Policajka koja je bila izvan službe, osobnim vozilom je udarila biciklista u četvrtak oko 1 sat u  Ulici braće Božić u Rovinju i otišla s mjesta nesreće bez da je pružila pomoć unesrećenom, no nakon toga javila se u  policijsku postaju, izvijestila je istarska policija.

Provedenim izvidima prometne nesreće utvrđeno je kako se 33-godišnja vozačica udaljila s mjesta nesreće bez da je pružila pomoć unesrećenom, navodi se u priopćenju Policijske uprave istarske.

"Nesreća se dogodila kada je 33-godišnjakinja upravljala automobilom VW Polo, pulske registarske oznake, kolnikom Ulice braće Božić te je dolaskom do raskrižja s Fažanskom ulicom počela skretati u desno. Budući da vozačica nije pravovremeno uočila 60-godišnjaka koji je biciklom prelazio preko pješačkog prijelaza, došlo je do kontakta automobila s biciklom te je vozač bicikla pao na tlo i zadobio teže ozljede", dodaje se u priopćenju.

Vozačica automobila udaljila se s mjesta prometne nesreće, nakon čega je pristupila u policijsku postaju. Obavljenim alkotestiranjima utvrđeno je kako je vozačica bila pod utjecajem alkohola od 0.35 promila, dok je vozač bicikla bio pod utjecajem alkohola od 1.49 promila, navode iz PU istarske.

Djelatnici PU istarske ispitali su 33-godišnjakinju zbog sumnje da je počinila kaznena djela izazivanje prometne nesreće u cestovnom prometu te nepružanje pomoći, radi čega će se protiv nje podnijeti kaznena prijava nadležnom državnom odvjetništvu.

Budući da je riječ o policijskoj službenici koja je u vrijeme nesreće bila izvan službe i upravljala je privatnim vozilom, protiv 33-godišnjakinje će se sukladno Zakonu o policiji poduzeti odgovarajuće mjere zbog povrede službene dužnosti, priopćila je policija.

Policajka koja je bila izvan službe, osobnim vozilom je udarila biciklista u četvrtak oko 1 sat u  Ulici braće Božić u Rovinju i otišla s mjesta nesreće bez da je pružila pomoć unesrećenom, no nakon toga javila se u  policijsku postaju, izvijestila je istarska policija.

Provedenim izvidima prometne nesreće utvrđeno je kako se 33-godišnja vozačica udaljila s mjesta nesreće bez da je pružila pomoć unesrećenom, navodi se u priopćenju Policijske uprave istarske.

"Nesreća se dogodila kada je 33-godišnjakinja upravljala automobilom VW Polo, pulske registarske oznake, kolnikom Ulice braće Božić te je dolaskom do raskrižja s Fažanskom ulicom počela skretati u desno. Budući da vozačica nije pravovremeno uočila 60-godišnjaka koji je biciklom prelazio preko pješačkog prijelaza, došlo je do kontakta automobila s biciklom te je vozač bicikla pao na tlo i zadobio teže ozljede", dodaje se u priopćenju.

Vozačica automobila udaljila se s mjesta prometne nesreće, nakon čega je pristupila u policijsku postaju. Obavljenim alkotestiranjima utvrđeno je kako je vozačica bila pod utjecajem alkohola od 0.35 promila, dok je vozač bicikla bio pod utjecajem alkohola od 1.49 promila, navode iz PU istarske.

Djelatnici PU istarske ispitali su 33-godišnjakinju zbog sumnje da je počinila kaznena djela izazivanje prometne nesreće u cestovnom prometu te nepružanje pomoći, radi čega će se protiv nje podnijeti kaznena prijava nadležnom državnom odvjetništvu.

Budući da je riječ o policijskoj službenici koja je u vrijeme nesreće bila izvan službe i upravljala je privatnim vozilom, protiv 33-godišnjakinje će se sukladno Zakonu o policiji poduzeti odgovarajuće mjere zbog povrede službene dužnosti, priopćila je policija.

Rovinjska policajka vozilom udarila biciklista i otišla s mjesta nesreće, nije niti pokušala pomoći unesrećenom

Policajka koja je bila izvan službe, osobnim vozilom je udarila biciklista u četvrtak oko 1 sat u  Ulici braće Božić u Rovinju i otišla s mjesta nesreće bez da je pružila pomoć unesrećenom, no nakon toga javila se u  policijsku postaju, izvijestila je istarska policija.

Provedenim izvidima prometne nesreće utvrđeno je kako se 33-godišnja vozačica udaljila s mjesta nesreće bez da je pružila pomoć unesrećenom, navodi se u priopćenju Policijske uprave istarske.

"Nesreća se dogodila kada je 33-godišnjakinja upravljala automobilom VW Polo, pulske registarske oznake, kolnikom Ulice braće Božić te je dolaskom do raskrižja s Fažanskom ulicom počela skretati u desno. Budući da vozačica nije pravovremeno uočila 60-godišnjaka koji je biciklom prelazio preko...
