Prevarant i vlasnik tvrtke koja se bavi kupoprodajom automobila prevario je klijenticu za čak pola milijuna kuna koje mu je predala za kupnju luksuznog BMW-a, piše Danica.hr.

Muškarac (42) iz Velike Gorice, vlasnik jedne tvrtke koja prodaje automobile, zbog prevare je nepravomoćno osuđen na dvije godine bezuvjetnog zatvora i određeno mu je da prevarenoj ženi mora vratiti novac, a presudu je dočekao u kaznionici u Glini.

Prema presudi, on je s gospođom Mirjanom zaključio ugovor o kupoprodaji polovnog vozila marke BMW X5 za cijenu od 64.100 eura, što u kunskoj protuvrijednosti iznosi 487.020 kuna. Mirjana mu je u dva navrata platila ukupno blizu 40.000 eura te mu predala svoje rabljeno vozilo BMW 116 d vrijedno 208.000 kuna.

No, muškarac je novac i vozilo zadržao, a naručeno vozilo nije joj isporučio, već je s Mirjanom i njenim suprugom usmeno dogovorio da će im isporučiti skuplje vozilo marke BMW X6 3.0 d xDrive uz nadoplatu, neistinito joj se pritom obvezujući da će joj vozilo isporučiti u roku od tri dana od uplate.

“Time je trgovačkom društvu pribavio nepripadnu materijalnu dobit u iznosu od 497.919,89 kuna, nakon čega je Mirjana predala njegovu bjanko zadužnicu na naplatu, ali je po istoj naplaćen iznos od samo 50.846,35 kuna, na koji je način za preostali iznos od 447.073,54 kuna oštetio Mirjanu”, navodi se u presudi.

Mirjana i njezin suprug ispričali su kako su pronašli oglas za BMW na internetskom oglasniku te su stupili u kontakt s prodavateljem. Potom su se našli u kafiću u Zagrebu, što im je bilo čudno s obzirom da dotični ima firmu preko koje prodaje veliki broj skupocjenih automobila.

'Tom prilikom nam je pričao o svom poslovanju, o načinima izbjegavanja plaćanja PDV-a, na što smo se ja i suprug čudili i u nevjerici slušali što govori. Rekli smo mu da nas takve stvari ne zanimaju te da smo zainteresirani za kupnju automobila u zakonskim okvirima', svjedočila je Mirjana.

Kasnije su potpisali ugovor s njegovom firmom, isplatili mu predujam te od njega dobili tvrtkinu bjanko zadužnicu na iznos do 500.000 kuna. No, kasnije se ispostavilo da je račun tvrtke bio u blokadi, piše Danica.hr.

Prevarant i vlasnik tvrtke koja se bavi kupoprodajom automobila prevario je klijenticu za čak pola milijuna kuna koje mu je predala za kupnju luksuznog BMW-a, piše Danica.hr.

Muškarac (42) iz Velike Gorice, vlasnik jedne tvrtke koja prodaje automobile, zbog prevare je nepravomoćno osuđen na dvije godine bezuvjetnog zatvora i određeno mu je da prevarenoj ženi mora vratiti novac, a presudu je dočekao u kaznionici u Glini.

Prema presudi, on je s gospođom Mirjanom zaključio ugovor o kupoprodaji polovnog vozila marke BMW X5 za cijenu od 64.100 eura, što u kunskoj protuvrijednosti iznosi 487.020 kuna. Mirjana mu je u dva navrata platila ukupno blizu 40.000 eura te mu predala svoje rabljeno vozilo BMW 116 d vrijedno 208.000 kuna.

No, muškarac je novac i vozilo zadržao, a naručeno vozilo nije joj isporučio, već je s Mirjanom i njenim suprugom usmeno dogovorio da će im isporučiti skuplje vozilo marke BMW X6 3.0 d xDrive uz nadoplatu, neistinito joj se pritom obvezujući da će joj vozilo isporučiti u roku od tri dana od uplate.

“Time je trgovačkom društvu pribavio nepripadnu materijalnu dobit u iznosu od 497.919,89 kuna, nakon čega je Mirjana predala njegovu bjanko zadužnicu na naplatu, ali je po istoj naplaćen iznos od samo 50.846,35 kuna, na koji je način za preostali iznos od 447.073,54 kuna oštetio Mirjanu”, navodi se u presudi.

Mirjana i njezin suprug ispričali su kako su pronašli oglas za BMW na internetskom oglasniku te su stupili u kontakt s prodavateljem. Potom su se našli u kafiću u Zagrebu, što im je bilo čudno s obzirom da dotični ima firmu preko koje prodaje veliki broj skupocjenih automobila.

'Tom prilikom nam je pričao o svom poslovanju, o načinima izbjegavanja plaćanja PDV-a, na što smo se ja i suprug čudili i u nevjerici slušali što govori. Rekli smo mu da nas takve stvari ne zanimaju te da smo zainteresirani za kupnju automobila u zakonskim okvirima', svjedočila je Mirjana.

Kasnije su potpisali ugovor s njegovom firmom, isplatili mu predujam te od njega dobili tvrtkinu bjanko zadužnicu na iznos do 500.000 kuna. No, kasnije se ispostavilo da je račun tvrtke bio u blokadi, piše Danica.hr.

Prevarant i vlasnik tvrtke koja se bavi kupoprodajom automobila prevario je klijenticu za čak pola milijuna kuna koje mu je predala za kupnju luksuznog BMW-a, piše Danica.hr.

Muškarac (42) iz Velike Gorice, vlasnik jedne tvrtke koja prodaje automobile, zbog prevare je nepravomoćno osuđen na dvije godine bezuvjetnog zatvora i određeno mu je da prevarenoj ženi mora vratiti novac, a presudu je dočekao u kaznionici u Glini.

Prema presudi, on je s gospođom Mirjanom zaključio ugovor o kupoprodaji polovnog vozila marke BMW X5 za cijenu od 64.100 eura, što u kunskoj protuvrijednosti iznosi 487.020 kuna. Mirjana mu je u dva navrata platila ukupno blizu 40.000 eura te mu predala svoje rabljeno vozilo BMW 116 d vrijedno 208.000 kuna.

No, muškarac je novac i vozilo zadržao, a naručeno...
