Krajem rujna 2019. u blokadi je bilo 242.827 građana, njihov je dug iznosio 16,76 milijardi kuna, a najviše dužnika bilo je u Zagrebu - njih 50.724, s ukupnim dugom od 4,84 milijarde kuna.

Dakle, bilo je blokirano 9,4 posto radno sposobnog stanovništva glavnog grada Hrvatske.

Na temelju Ovršnog zakona, Državni zavod za statistiku svake godine objavljuje prosječnu mjesečnu isplaćenu neto plaću po zaposlenome u pravnim osobama RH za razdoblje siječanj – kolovoz. U 2020. godini ta neto-plaća za provedbu ovrhe iznosi 6.434 kuna.

U 2018. iznosio je 5960 kuna, a u 2019. godini popeo se na 6237 kuna, sukladno povećanju prosječne plaće. Ove godine je i veća. Tako svi kojima su računi blokirani zbog ovrhe, od 1. siječnja računaju na nešto veće iznose na zaštićenom računu.

Temeljem striktnih pravila iz Ovršnog zakona (osim ako nije riječ o alimentaciji), ako je ovršenikova neto-plaća veća od 6.434 kuna, od ovrhe je izuzet iznos u visini dvije trećine prosječne neto plaće, što znači da mu se može plijeniti sve iznad 4.289,33 kuna, prema izračunu 6.434/3 x 2.

U plaći manjoj od 6.434 kuna, od ovrhe je izuzet iznos u dvije varijante. Ako je neto-plaća radnika veća od 5.719,10 kuna (iznos izračunat temeljem Ovršnog zakona: 3/4 neto-plaće radnika = 2/3 prosječne netoplaće, a manja (ili jednaka) 6.434 kuna, plijeni se sve iznad 4.289,33 kuna.

Ako je ovršeniku neto plaća manja (ili jednaka) 5.719,10 kuna, plijeni se 1/4 radnikove neto plaće. Ovo vrijedi kod isplata plaća koje se obavljaju u siječnju 2020. i nadalje.

Krajem rujna 2019. u blokadi je bilo 242.827 građana, njihov je dug iznosio 16,76 milijardi kuna, a najviše dužnika bilo je u Zagrebu - njih 50.724, s ukupnim dugom od 4,84 milijarde kuna.

Dakle, bilo je blokirano 9,4 posto radno sposobnog stanovništva glavnog grada Hrvatske.

Na temelju Ovršnog zakona, Državni zavod za statistiku svake godine objavljuje prosječnu mjesečnu isplaćenu neto plaću po zaposlenome u pravnim osobama RH za razdoblje siječanj – kolovoz. U 2020. godini ta neto-plaća za provedbu ovrhe iznosi 6.434 kuna.

U 2018. iznosio je 5960 kuna, a u 2019. godini popeo se na 6237 kuna, sukladno povećanju prosječne plaće. Ove godine je i veća. Tako svi kojima su računi blokirani zbog ovrhe, od 1. siječnja računaju na nešto veće iznose na zaštićenom računu.

Temeljem striktnih pravila iz Ovršnog zakona (osim ako nije riječ o alimentaciji), ako je ovršenikova neto-plaća veća od 6.434 kuna, od ovrhe je izuzet iznos u visini dvije trećine prosječne neto plaće, što znači da mu se može plijeniti sve iznad 4.289,33 kuna, prema izračunu 6.434/3 x 2.

U plaći manjoj od 6.434 kuna, od ovrhe je izuzet iznos u dvije varijante. Ako je neto-plaća radnika veća od 5.719,10 kuna (iznos izračunat temeljem Ovršnog zakona: 3/4 neto-plaće radnika = 2/3 prosječne netoplaće, a manja (ili jednaka) 6.434 kuna, plijeni se sve iznad 4.289,33 kuna.

Ako je ovršeniku neto plaća manja (ili jednaka) 5.719,10 kuna, plijeni se 1/4 radnikove neto plaće. Ovo vrijedi kod isplata plaća koje se obavljaju u siječnju 2020. i nadalje.
