Hrvatska udruga poslodavaca (HUP) u četvrtak je ocijenila kako je nepošteno i nekorektno obvezu cijepljenja stavljati na teret poduzetnika i dovoditi to u korelaciju s potporama za očuvanje radnih mjesta te apelirali da država smisli model kojim će građane potaknuti na cijepljenje, bez da se poduzetnicima stvara novi administrativni namet. 

"Nepošteno je i nekorektno prema svim poduzetnicima, koji se uslijed koronakrize snažno trude održati svoje poslovanje i zaštititi radna mjesta, obvezu cijepljenja stavljati na teret njih i njihovih radnika te ju dovoditi u korelaciju s potporama za očuvanje radnih mjesta, posebno uzmemo li u obzir da poslodavci nemaju zakonske niti bilo koje druge osnove prisiliti vlastite radnike na cijepljenje pa čak niti provjeriti jesu li radnici cijepljeni ili ne", ističe se u komentaru HUP-a na najave o uvjetovanju isplate potpora cijepljenjem. 

Iz udruge poslodavaca i u današnjem komentaru ponavljaju "da su potpore za očuvanje radnih mjesta prije svega potpore za radnike, a ne poduzetnike". Stoga se, dodaju, "postavlja pitanje zašto bismo ugrožavali sva ta radna mjesta na ovaj način kada se nalazimo nadomak kraja koronakrize".

"Svjesni smo važnosti procijepljenosti nacije radi ostvarenja što je veće moguće zaštite građana i završetka pandemije, no apeliramo na državu da smisli model kojim će građane individualno potaknuti na cijepljenje bez da se poduzetnicima stvara novi administrativni namet koji će stvoriti val nezadovoljstva, dodatne podjele i nemire u našem društvu, a neće polučiti ostvarenje željenog cilja tj. veće ukupne procijepljenosti", poručuju iz HUP-a. 

Inače, ministar rada i mirovinskog sustava Josip Aladrović jučer je sindikatima i poslodavcima predstavio prvi nacrt modela prema kojem bi zaposlenici za koje poslodavac očekuje financijske potpore države trebali imati covid potvrde.

Prema prvom prijedlogu, uvodi se dodatni kriterij covid potvrda koje bi trebali imati zaposlenici za koje poslodavac očekuje potpore u financijskom smislu. Dosada su kriterij za potpore bili izloženost sektora i pad prihoda, a dodatnim kriterijem broja potvrda želi se osnažiti odgovornost, rekao je Aladrović, uz podatak da se više od milijun i pol građana cijepilo i preuzelo odgovornost za svoje i zdravlje okoline.

Aladrović je poručio da nema potrebe za strahovanjem od otkaza jer će imati očuvana radna mjesta i poslodavce čija će likvidnost biti snažnija, a na tehničkoj razini vezano za obradu podataka sve će biti odrađeno po zakonu.

Najavio je i da će se početkom sljedećeg tjedna održati novi sastanak, a nakon što HUP i sindikalne središnjice rasprave elemente među članstvom.

Hrvatska udruga poslodavaca (HUP) u četvrtak je ocijenila kako je nepošteno i nekorektno obvezu cijepljenja stavljati na teret poduzetnika i dovoditi to u korelaciju s potporama za očuvanje radnih mjesta te apelirali da država smisli model kojim će građane potaknuti na cijepljenje, bez da se poduzetnicima stvara novi administrativni namet. 

"Nepošteno je i nekorektno prema svim poduzetnicima, koji se uslijed koronakrize snažno trude održati svoje poslovanje i zaštititi radna mjesta, obvezu cijepljenja stavljati na teret njih i njihovih radnika te ju dovoditi u korelaciju s potporama za očuvanje radnih mjesta, posebno uzmemo li u obzir da poslodavci nemaju zakonske niti bilo koje druge osnove prisiliti vlastite radnike na cijepljenje pa čak niti provjeriti jesu li radnici cijepljeni ili ne", ističe se u komentaru HUP-a na najave o uvjetovanju isplate potpora cijepljenjem. 

Iz udruge poslodavaca i u današnjem komentaru ponavljaju "da su potpore za očuvanje radnih mjesta prije svega potpore za radnike, a ne poduzetnike". Stoga se, dodaju, "postavlja pitanje zašto bismo ugrožavali sva ta radna mjesta na ovaj način kada se nalazimo nadomak kraja koronakrize".

"Svjesni smo važnosti procijepljenosti nacije radi ostvarenja što je veće moguće zaštite građana i završetka pandemije, no apeliramo na državu da smisli model kojim će građane individualno potaknuti na cijepljenje bez da se poduzetnicima stvara novi administrativni namet koji će stvoriti val nezadovoljstva, dodatne podjele i nemire u našem društvu, a neće polučiti ostvarenje željenog cilja tj. veće ukupne procijepljenosti", poručuju iz HUP-a. 

Inače, ministar rada i mirovinskog sustava Josip Aladrović jučer je sindikatima i poslodavcima predstavio prvi nacrt modela prema kojem bi zaposlenici za koje poslodavac očekuje financijske potpore države trebali imati covid potvrde.

Prema prvom prijedlogu, uvodi se dodatni kriterij covid potvrda koje bi trebali imati zaposlenici za koje poslodavac očekuje potpore u financijskom smislu. Dosada su kriterij za potpore bili izloženost sektora i pad prihoda, a dodatnim kriterijem broja potvrda želi se osnažiti odgovornost, rekao je Aladrović, uz podatak da se više od milijun i pol građana cijepilo i preuzelo odgovornost za svoje i zdravlje okoline.

Aladrović je poručio da nema potrebe za strahovanjem od otkaza jer će imati očuvana radna mjesta i poslodavce čija će likvidnost biti snažnija, a na tehničkoj razini vezano za obradu podataka sve će biti odrađeno po zakonu.

Najavio je i da će se početkom sljedećeg tjedna održati novi sastanak, a nakon što HUP i sindikalne središnjice rasprave elemente među članstvom.

Hrvatska udruga poslodavaca (HUP) u četvrtak je ocijenila kako je nepošteno i nekorektno obvezu cijepljenja stavljati na teret poduzetnika i dovoditi to u korelaciju s potporama za očuvanje radnih mjesta te apelirali da država smisli model kojim će građane potaknuti na cijepljenje, bez da se poduzetnicima stvara novi administrativni namet. 

"Nepošteno je i nekorektno prema svim poduzetnicima, koji se uslijed koronakrize snažno trude održati svoje poslovanje i zaštititi radna mjesta, obvezu cijepljenja stavljati na teret njih i njihovih radnika te ju dovoditi u korelaciju s potporama za očuvanje radnih mjesta, posebno uzmemo li u obzir da poslodavci nemaju zakonske niti bilo koje druge osnove prisiliti vlastite radnike na cijepljenje pa čak niti provjeriti jesu li...
