Upravno vijeće Hrvatskog zavoda za zapošljavanje (HZZ) u utorak je izmijenilo uvjete korištenja potpora za očuvanje radnih mjesta za ožujak pa tako poslodavci kod kojih je utvrđeno kršenje odluka Stožera civilne zaštite neće moći koristiti potporu.

Iz HZZ-a su priopćili da je Upravno vijeće na današnjoj sjednici donijelo odluku o izmjenama uvjeta korištenja mjere - Potpora za očuvanje radnih mjesta u djelatnostima pogođenima koronavirusom i posljedicama katastrofe uzrokovane potresom na području Sisačko-moslavačke, Zagrebačke i Karlovačke županije za ožujak ove godine.

"Izmjena se odnosi na dio uvjeta koji uređuje ciljanu skupinu poslodavaca te poslodavci kod kojih je od strane nadležnih tijela utvrđeno kršenje odluka Stožera civilne zaštite (nacionalnog, županijskog, jedinica lokalne samouprave) ne mogu koristiti potporu", ističu iz HZZ-a, koji će zahtjeve za potpore za ožujak zaprimati od 1. do 23. travnja.

Inače, Nacionalni stožer civilne zaštite krajem prošlog tjedna je najavio da ugostitelji koji budu kršili mjere neće dobiti kompenzaciju od države.

Iz HZZ-a u današnjem priopćenju podsjećaju da će zahtjev za potporu moći podnijeti svi poslodavci koji su registrirali djelatnost i izvršili prijavu u sustav osiguranika HZMO-a najkasnije do 31. prosinca 2020. i to za radnike zaposlene najkasnije do 28. veljače ove godine.

Za dobivanje potpore poslodavci će trebati dokazati da su u razdoblju od 1. travnja do 30. rujna 2020. imali pad prihoda/primitaka u odnosu na isto razdoblje 2019. temeljem predaje PDV obrasca za spomenute mjesece.

Tromjesečni obveznici PDV-a dokazuju pad prihoda/primitaka kumulativno za drugo i treće tromjesečje 2020. ili četvrto tromjesečje 2020., u odnosu na isto razdoblje 2019. godine.

Alternativno će poslodavci trebati dokazati da su u ožujku 2021. imali pad prihoda/primitaka u odnosu na ožujak 2019. temeljem predaje PDV obrasca za ožujak 2021. i ožujak 2019. Poreznoj upravi, navodi se u priopćenju.

Poslodavci osnovani nakon 1. travnja 2019. trebaju dokazati pad prihoda/primitaka u mjesecu za koji traže potporu u odnosu na rujan 2020. temeljem predaje tablice pada, a u slučaju da su osnovani nakon 1. listopada 2020. trebaju dokazati pad prihoda/primitaka u mjesecu za koji traže potporu u odnosu na siječanj 2021.

Poduzetnici koji nisu u sustavu PDV-a ili nisu u sustavu PDV-a u usporedivim razdobljima dokazuju pad prihoda/primitaka na temelju tablice pada prihoda/primitaka.

Zahtjevi će se zaprimati od 1. do 23. travnja za isplatu mjesečnih troškova plaće za ožujak ove godine, zaključuje se u u priopćenju HZZ-a.

Upravno vijeće Hrvatskog zavoda za zapošljavanje (HZZ) u utorak je izmijenilo uvjete korištenja potpora za očuvanje radnih mjesta za ožujak pa tako poslodavci kod kojih je utvrđeno kršenje odluka Stožera civilne zaštite neće moći koristiti potporu.

Iz HZZ-a su priopćili da je Upravno vijeće na današnjoj sjednici donijelo odluku o izmjenama uvjeta korištenja mjere - Potpora za očuvanje radnih mjesta u djelatnostima pogođenima koronavirusom i posljedicama katastrofe uzrokovane potresom na području Sisačko-moslavačke, Zagrebačke i Karlovačke županije za ožujak ove godine.

"Izmjena se odnosi na dio uvjeta koji uređuje ciljanu skupinu poslodavaca te poslodavci kod kojih je od strane nadležnih tijela utvrđeno kršenje odluka Stožera civilne zaštite (nacionalnog, županijskog, jedinica lokalne samouprave) ne mogu koristiti potporu", ističu iz HZZ-a, koji će zahtjeve za potpore za ožujak zaprimati od 1. do 23. travnja.

Inače, Nacionalni stožer civilne zaštite krajem prošlog tjedna je najavio da ugostitelji koji budu kršili mjere neće dobiti kompenzaciju od države.

Iz HZZ-a u današnjem priopćenju podsjećaju da će zahtjev za potporu moći podnijeti svi poslodavci koji su registrirali djelatnost i izvršili prijavu u sustav osiguranika HZMO-a najkasnije do 31. prosinca 2020. i to za radnike zaposlene najkasnije do 28. veljače ove godine.

Za dobivanje potpore poslodavci će trebati dokazati da su u razdoblju od 1. travnja do 30. rujna 2020. imali pad prihoda/primitaka u odnosu na isto razdoblje 2019. temeljem predaje PDV obrasca za spomenute mjesece.

Tromjesečni obveznici PDV-a dokazuju pad prihoda/primitaka kumulativno za drugo i treće tromjesečje 2020. ili četvrto tromjesečje 2020., u odnosu na isto razdoblje 2019. godine.

Alternativno će poslodavci trebati dokazati da su u ožujku 2021. imali pad prihoda/primitaka u odnosu na ožujak 2019. temeljem predaje PDV obrasca za ožujak 2021. i ožujak 2019. Poreznoj upravi, navodi se u priopćenju.

Poslodavci osnovani nakon 1. travnja 2019. trebaju dokazati pad prihoda/primitaka u mjesecu za koji traže potporu u odnosu na rujan 2020. temeljem predaje tablice pada, a u slučaju da su osnovani nakon 1. listopada 2020. trebaju dokazati pad prihoda/primitaka u mjesecu za koji traže potporu u odnosu na siječanj 2021.

Poduzetnici koji nisu u sustavu PDV-a ili nisu u sustavu PDV-a u usporedivim razdobljima dokazuju pad prihoda/primitaka na temelju tablice pada prihoda/primitaka.

Zahtjevi će se zaprimati od 1. do 23. travnja za isplatu mjesečnih troškova plaće za ožujak ove godine, zaključuje se u u priopćenju HZZ-a.

HZZ izmijenio uvjete: poslodavci koji krše epidemiološke mjere ne mogu koristiti potporu

Upravno vijeće Hrvatskog zavoda za zapošljavanje (HZZ) u utorak je izmijenilo uvjete korištenja potpora za očuvanje radnih mjesta za ožujak pa tako poslodavci kod kojih je utvrđeno kršenje odluka Stožera civilne zaštite neće moći koristiti potporu.

Iz HZZ-a su priopćili da je Upravno vijeće na današnjoj sjednici donijelo odluku o izmjenama uvjeta korištenja mjere - Potpora za očuvanje radnih mjesta u djelatnostima pogođenima koronavirusom i posljedicama katastrofe uzrokovane potresom na području Sisačko-moslavačke, Zagrebačke i Karlovačke županije za ožujak ove godine.
