Odvjetnik Matija Milčec u svojstvu punomoćnika "Ureda njirić plus arhitekti" d.o.o. Zagreb obratio nam se vezano uz članak autora Sandija Vidulića, koji je pod naslovom, "Arhitekti nisu polomili noge! Pobijedili su na natječaju za prijeko potreban novi splitski vrtić, a evo šta je bilo dalje" objavljen 6. svibnja 2023. u elektronskom izdanju "Slobodne Dalmacije".
- U predmetnom članku iznose se navodi koji nisu utemeljeni na točnim i provjerenim informacijama. Prije svega, nije točna informacija u spornom članku prema kojoj je "dozvola izdana tek sad" zato jer su projekti isporučeni tek 31. siječnja, a, konzekventno tome, netočna je i ona prema kojoj su "Njirić i njegovi arhitekti tek godinu dana nakon završetka natječaja predali kompletnu dokumentaciju za vrtić".
Naime, cjelokupna projektna dokumentacija, za predmetni je projekt posve u skladu s preuzetim ugovornim obvezama, predana od strane "Ureda njirić plus arhitekti" Upravnom odjelu za urbanizam i izgradnju Splita (dalje u tekstu: Upravni odjel) još 17.listopada 2022.

Prema uputi voditelja ovog projekta pri Upravnom odjelu, projektna dokumentacija nije odmah podignuta u sustav e-konferencije, budući da je za to, sukladno istoj uputi, bilo potrebno prethodno odobrenje navedenog tijela, koje oni nisu izdali. Ove je informacije, dakako, moguće vrlo lako provjeriti izravno kod Upravnog odjela.
Treba svakako uzeti u obzir i činjenicu, koja je također lako provjerljiva, da je Ured njirić plus arhitekti, po predaji projektne dokumentacije upućivao dopise Upravnom odjelu, s upitom da li i kada se projektna dokumentacija može podignuti na e-konferenciju, a kako bi se procedura izdavanja suglasnosti javnopravnih tiela i građevinske dozvole formalno inicirala.
Na opisanu inicijativu Upravni je odjel odgovorio tek dopisom od 23. prosinca 2022., u okviru kojeg je moja stranka zamoljena da projektnu dokumentaciju korigira sukladno određenim manjim, i, u postupcima izdavanja građevinskih dozvola za ovu vrstu projekata, uobičajenim primjedbama nadležnih javnopravnih tijela koja sudjeluju u postupku.

Tražene su korekcije, nakon usaglašavanja s Upravnim odjelom, izršene unutar razumnog roka (u pogledu kojeg Upravni odjel nije iznio bilo kakve primjedbe), slijedom čega je projektna dokuntacija, uz prethodnu suglasnost navedenog upravnog tijela, podignuta u sustav e-konferencije dana 31, siječnja 2023.
Slijedom svega navedenog, jasno je da je postupanje "Ureda njirić plus arhitekti" u okviru postupka izrade i predaje projektne dokumentacije za izgradnju dječjeg vrtića na Pujankama u Splitu, bilo u potpunosti usklađeno s pravilima struke, preuzetim ugovornim obvezama I uputama Upravnog odjela - navodi Matija Milčec.

Odvjetnik Matija Milčec u svojstvu punomoćnika "Ureda njirić plus arhitekti" d.o.o. Zagreb obratio nam se vezano uz članak autora Sandija Vidulića, koji je pod naslovom, "Arhitekti nisu polomili noge! Pobijedili su na natječaju za prijeko potreban novi splitski vrtić, a evo šta je bilo dalje" objavljen 6. svibnja 2023. u elektronskom izdanju "Slobodne Dalmacije".
- U predmetnom članku iznose se navodi koji nisu utemeljeni na točnim i provjerenim informacijama. Prije svega, nije točna informacija u spornom članku prema kojoj je "dozvola izdana tek sad" zato jer su projekti isporučeni tek 31. siječnja, a, konzekventno tome, netočna je i ona prema kojoj su "Njirić i njegovi arhitekti tek godinu dana nakon završetka natječaja predali kompletnu dokumentaciju za vrtić".
Naime, cjelokupna projektna dokumentacija, za predmetni je projekt posve u skladu s preuzetim ugovornim obvezama, predana od strane "Ureda njirić plus arhitekti" Upravnom odjelu za urbanizam i izgradnju Splita (dalje u tekstu: Upravni odjel) još 17.listopada 2022.

Prema uputi voditelja ovog projekta pri Upravnom odjelu, projektna dokumentacija nije odmah podignuta u sustav e-konferencije, budući da je za to, sukladno istoj uputi, bilo potrebno prethodno odobrenje navedenog tijela, koje oni nisu izdali. Ove je informacije, dakako, moguće vrlo lako provjeriti izravno kod Upravnog odjela.
Treba svakako uzeti u obzir i činjenicu, koja je također lako provjerljiva, da je Ured njirić plus arhitekti, po predaji projektne dokumentacije upućivao dopise Upravnom odjelu, s upitom da li i kada se projektna dokumentacija može podignuti na e-konferenciju, a kako bi se procedura izdavanja suglasnosti javnopravnih tiela i građevinske dozvole formalno inicirala.
Na opisanu inicijativu Upravni je odjel odgovorio tek dopisom od 23. prosinca 2022., u okviru kojeg je moja stranka zamoljena da projektnu dokumentaciju korigira sukladno određenim manjim, i, u postupcima izdavanja građevinskih dozvola za ovu vrstu projekata, uobičajenim primjedbama nadležnih javnopravnih tijela koja sudjeluju u postupku.

Tražene su korekcije, nakon usaglašavanja s Upravnim odjelom, izršene unutar razumnog roka (u pogledu kojeg Upravni odjel nije iznio bilo kakve primjedbe), slijedom čega je projektna dokuntacija, uz prethodnu suglasnost navedenog upravnog tijela, podignuta u sustav e-konferencije dana 31, siječnja 2023.
Slijedom svega navedenog, jasno je da je postupanje "Ureda njirić plus arhitekti" u okviru postupka izrade i predaje projektne dokumentacije za izgradnju dječjeg vrtića na Pujankama u Splitu, bilo u potpunosti usklađeno s pravilima struke, preuzetim ugovornim obvezama I uputama Upravnog odjela - navodi Matija Milčec.
