Županijski sud u Zagrebu potvrdio je optužnicu protiv Marina Kameničkog (22) koji je u kolovozu 2018. u zagrebačkoj Ilici skrivio nesreću u kojoj su poginule dvije osobe, dok su još tri bile ozlijeđene.

Prema optužnici, Kamenički se 23. kolovoza 2018. u 21,10 sati svojim mercedesom C63 AMG kretao Ilicom od istoka prema zapadu i to vozeći brzinom od 195 kilometara na sat, iako je bio svjestan da je brzina kretanja vozila na toj prometnici ograničena na 50 kilometara na sat.

Kada je došao do Ilice 442, zbog prevelike brzine izgubio je nadzor nad upravljačem i udario u rubni kamen te se zarotirao, pri čemu je prešao u suprotni smjer.

Dok se nekontrolirano kretao, svojim je vozilom udario u opel astru. Od siline udarca, otvorila su se suvozačka vrata, a sa suvozačkog sjedala je iz vozila ispala Nadica Hofinger koju je potom udario renault clio koji se kretao južnom stranom kolnika Ilice iz smjera zapada u smjeru istoka.

Mercedes se i dalje nekontrolirano kretao te je opel astru nastavio gurati sve dok je nije odbacio na betonski potporni zid. Potom je i vozilo od Kameničkog udarilo u potporni zid, nakon čega se odbilo, prešlo na južnu stranu Ilice te udarilo u drugi mercedes, nakon čega se vozilo kojim je upravljao Kamenički zaustavilo i zapalilo.

U nesreći koju je skrivio Kamenički poginula je njegova suvozačica Laura Stelio i Nadica Hoflinger, suvozačica iz opela. Vozač opela je zadobio teške i po život opasne ozljede te mu je život spašen liječničkom intervencijom, istaknulo je tužiteljstvo.

Županijski sud u Zagrebu potvrdio je optužnicu protiv Marina Kameničkog (22) koji je u kolovozu 2018. u zagrebačkoj Ilici skrivio nesreću u kojoj su poginule dvije osobe, dok su još tri bile ozlijeđene.

Prema optužnici, Kamenički se 23. kolovoza 2018. u 21,10 sati svojim mercedesom C63 AMG kretao Ilicom od istoka prema zapadu i to vozeći brzinom od 195 kilometara na sat, iako je bio svjestan da je brzina kretanja vozila na toj prometnici ograničena na 50 kilometara na sat.

Kada je došao do Ilice 442, zbog prevelike brzine izgubio je nadzor nad upravljačem i udario u rubni kamen te se zarotirao, pri čemu je prešao u suprotni smjer.

Dok se nekontrolirano kretao, svojim je vozilom udario u opel astru. Od siline udarca, otvorila su se suvozačka vrata, a sa suvozačkog sjedala je iz vozila ispala Nadica Hofinger koju je potom udario renault clio koji se kretao južnom stranom kolnika Ilice iz smjera zapada u smjeru istoka.

Mercedes se i dalje nekontrolirano kretao te je opel astru nastavio gurati sve dok je nije odbacio na betonski potporni zid. Potom je i vozilo od Kameničkog udarilo u potporni zid, nakon čega se odbilo, prešlo na južnu stranu Ilice te udarilo u drugi mercedes, nakon čega se vozilo kojim je upravljao Kamenički zaustavilo i zapalilo.

U nesreći koju je skrivio Kamenički poginula je njegova suvozačica Laura Stelio i Nadica Hoflinger, suvozačica iz opela. Vozač opela je zadobio teške i po život opasne ozljede te mu je život spašen liječničkom intervencijom, istaknulo je tužiteljstvo.
