Broj hospitaliziranih od COVID-a u hrvatskim bolnicama te broj pacijenata koji su priključeni na respiratore osjetno raste. Pogotovo u Dalmaciji, a potom i u KB Dubrava te na zagrebačkoj Infektivnoj klinici.

U splitskoj bolnici trenutno se liječi 109 COVID pacijenata, u dubrovačkoj 70, zadarskoj 39 i šibenskoj 24. U KBC-u Split na respiratoru je 16 osoba, u Dubrovniku četiri (jučer je primljeno na bolničku njegu deset novih pacijenata), u Zadru je dvoje na respiratoru, u Šibeniku je primljeno četvero novih u bolnicu, no srećom nema COVID pacijenata na respiratoru.        

„U Kliničkoj bolnici Dubrava trenutno je hospitalizirano 154 pacijenta, a 32 su na respiratoru. U bolnici dominira britanski soj. Preko 60 posto pacijenata je zaraženo tim sojem. Vidimo i promjenu u dobnoj strukturi i kliničkoj slici, sve je više mlađih bolesnika s težim slikama, a stanje im se relativno brže pogoršava" – kaže nam ravnatelj bolnice prof. dr. Ivica Lukšić.

Prije mjesec dana u zemlji je bilo ukupno 792 korona pacijenta na bolničkom liječenju, od toga je na respiratoru bilo 68 pacijenata, dok ih je sad u bolničkim krevetima 1033, odnosno oko 250 više, a na respiratoru ukupno 95. Ono što zabrinjava jest klinička slika zaraženih, koja je teža nego u veljači. Isto tako, na odjele stižu sve mlađi građani.

„U zadnjih deset tjedana prosječna dob oboljelih smanjila se sa 49,9 godina na 42,5 godina – potvrdio je u ponedjeljak i ravnatelj Hrvatskog zavoda za javno zdravstvo Krunoslav Capak.

 Ugledni splitski liječnik prof. dr. Ivo Ivić, predstojnik Klinike za infektologiju KBC Split kazao nam je kako se i na splitskoj infektologiji značajno smanjuje prosječna životna dob ljudi koji se priključuju na respiratore.

„U ovom je mjesecu prosječna dob pacijenata priključenih na respiratore 64 godine, dok je siječnju bila 74 godine, odnosno deset godina viša. U veljači je prosjek godina, ljudi na respiratorima bio 68 godina. Dakle, jasno se vidi kako ta krivulja sve više raste kad su po srijedi ljudi mlađe dobi. Uz to bolest ima sve teže kliničke pokazatelja – objašnjava nam dr. Ivić.

Trenutno je, veli, na respiratore u Splitu priključeno dosta pacijenata rođenih šezdesetih godina prošlog stoljeća, odnosno ljudi između 50 i 60 godina starosti, pa čak i onih rođenih iza 1970., U infektivnoj bolnici je dnevni broj pacijenata koji su primaju na kliniku tek nešto manji od onoga u središnjoj COVID bolnici u Dubravi. Jučer je primjerice u Splitu hospitalizirano 12 pacijenata, a u Dubravi 16.

"Kada govorimo o preminulima, onda su to za deset godina mlađi ljudi. U siječnju je prosječna dob bila do 80 godina, a sad je to 70 godina -  napominje naš sugovornik.

Situacija je ozbiljna, stoga dr. Ivića posebno ljute teorije nekih 'stručnjaka' koji navode da je snažni vjetar povećao broj zaraženih na obali.

„Ma dajte molim vas, totalne gluposti! Je li bura kriva i što je u Manausu u Brazilu došlo do eksplozije zaraze? Naravno da nije! Ljudi se druže i zaraza se širi pojačanim kontaktima i novim brzoširećim sojevima koji počinju dominirati – tumači splitski liječnik.

 Na konferenciji Stožera i ravnateljica infektivne klinke "Dr. Fran Mihaljević" Alemka Markotić, složila se s dr. Ivićem.

- Kao i u Splitu, raste broj hospitalizacija i kod nas u Klinici za infektivne bolesti i u KB Dubrava. Iako još statistika to ne pokazuje, mi na dnevnoj bazi primjećujemo da su uglavnom hospitalizirani u dobi između 50-60 godina. Isto tako vidimo da se puno brže puni intenzivna njega. Kolege u Splitu su primijetile u posljednjih 7 do 10 dana da se jako povećao broj ljudi koji su na visokom protoku kisika, a to je na korak do respiratora, kao i onih koji su na respiratoru. Pokušat ćemo gledajući te brojeve napraviti neke dodatne projekcije za daljnje razdoblje, rekla je Markotić

Prema podacima Ministarstva zdravstava najviše je trenutno hospitaliziranih od koronavirusa u Zagrebu, Splitu i Rijeci gdje je i najviše ljudi na respiratorima.

U KB-u Dubrava je u bolničkim krevetima zbog koronavirusa 154 pacijenta (32 na respiratoru), u KBC-u Zagreb 30 (3 na respiratoru), Klinici za infektivne bolesti „Dr. Fran Mihaljević 81 (8 na respiratoru), KBC Rijeka 90 (10 na respiratoru), KBC Osijek 39 (na respiratoru 7), Opća bolnica Varaždin 70 (na respiratoru 4).

Broj hospitaliziranih od COVID-a u hrvatskim bolnicama te broj pacijenata koji su priključeni na respiratore osjetno raste. Pogotovo u Dalmaciji, a potom i u KB Dubrava te na zagrebačkoj Infektivnoj klinici.

U splitskoj bolnici trenutno se liječi 109 COVID pacijenata, u dubrovačkoj 70, zadarskoj 39 i šibenskoj 24. U KBC-u Split na respiratoru je 16 osoba, u Dubrovniku četiri (jučer je primljeno na bolničku njegu deset novih pacijenata), u Zadru je dvoje na respiratoru, u Šibeniku je primljeno četvero novih u bolnicu, no srećom nema COVID pacijenata na respiratoru.        

„U Kliničkoj bolnici Dubrava trenutno je hospitalizirano 154 pacijenta, a 32 su na respiratoru. U bolnici dominira britanski soj. Preko 60 posto pacijenata je zaraženo tim sojem. Vidimo i promjenu u dobnoj strukturi i kliničkoj slici, sve je više mlađih bolesnika s težim slikama, a stanje im se relativno brže pogoršava" – kaže nam ravnatelj bolnice prof. dr. Ivica Lukšić.

Prije mjesec dana u zemlji je bilo ukupno 792 korona pacijenta na bolničkom liječenju, od toga je na respiratoru bilo 68 pacijenata, dok ih je sad u bolničkim krevetima 1033, odnosno oko 250 više, a na respiratoru ukupno 95. Ono što zabrinjava jest klinička slika zaraženih, koja je teža nego u veljači. Isto tako, na odjele stižu sve mlađi građani.

„U zadnjih deset tjedana prosječna dob oboljelih smanjila se sa 49,9 godina na 42,5 godina – potvrdio je u ponedjeljak i ravnatelj Hrvatskog zavoda za javno zdravstvo Krunoslav Capak.

 Ugledni splitski liječnik prof. dr. Ivo Ivić, predstojnik Klinike za infektologiju KBC Split kazao nam je kako se i na splitskoj infektologiji značajno smanjuje prosječna životna dob ljudi koji se priključuju na respiratore.

„U ovom je mjesecu prosječna dob pacijenata priključenih na respiratore 64 godine, dok je siječnju bila 74 godine, odnosno deset godina viša. U veljači je prosjek godina, ljudi na respiratorima bio 68 godina. Dakle, jasno se vidi kako ta krivulja sve više raste kad su po srijedi ljudi mlađe dobi. Uz to bolest ima sve teže kliničke pokazatelja – objašnjava nam dr. Ivić.

Trenutno je, veli, na respiratore u Splitu priključeno dosta pacijenata rođenih šezdesetih godina prošlog stoljeća, odnosno ljudi između 50 i 60 godina starosti, pa čak i onih rođenih iza 1970., U infektivnoj bolnici je dnevni broj pacijenata koji su primaju na kliniku tek nešto manji od onoga u središnjoj COVID bolnici u Dubravi. Jučer je primjerice u Splitu hospitalizirano 12 pacijenata, a u Dubravi 16.

"Kada govorimo o preminulima, onda su to za deset godina mlađi ljudi. U siječnju je prosječna dob bila do 80 godina, a sad je to 70 godina -  napominje naš sugovornik.

Situacija je ozbiljna, stoga dr. Ivića posebno ljute teorije nekih 'stručnjaka' koji navode da je snažni vjetar povećao broj zaraženih na obali.

„Ma dajte molim vas, totalne gluposti! Je li bura kriva i što je u Manausu u Brazilu došlo do eksplozije zaraze? Naravno da nije! Ljudi se druže i zaraza se širi pojačanim kontaktima i novim brzoširećim sojevima koji počinju dominirati – tumači splitski liječnik.

 Na konferenciji Stožera i ravnateljica infektivne klinke "Dr. Fran Mihaljević" Alemka Markotić, složila se s dr. Ivićem.

- Kao i u Splitu, raste broj hospitalizacija i kod nas u Klinici za infektivne bolesti i u KB Dubrava. Iako još statistika to ne pokazuje, mi na dnevnoj bazi primjećujemo da su uglavnom hospitalizirani u dobi između 50-60 godina. Isto tako vidimo da se puno brže puni intenzivna njega. Kolege u Splitu su primijetile u posljednjih 7 do 10 dana da se jako povećao broj ljudi koji su na visokom protoku kisika, a to je na korak do respiratora, kao i onih koji su na respiratoru. Pokušat ćemo gledajući te brojeve napraviti neke dodatne projekcije za daljnje razdoblje, rekla je Markotić

Prema podacima Ministarstva zdravstava najviše je trenutno hospitaliziranih od koronavirusa u Zagrebu, Splitu i Rijeci gdje je i najviše ljudi na respiratorima.

U KB-u Dubrava je u bolničkim krevetima zbog koronavirusa 154 pacijenta (32 na respiratoru), u KBC-u Zagreb 30 (3 na respiratoru), Klinici za infektivne bolesti „Dr. Fran Mihaljević 81 (8 na respiratoru), KBC Rijeka 90 (10 na respiratoru), KBC Osijek 39 (na respiratoru 7), Opća bolnica Varaždin 70 (na respiratoru 4).
