Napuljski stadion San Paolo, na kojem svoje utakmice igra Napoli, dobit će novom ime i zvat će se po klupskoj legendi Diegu Armandu Maradoni, koji je umro prošlog tjedna od akutnog edema pluća.

To je talijanskim medijima izjavio gradonačelnik Napulja Luigi de Magistris: "Bilo je puno lijepih ideja, među njima i da se zove gradski stadion Diego Maradona ili Arena Diego Maradona. No, na kraju je odlučeno da se stadion zove Diego Armando Maradona".

Maradona je za Napoli igrao od 1984. do 1991. godine i zahvaljujući njemu klub je osvojio jedina dva naslova prvaka Italije (1986–87, 1989–90), te Kup Uefe (1988–89).

Stadion San Paolo izgrađen je 1959. godine i dva puta je renoviran, 1989. godine, uoči SP u Italiji, te 2018. godine, a ima kapacitet za 55.000 gledatelja.

Napuljski stadion San Paolo, na kojem svoje utakmice igra Napoli, dobit će novom ime i zvat će se po klupskoj legendi Diegu Armandu Maradoni, koji je umro prošlog tjedna od akutnog edema pluća.

To je talijanskim medijima izjavio gradonačelnik Napulja Luigi de Magistris: "Bilo je puno lijepih ideja, među njima i da se zove gradski stadion Diego Maradona ili Arena Diego Maradona. No, na kraju je odlučeno da se stadion zove Diego Armando Maradona".

Maradona je za Napoli igrao od 1984. do 1991. godine i zahvaljujući njemu klub je osvojio jedina dva naslova prvaka Italije (1986–87, 1989–90), te Kup Uefe (1988–89).

Stadion San Paolo izgrađen je 1959. godine i dva puta je renoviran, 1989. godine, uoči SP u Italiji, te 2018. godine, a ima kapacitet za 55.000 gledatelja.

Gradonačelnik Napulja potvrdio: Stadion San Paolo bit će preimenovan u Diego Armando Maradona

Napuljski stadion San Paolo, na kojem svoje utakmice igra Napoli, dobit će novom ime i zvat će se po klupskoj legendi Diegu Armandu Maradoni, koji je umro prošlog tjedna od akutnog edema pluća.

To je talijanskim medijima izjavio gradonačelnik Napulja Luigi de Magistris: "Bilo je puno lijepih ideja, među njima i da se zove gradski stadion Diego Maradona ili Arena Diego Maradona. No, na kraju je odlučeno da se stadion zove Diego Armando Maradona".

Maradona je za Napoli igrao od 1984. do 1991. godine i zahvaljujući njemu klub je osvojio jedina dva naslova prvaka Italije (1986–87, 1989–90), te Kup Uefe (1988–89).

Stadion San Paolo izgrađen je 1959. godine i dva puta je renoviran, 1989. godine, uoči SP u Italiji, te 2018. godine, a ima kapacitet za 55.000 gledatelja.
