Dok već više od dvije godine čeka da mu na splitskome Županijskom sudu počne suđenje po USKOK-ovoj optužnici za mito, doc. dr. sc. prim. Cristijan Bulat, 54-godišnji liječnik Zavoda za kirurgiju splitskoga KBC-a i jedan od najboljih kardiokirurga u državi, suočio se s novom optužnicom, ovaj put za nesavjesno liječenje.

Kako je takvim nesavjesnim postupanjem prouzročena smrt pacijenta Ivice Adžaipa, splitskom kardiokirurgu po optužnici koju je podignulo splitsko Općinsko državno odvjetništvo, prijeti od tri do čak 12 godina zatvora.

Optužnica ODO-a odnosi se na već dobro poznati slučaj u kojem je liječnika USKOK optužio da je od Ivičine supruge Ljubice Adžaip primio ukupno 3000 eura kako bi joj operacijom spasio supruga, koji je 22. listopada 2018. zaprimljen na liječenje te mu je indicirana žurna kardiokirurška operacija. Za to mu djelo, primanje mita, prijeti od jedne do osam godina robije.

Odgađao pregled

Sada ga ODO tereti za nesavjesno liječenje u razdoblju od 30. listopada do 18. studenoga 2018. godine, tijekom hospitalizacije pacijenta Adžaipa u KBC-u Split, gdje su mu bile postavljene dijagnoze popuštanja srca, plućne hipertenzije, aneurizme uzlazne aorte.

Nakon što su 13. studenoga obavljena koronarografija i utvrđena dijagnoza fistule između aorte i plućne arterije, unatoč tome što su kardiolozi utvrdili potrebu da pacijenta pregleda i operira kardiokirurg radi čega su uputili i uputnicu, Bulat kao tadašnji pročelnik Zavoda za kardiokirurgiju i kao kardiokirurg koji je preuzeo brigu o pacijentu, protivno pravilima struke, odgađao je pregled i operativni zahvat.

Bio je, stoji u optužnici ODO-a, svjestan da je pacijentov život ugrožen i da ga treba žurno operirati jer može doći do pogoršanja stanja. Tek je, kad je stanje postalo vrlo kritično, naložio prebacivanje pacijenta na Zavod te ga je i operirao 15. studenoga, no stanje je bilo toliko teško da je pacijent preminuo.

Tereti ga se, dakle, za propuste u zbrinjavaju pacijenta i da je zbog neadekvatnih metoda kardiokirurškog liječenja u konačnici došlo do smrtnog ishoda.

Podsjetimo, Bulat je, pak, prema USKOK-ovoj optužnici, tek 8. studenoga Ivici Adžaipu rekao da je u kritičnom stanju i da tijekom operacije može umrijeti. Tada je kazao, iako je znao da je pacijentu potreban žurni operativni zahvat, da će razmisliti i naknadno mu javiti termin operacije.

Od Ljubice je 12. studenoga primio tisuću eura pa je odmah sutradan naložio da se pacijentu obavi pretraga te ga je i operirao, da bi 16. studenoga 2018. godine od Ljubice Adžaip primio još dvije tisuće eura. Njezin je suprug ipak umro, a ona je sve prijavila policiji.

Okolnosti mita

”Činjenicu da je okrivljenik uzeo mito kako bi operirao pacijenta kojeg je prethodno odlagao pregledati iako je pozivan od svojih kolega kardiologa tijekom boravka tog pacijenta u bolnici, da je potom primio novac pa istog pacijenta odlučio operirati i to kada je tom pacijentu pozlilo, da je neposredno prije operacije tom pacijentu prestalo raditi srce, da bi i nakon što je operirao pacijenta čije je zdravstveno stanje bilo izuzetno teško, a prema svom iskustvu i svim okolnostima i stanju tog pacijenta, a što je evidentno iz “Otpusta” Zavoda za intenzivnu medicinu, Klinike za anesteziologiju i reanimatologiju i intenzivno liječenje KBC-a Split gdje je primljen nakon operacije, mogao znati da je upitno hoće li isti preživjeti i da je unatoč tome i pod tim okolnostima uzeo mito, govori o svim okolnostima u kojima je mito traženo i pod kojim je mito dano”, dio je stava USKOK-ove tužiteljice Natalije Petković, navedenog u rješenju o potvrđivanju optužnice.

Dio koji se odnosi na primanje mita u nadležnosti je, kako smo već rekli, USKOK-a i u tom je slučaju optužnica podignuta 24. listopada 2019. godine, a potvrđena je u lipnju 2020. godine te se čeka početak suđenja.

Predmet je dodijeljen sutkinji Tei Budimlić, koja je prvo ročište planirala održati početkom iduće, 2023. godine.

Podsjetimo i da je Ljubica Adžaip bila optužena za davanje mita te je 29. listopada 2019. godine pravomoćno proglašena krivom za davanje mita i oslobođena kazne.

Dok već više od dvije godine čeka da mu na splitskome Županijskom sudu počne suđenje po USKOK-ovoj optužnici za mito, doc. dr. sc. prim. Cristijan Bulat, 54-godišnji liječnik Zavoda za kirurgiju splitskoga KBC-a i jedan od najboljih kardiokirurga u državi, suočio se s novom optužnicom, ovaj put za nesavjesno liječenje.

Kako je takvim nesavjesnim postupanjem prouzročena smrt pacijenta Ivice Adžaipa, splitskom kardiokirurgu po optužnici koju je podignulo splitsko Općinsko državno odvjetništvo, prijeti od tri do čak 12 godina zatvora.

Optužnica ODO-a odnosi se na već dobro poznati slučaj u kojem je liječnika USKOK optužio da je od Ivičine supruge Ljubice Adžaip primio ukupno 3000 eura kako bi joj operacijom spasio supruga, koji je 22. listopada 2018. zaprimljen na liječenje te mu je indicirana žurna kardiokirurška operacija. Za to mu djelo, primanje mita, prijeti od jedne do osam godina robije.

Odgađao pregled

Sada ga ODO tereti za nesavjesno liječenje u razdoblju od 30. listopada do 18. studenoga 2018. godine, tijekom hospitalizacije pacijenta Adžaipa u KBC-u Split, gdje su mu bile postavljene dijagnoze popuštanja srca, plućne hipertenzije, aneurizme uzlazne aorte.

Nakon što su 13. studenoga obavljena koronarografija i utvrđena dijagnoza fistule između aorte i plućne arterije, unatoč tome što su kardiolozi utvrdili potrebu da pacijenta pregleda i operira kardiokirurg radi čega su uputili i uputnicu, Bulat kao tadašnji pročelnik Zavoda za kardiokirurgiju i kao kardiokirurg koji je preuzeo brigu o pacijentu, protivno pravilima struke, odgađao je pregled i operativni zahvat.

Bio je, stoji u optužnici ODO-a, svjestan da je pacijentov život ugrožen i da ga treba žurno operirati jer može doći do pogoršanja stanja. Tek je, kad je stanje postalo vrlo kritično, naložio prebacivanje pacijenta na Zavod te ga je i operirao 15. studenoga, no stanje je bilo toliko teško da je pacijent preminuo.

Tereti ga se, dakle, za propuste u zbrinjavaju pacijenta i da je zbog neadekvatnih metoda kardiokirurškog liječenja u konačnici došlo do smrtnog ishoda.

Podsjetimo, Bulat je, pak, prema USKOK-ovoj optužnici, tek 8. studenoga Ivici Adžaipu rekao da je u kritičnom stanju i da tijekom operacije može umrijeti. Tada je kazao, iako je znao da je pacijentu potreban žurni operativni zahvat, da će razmisliti i naknadno mu javiti termin operacije.

Od Ljubice je 12. studenoga primio tisuću eura pa je odmah sutradan naložio da se pacijentu obavi pretraga te ga je i operirao, da bi 16. studenoga 2018. godine od Ljubice Adžaip primio još dvije tisuće eura. Njezin je suprug ipak umro, a ona je sve prijavila policiji.

Okolnosti mita

”Činjenicu da je okrivljenik uzeo mito kako bi operirao pacijenta kojeg je prethodno odlagao pregledati iako je pozivan od svojih kolega kardiologa tijekom boravka tog pacijenta u bolnici, da je potom primio novac pa istog pacijenta odlučio operirati i to kada je tom pacijentu pozlilo, da je neposredno prije operacije tom pacijentu prestalo raditi srce, da bi i nakon što je operirao pacijenta čije je zdravstveno stanje bilo izuzetno teško, a prema svom iskustvu i svim okolnostima i stanju tog pacijenta, a što je evidentno iz “Otpusta” Zavoda za intenzivnu medicinu, Klinike za anesteziologiju i reanimatologiju i intenzivno liječenje KBC-a Split gdje je primljen nakon operacije, mogao znati da je upitno hoće li isti preživjeti i da je unatoč tome i pod tim okolnostima uzeo mito, govori o svim okolnostima u kojima je mito traženo i pod kojim je mito dano”, dio je stava USKOK-ove tužiteljice Natalije Petković, navedenog u rješenju o potvrđivanju optužnice.

Dio koji se odnosi na primanje mita u nadležnosti je, kako smo već rekli, USKOK-a i u tom je slučaju optužnica podignuta 24. listopada 2019. godine, a potvrđena je u lipnju 2020. godine te se čeka početak suđenja.

Predmet je dodijeljen sutkinji Tei Budimlić, koja je prvo ročište planirala održati početkom iduće, 2023. godine.

Podsjetimo i da je Ljubica Adžaip bila optužena za davanje mita te je 29. listopada 2019. godine pravomoćno proglašena krivom za davanje mita i oslobođena kazne.
