Služba gospodarskog kriminaliteta i korupcije PU splitsko-dalmatinske dovršila je kriminalističko istraživanje nad 57-godišnjim Željkom M. iz Solina. Za njega je utvrđeno postojanje osnovane da je kao odgovorna osoba trgovačkog društva "Eko poletarac" d.o.o. oštetio svoju tvrtku za 638.000 kuna

Prijavljen je da je od 2014. pa do 2017. godine u više navrata podizao novac s poslovnih računa tog društva koje nije evidentirao ili je prikazao kao pozajmice društva prema njemu, a za koje je znao da ih neće vratiti. Ti računi su bili otvoreni u Erste i Addiko banci te je prijavljeni na taj način oštetio društvo u ukupnom iznosu od 638.000 kuna, pribavivši sebi znatnu imovinsku korist.

S računa u Erste banci podigao je oko 300.000 kuna, što uopće nije evidentirao u poslovnim knjigama društva, dok je preostali dio evidentirao naknadno kao pozajmicu društva prema njemu. Na opisani način Željko M. je ostvario obilježja većeg broja kaznenih djela zlouporaba povjerenja u gospodarskom poslovanju i povreda vođenja trgovačkih i poslovnih knjiga.

Protiv 57-godišnjaka podneseno je posebno izvješće nadležnom ŽDO Split kao nadopuna kaznene prijave.

Služba gospodarskog kriminaliteta i korupcije PU splitsko-dalmatinske dovršila je kriminalističko istraživanje nad 57-godišnjim Željkom M. iz Solina. Za njega je utvrđeno postojanje osnovane da je kao odgovorna osoba trgovačkog društva "Eko poletarac" d.o.o. oštetio svoju tvrtku za 638.000 kuna

Prijavljen je da je od 2014. pa do 2017. godine u više navrata podizao novac s poslovnih računa tog društva koje nije evidentirao ili je prikazao kao pozajmice društva prema njemu, a za koje je znao da ih neće vratiti. Ti računi su bili otvoreni u Erste i Addiko banci te je prijavljeni na taj način oštetio društvo u ukupnom iznosu od 638.000 kuna, pribavivši sebi znatnu imovinsku korist.

S računa u Erste banci podigao je oko 300.000 kuna, što uopće nije evidentirao u poslovnim knjigama društva, dok je preostali dio evidentirao naknadno kao pozajmicu društva prema njemu. Na opisani način Željko M. je ostvario obilježja većeg broja kaznenih djela zlouporaba povjerenja u gospodarskom poslovanju i povreda vođenja trgovačkih i poslovnih knjiga.

Protiv 57-godišnjaka podneseno je posebno izvješće nadležnom ŽDO Split kao nadopuna kaznene prijave.
