Trgovački lanac Konzum odlučio je doskočiti nestašici kvasca na svojim policama, ali i onima koji su ga kupovali u puno većim količina nego što im je potrebno.

Od danas će se u njihovim dućanima moći kupiti strogo ograničene količine od strane svakog kupca, bilo da se radi o svježem ili suhom kvascu.

- Poštovani naši vrijedni kupci, kako bismo što većem broju kupaca omogućili kupnju, ograničili smo količinu kvasca po osobi pa će tako od danas svaka osoba moći kupiti najviše 10 komada svježeg ili suhog kvasca. Prema podacima Žitozajednice, koja okuplja poduzeća za proizvodnju i promet žitarica u nas, Hrvatska od 2018. godine nema proizvodnju kvasca već se isključivo oslanja na uvoz.

Do prije dvije godine Hrvatska je, prema podacima Državnog zavoda za statistiku, proizvodila oko tri tisuće i 600 tona pekarskog kvasca, ali je onda jedan od najvećih proizvođača svoje pogone iz okolice Zagreba svoje pogone premjestio u Mađarsku i još neke zemlje.

Od danas će se u njihovim dućanima moći kupiti strogo ograničene količine od strane svakog kupca, bilo da se radi o svježem ili suhom kvascu.

- Poštovani naši vrijedni kupci, kako bismo što većem broju kupaca omogućili kupnju, ograničili smo količinu kvasca po osobi pa će tako od danas svaka osoba moći kupiti najviše 10 komada svježeg ili suhog kvasca. Prema podacima Žitozajednice, koja okuplja poduzeća za proizvodnju i promet žitarica u nas, Hrvatska od 2018. godine nema proizvodnju kvasca već se isključivo oslanja na uvoz.

Do prije dvije godine Hrvatska je, prema podacima Državnog zavoda za statistiku, proizvodila oko tri tisuće i 600 tona pekarskog kvasca, ali je onda jedan od najvećih proizvođača svoje pogone iz okolice Zagreba svoje pogone premjestio u Mađarsku i još neke zemlje.
