Nemojte da vam bude teško pročešljati ponude pet, šest banaka planirate li zaduživanje. Kredit ćete otplaćivati godinama, pa nije mnogo ako izgubite tjedan dana na informiranje. Ne bi bilo loše prvo na web stranicama banaka ili u prospektima koje imaju u poslovnicama vidjeti uz kakve uvjete i cijene nude kredite, a onda se naoružati pitanjima i u obilazak banaka.
Jer, neke ćete stvari doznati samo u banci, a i te kako utječu na cijenu, a sve što vam nije jasno zatražite da vam objasne riječima koje ćete razumjeti. Po kojem ćete tečaju otplaćivati kredit, kolika je naknada za obradu kredita jer se ona naplaćuje na cijelu masu koju podižete, imate li nekih povlastica kao korisnik nekog paketa tekućeg ili možda vaš poslodavac radi s bankom te stoga možda možete dobiti nižu naknadu ili kamatu, koliko će vas koštati polica osiguranja ako je budete koristili kao instrument osiguranja kredita, kakva je praksa te banke u slučaju kašnjenja s otplatom...
No, prije nego što postanete dužnik, promislite treba li vam zaista kredit i možete li ga otplaćivati. Nikad nemojte podizati kredit računajući da vam se kamate na njega neće podizati, da će tečaj ostati betoniran na sadašnjim vrijednostima, da vam se plaća neće smanjivati nego možda i rasti.
Sve to ukalkulirajte u računicu, pa ako vidite da možete izdržati mjesečnu ratu, da vam ostane malo novca od plaće nakon što platite ratu, režije i hranu, odustanite od takvog kredita i planirajte manje zaduženje.
Ako se planirate zadužiti radi kupnje automobila ili neke investicije koja vam baš nije nužna odmah, sjednite za stol i računajte.
Mislite li podići 10.000 eura kredita na 10 godina, mjesečna rata će vam iznositi oko 136 eura, a banci ćete ukupno vratiti 16.320 eura. Okanite li se kredita i odlučite štedjeti svaki mjesec iznos te rate, do 10.000 eura doći ćete za šest godina i dva mjeseca, a to je računica bez kamata koje biste dobili za oročenu štednju. Ako se možete “stisnuti” i štedjeti više, do željene svote doći ćete prije.

Nemojte da vam bude teško pročešljati ponude pet, šest banaka planirate li zaduživanje. Kredit ćete otplaćivati godinama, pa nije mnogo ako izgubite tjedan dana na informiranje. Ne bi bilo loše prvo na web stranicama banaka ili u prospektima koje imaju u poslovnicama vidjeti uz kakve uvjete i cijene nude kredite, a onda se naoružati pitanjima i u obilazak banaka.
Jer, neke ćete stvari doznati samo u banci, a i te kako utječu na cijenu, a sve što vam nije jasno zatražite da vam objasne riječima koje ćete razumjeti. Po kojem ćete tečaju otplaćivati kredit, kolika je naknada za obradu kredita jer se ona naplaćuje na cijelu masu koju podižete, imate li nekih povlastica kao korisnik nekog paketa tekućeg ili možda vaš poslodavac radi s bankom te stoga možda možete dobiti nižu naknadu ili kamatu, koliko će vas koštati polica osiguranja ako je budete koristili kao instrument osiguranja kredita, kakva je praksa te banke u slučaju kašnjenja s otplatom...
No, prije nego što postanete dužnik, promislite treba li vam zaista kredit i možete li ga otplaćivati. Nikad nemojte podizati kredit računajući da vam se kamate na njega neće podizati, da će tečaj ostati betoniran na sadašnjim vrijednostima, da vam se plaća neće smanjivati nego možda i rasti.
Sve to ukalkulirajte u računicu, pa ako vidite da možete izdržati mjesečnu ratu, da vam ostane malo novca od plaće nakon što platite ratu, režije i hranu, odustanite od takvog kredita i planirajte manje zaduženje.
Ako se planirate zadužiti radi kupnje automobila ili neke investicije koja vam baš nije nužna odmah, sjednite za stol i računajte.
Mislite li podići 10.000 eura kredita na 10 godina, mjesečna rata će vam iznositi oko 136 eura, a banci ćete ukupno vratiti 16.320 eura. Okanite li se kredita i odlučite štedjeti svaki mjesec iznos te rate, do 10.000 eura doći ćete za šest godina i dva mjeseca, a to je računica bez kamata koje biste dobili za oročenu štednju. Ako se možete “stisnuti” i štedjeti više, do željene svote doći ćete prije.
