdravstvu", rekao je.

"Ova Vlada će napraviti sve da niti jedan građanin ne ostane bez lijeka koji mu je potreban", dodao je Beroš. 

Rekao je i kako ministarstvo zdravstva u svom okviru nema potrebna sredstva za vratiti dugove veledrogerijama. 

"Kada govorimo o povećanju doprinosa, tada sam govorio o prihodovnoj i rashodovnoj strani zdravstvenog sustava, mislio sam na doprinose iz plaća, ali i izdvajanja iz proračuna, poput trošarina na cigarete i alkohol...", objašnjavao je Beroš svoju izjavu od neki dan. 

"Obračun za prekovremene sate je od osnovne važnosti, to je odgovornost ravnatelja. Mora organizirati da oni budu utemeljeni na zdravstvenoj potrebi, a ne da bi se ljudima povećavala plaća", rekao je Beroš. 

Kaže i kako neće limitirati dostupnost lijekova koji djeluju, makar oni bili i ekstremno skupi. "Ovo je toliko opsežna da bismo mogli još satima pričati. Danas smo još jednom ponovili da se limiti zdravstvenih ustanova da novac iz ukupnog budžeta podijelimo na bolnice. A danas 60 posto tih bolnica novac troši na plaće radnika", rekao je Beroš. Kaže da u takvim uvjetima ravnatelj ne može uspješno poslovati. 

"Plaće liječnika i sestara porasle su nekoliko desetaka posto. Imate isti sredstava kojima raspolažete, a 24 posto više novca koji dobijete ide na plaće liječnika i sestara", dodao je Beroš. "Današnji sastanak je vrlo jasan signal zajedničkih napora u rješavanju ovog problema", rekao je. 

Na pitanje može li on kao ministar jamčiti da neće doći do nestašice lijekova, rekao je kako traže od zdravstvenih ustanova da ih informiraju o zalihama. "No, pojedine bolnice počele su informirati da im počinje nedostajati nekih lijekova, i onda je ministar Marić reagirao. I danas je poslao pozitivne poruke, kako kratkoročne, tako i one dugoročne", rekao je Beroš.

Ministar zdravstva Vili Beroš i šef HZJZ-a Krunoslav Capak održali su konferenciju za medije nakon sastanka u Banskim dvorima. Na samom početku konferencije ministar Beroš objavio je najnovije informacije o broju zaraženih koronavirusom u Hrvatskoj.

Objavio je da imamo 735 novih slučajeva, no napomenuo je da ovaj broj ne predstavlja realnu situaciju s obzirom na smanjen broj testiranja. Na bolničkom liječenju je 1713 pacijenata, a u odnosu na jučer, na respiratoru je 20 novih pacijenata, rekao je Beroš. 

"Sa županima smo razgovarali o određenim novim mjerama i rasporedu cijepljenja", rekao je Beroš i najavio da će idućeg tjedna doći veće količine cjepiva. 

"Naša zajednička odgovornost je odgovoriti na sve ove izazove, HZJZ daje smjer, ali sve županije imaju odgovornost", rekao je Beroš. 

Novinari su ga pitali i za najnovije otkriće o povezanosti AstraZenece i krvnih ugrušaka, odnosno postoji li plan u slučaju da se blokira primjena tog cjepiva. 

"Moramo pričekati konačni zaključak EMA. Razgovarali smo o tome kako zauzeti poziciju ukoliko se pokaže tako, no moramo dobiti jasnu odluku EMA-e", rekao je Beroš. "Ne smijemo zanemariti inpute koji se odnose na ozbiljne komplikacije povezane s nekim cjepivom. Tek kada dobijemo konačnu odluku EMA-e, zauzet ćemo stav", dodao je. 

I šef HZJZ-a Krunoslav Capak rekao je kako je važno pričekati da EMA da konačno mišljenje i moguće regulatorne mjere. "Vrlo teško da će se odlučiti za suspenziju, moguće je da će mijenjati nekakve preporuke. Vjerojatno će ići prema preporukama za određenoj dobi", rekao je Capak. 

"Pratit ćemo epidemiološku situaciju i u skladu s tim nositi mjeru. Računamo da ćemo do kraja šestog mjeseca doseći 50 posto cijepljenih", rekao je Capak. 

"Nikad nismo imali pragove za mjere. U ovom trenutku mi smo, s obzirom na velike razlike u incidenciji među županijama, dali preporuku da županije koje imaju lošiju situaciju uvedu strože mjere", rekao je.

"U Zadarskoj županiji je u zadnjih par dana pogoršala situacija i oni su brzo reagirali. Od kontinenta je to Karlovačka županija, a čuo sam od potpredsjednika vlade i da će Zagrebačka tražiti strože mjere", rekao je Capak. 

Dodao je i kako su županije dobile naputak da se može započeti s trećom fazom cjepiva, budući da se očekuje da će kroz iduće dane stići velike količine cjepiva. 

Što se tiče prioritetnih skupina za cijepljenje, Beroš kaže kako je to važno pitanje o kojem će se razgovarati sutra na sastanku.

Novinari su Beroša pitali i o današnjem sastanku s veledrogerijama s ministrom Marićem, na kojem nije bilo konačnog zaključka.

"U ovom trenutku ne razmišljamo o povećanju izdataka za zdravstvo, ali moramo razmišljati o prihodovnoj i rashodovnoj strani", rekao je i objasnio kako dug planiraju platiti u fazama. "Ministar Marić je izvijestio veledrogerije o planu koji će zaživjeti kroz koji dan. No, tu govorimo o kratkoročnim rješenjima. Dugoročna rješenja su tema za Vladu i sve nas u zdravstvu", rekao je.

"Ova Vlada će napraviti sve da niti jedan građanin ne ostane bez lijeka koji mu je potreban", dodao je Beroš. 

Rekao je i kako ministarstvo zdravstva u svom okviru nema potrebna sredstva za vratiti dugove veledrogerijama. 

"Kada govorimo o povećanju doprinosa, tada sam govorio o prihodovnoj i rashodovnoj strani zdravstvenog sustava, mislio sam na doprinose iz plaća, ali i izdvajanja iz proračuna, poput trošarina na cigarete i alkohol...", objašnjavao je Beroš svoju izjavu od neki dan. 

"Obračun za prekovremene sate je od osnovne važnosti, to je odgovornost ravnatelja. Mora organizirati da oni budu utemeljeni na zdravstvenoj potrebi, a ne da bi se ljudima povećavala plaća", rekao je Beroš. 

Kaže i kako neće limitirati dostupnost lijekova koji djeluju, makar oni bili i ekstremno skupi. "Ovo je toliko opsežna da bismo mogli još satima pričati. Danas smo još jednom ponovili da se limiti zdravstvenih ustanova da novac iz ukupnog budžeta podijelimo na bolnice. A danas 60 posto tih bolnica novac troši na plaće radnika", rekao je Beroš. Kaže da u takvim uvjetima ravnatelj ne može uspješno poslovati. 

"Plaće liječnika i sestara porasle su nekoliko desetaka posto. Imate isti sredstava kojima raspolažete, a 24 posto više novca koji dobijete ide na plaće liječnika i sestara", dodao je Beroš. "Današnji sastanak je vrlo jasan signal zajedničkih napora u rješavanju ovog problema", rekao je. 

Na pitanje može li on kao ministar jamčiti da neće doći do nestašice lijekova, rekao je kako traže od zdravstvenih ustanova da ih informiraju o zalihama. "No, pojedine bolnice počele su informirati da im počinje nedostajati nekih lijekova, i onda je ministar Marić reagirao. I danas je poslao pozitivne poruke, kako kratkoročne, tako i one dugoročne", rekao je Beroš.

Ministar zdravstva Vili Beroš i šef HZJZ-a Krunoslav Capak održali su konferenciju za medije nakon sastanka u Banskim dvorima. Na samom početku konferencije ministar Beroš objavio je najnovije informacije o broju zaraženih koronavirusom u Hrvatskoj.

Objavio je da imamo 735 novih slučajeva, no napomenuo je da ovaj broj ne predstavlja realnu situaciju s obzirom na smanjen broj testiranja. Na bolničkom liječenju je 1713 pacijenata, a u odnosu na jučer, na respiratoru je 20 novih pacijenata, rekao je Beroš.
