Mladi vozač, koji je novom kaštelanskom cestom  vozio osobni automobil Toyota brzinom od 142 kilometara na sat, platit će 3.000 kuna kazne.  Policija je za njega tražila i mjesec dana zabrane vožnje vozilima B kategorije, ali sud nije prihvatio njihov prijedlog.

Prema optužnom prijedlogu policije, 31-godišnjak iz Varaždina je u ožujku 2019. godine oko 22.10 sati upravljao Toyotom prekomjernom brzinom na dionici državne ceste D-8 kroz Kaštel Lukšić gdje je brzina ograničena na 70 km/h. Varaždinac je vozio brzinom od 142 km/h, odnosno, kod umanjena za sigurnosnu razliku, brzinom od 128 km/h.

Zaustavila ga je policija koja je utvrdila identitet vozača i ispisala kaznu te mu je uručen obvezni prekršajni nalog. U nalogu su odredili 3.000 kuna kazne i zabranu vožnje mjesec dana.

Vozač je podnio prigovor te je slučaj došao na prekršajni sud. Kako Varaždinac nije pristupio pred sud, kako bi iznio usmenu obranu, niti je sudu dostavio pisanu obranu, uzeto je da se brani šutnjom.

Tijekom postupka je utvrđeno, prema pribavljenom izvatku iz prekršajne evidencije, da je Varaždinac u zadnje tri godine sankcioniran zbog prometnih prekršaja, te i zbog prekoračenja dopuštene brzine. U zakonu je propisano da će se novčanom kaznom od 3.000 do 7.000 kuna kazniti vozač koji se vozilom na cesti izvan naselja kreće brzinom koja je za više od 50 km na sat veća od dopuštene.

Sudac Prekršajnog suda u Kaštel Sućurcu mu je odredio kaznu u visini minimuma, ali nije ga kaznio zabranom vožnje. U otegotne okolnosti mu je uračunato što je otprije kažnjavan zbog brze vožnje, a posebno olakotnih okolnosti nije imao.

Ipak, sud mu je uzeo bitno u prilog protok vremena. Osim novčane kazne, dužan je platiti i 300 kuna sudskog postupka.

Mladi vozač, koji je novom kaštelanskom cestom  vozio osobni automobil Toyota brzinom od 142 kilometara na sat, platit će 3.000 kuna kazne.  Policija je za njega tražila i mjesec dana zabrane vožnje vozilima B kategorije, ali sud nije prihvatio njihov prijedlog.

Prema optužnom prijedlogu policije, 31-godišnjak iz Varaždina je u ožujku 2019. godine oko 22.10 sati upravljao Toyotom prekomjernom brzinom na dionici državne ceste D-8 kroz Kaštel Lukšić gdje je brzina ograničena na 70 km/h. Varaždinac je vozio brzinom od 142 km/h, odnosno, kod umanjena za sigurnosnu razliku, brzinom od 128 km/h.

Zaustavila ga je policija koja je utvrdila identitet vozača i ispisala kaznu te mu je uručen obvezni prekršajni nalog. U nalogu su odredili 3.000 kuna kazne i zabranu vožnje mjesec dana.

Vozač je podnio prigovor te je slučaj došao na prekršajni sud. Kako Varaždinac nije pristupio pred sud, kako bi iznio usmenu obranu, niti je sudu dostavio pisanu obranu, uzeto je da se brani šutnjom.

Tijekom postupka je utvrđeno, prema pribavljenom izvatku iz prekršajne evidencije, da je Varaždinac u zadnje tri godine sankcioniran zbog prometnih prekršaja, te i zbog prekoračenja dopuštene brzine. U zakonu je propisano da će se novčanom kaznom od 3.000 do 7.000 kuna kazniti vozač koji se vozilom na cesti izvan naselja kreće brzinom koja je za više od 50 km na sat veća od dopuštene.

Sudac Prekršajnog suda u Kaštel Sućurcu mu je odredio kaznu u visini minimuma, ali nije ga kaznio zabranom vožnje. U otegotne okolnosti mu je uračunato što je otprije kažnjavan zbog brze vožnje, a posebno olakotnih okolnosti nije imao.

Mladi vozač, koji je novom kaštelanskom cestom  vozio osobni automobil Toyota brzinom od 142 kilometara na sat, platit će 3.000 kuna kazne.  Policija je za njega tražila i mjesec dana zabrane vožnje vozilima B kategorije, ali sud nije prihvatio njihov prijedlog.

Prema optužnom prijedlogu policije, 31-godišnjak iz Varaždina je u ožujku 2019. godine oko 22.10 sati upravljao Toyotom prekomjernom brzinom na dionici državne ceste D-8 kroz Kaštel Lukšić gdje je brzina ograničena na 70 km/h. Varaždinac je vozio brzinom od 142 km/h, odnosno, kod umanjena za sigurnosnu razliku, brzinom od 128 km/h.

Zaustavila ga je policija koja je utvrdila identitet vozača i ispisala kaznu te mu je uručen obvezni prekršajni nalog. U nalogu su odredili 3.000 kuna kazne i zabranu vožnje mjesec dan...
