Ako je suditi po odazivu naših sugrađana za cijepljenje protiv koronavirusa, onda interes postoji i samo još treba nabaviti što veće količine cjepiva.

U protekla dva dana (utorak i srijeda) na punktu posebnih dežurstava u zdravstvenoj stanici Mertojak, cijepilo se 600 naših sugrađana. Svi su oni, prema riječima dr. Marka Rađe, ravnatelja Doma zdravlja Splitsko-dalmatinske županije, cijepljeni cjepivom Pfizer/Biontech, odnosno cjepivom baziranim na mRNK tehnologiji.

- U oba dana smo imali po 300-tinjak naših sugrađana, koji su se došli cijepiti u ambulantu Mertojak jer to nisu mogli obaviti kod svojih liječnika obiteljske medicine. Naime, neki od naših kolega smatraju kako u svojim ambulantama nemaju uvjete za cijepljenje, pa su odlučili svoje pacijente cijepiti na Mertojaku - kaže dr. Rađa, koji je i sam liječnik obiteljske medicine.

Svakih 15 minuta

Oni koji su se u ova dva dana cijepili na Mertojaku pacijenti su iz 30-ak ambulanta obiteljske medicine, a kako je svaka od njih dobila po 20 doza cjepiva, jasno je odakle brojka od 600 cijepljenih.

---i u to zakazano vrijeme moraju biti ispred ambulante. Tada se, barem je tako bilo prvi dan, svakih 15 minuta cijepi pet osoba, koje na mjestu cijepljenja moraju ostati između 15 i 20 minuta, kako bi se vidjelo ima li tko od njih neku težu, neželjenu nuspojavu. Na svu sreću, do sada nitko nije razvio neku težu nuspojavu - kaže dr. Rađa.

Ipak, "zlu ne trebalo" na punktu na kojemu se obavlja cijepljenje imaju defibrilator, EKG i antišok terapiju, ako bi netko od cijepljenih dobio anafilaktički šok i kako bi ga mogli vratiti među žive.

- Imamo svu potrebnu opremu za "oživljavanje" i nadamo se kako je nikada nećemo upotrijebiti. Inače, cijepljenje se odvija u dvije smjene i u svakoj od tih smjena rade po dva tima obiteljske medicine. Jedni rade od 8 do 13, a drugi od 13 do 19 sati. Odaziv sugrađana na cijepljenje je vrlo dobar i još nam samo trebaju veće količine cjepiva - navodi dr. Rađa.

Neki ne žele AstraZenecu

- Od ponedjeljka do jučer sam cijepila 48 svojih pacijenata jer sam toliko dobila doza cjepiva (30 od AstraZenece i 18 od Pfizer/Biontecha). Nitko od njih nije razvio neke "strašne" nuspojave, samo ih je dvoje dobilo manju temperaturicu. Velika većina njih, koji dođu na cijepljenje ne postavlja pitanje kojim ih cjepivom cijepimo.

Ljudi vjeruju svojim liječnicima i vjerujem da će takvo povjerenje i dalje biti prisutno. Ipak, ima onih koji su rekli kako se ne žele cijepiti cjepivom AstraZeneca i koji su najavili da će čekati neko drugo cjepivo. Naravno, ja ih ne mogu nagovarati čime da se cijepe i moram poštovati njihovu odluku. Ipak, ljudi trebaju znati da je AstraZeneca dobro cjepivo - kaže dr. Krolo.

Naša sugovornica na listi za cijepljenje ima više od 250 svojih pacijenata.

- Sada već, vjerujte mi, vlada pomama za cijepljenjem. Mnogi zovu, pa i oni mlađi, kada kažem mlađi mislim na osobe od 40-ak godina. Puno njih se želi cijepiti. Jedino nikakav interes za cijepljenje nema među populacijom do ili oko 20 godina. Njih to ne zanima isto kao da ih koronavirus ne može napasti - zaključuje dr. Krolo.

Ako je suditi po odazivu naših sugrađana za cijepljenje protiv koronavirusa, onda interes postoji i samo još treba nabaviti što veće količine cjepiva.

U protekla dva dana (utorak i srijeda) na punktu posebnih dežurstava u zdravstvenoj stanici Mertojak, cijepilo se 600 naših sugrađana. Svi su oni, prema riječima dr. Marka Rađe, ravnatelja Doma zdravlja Splitsko-dalmatinske županije, cijepljeni cjepivom Pfizer/Biontech, odnosno cjepivom baziranim na mRNK tehnologiji.

- U oba dana smo imali po 300-tinjak naših sugrađana, koji su se došli cijepiti u ambulantu Mertojak jer to nisu mogli obaviti kod svojih liječnika obiteljske medicine. Naime, neki od naših kolega smatraju kako u svojim ambulantama nemaju uvjete za cijepljenje, pa su odlučili svoje pacijente cijepiti na Mertojaku - kaže dr. Rađa, koji je i sam liječnik obiteljske medicine.

Svakih 15 minuta

Oni koji su se u ova dva dana cijepili na Mertojaku pacijenti su iz 30-ak ambulanta obiteljske medicine, a kako je svaka od njih dobila po 20 doza cjepiva, jasno je odakle brojka od 600 cijepljenih.

---i u to zakazano vrijeme moraju biti ispred ambulante. Tada se, barem je tako bilo prvi dan, svakih 15 minuta cijepi pet osoba, koje na mjestu cijepljenja moraju ostati između 15 i 20 minuta, kako bi se vidjelo ima li tko od njih neku težu, neželjenu nuspojavu. Na svu sreću, do sada nitko nije razvio neku težu nuspojavu - kaže dr. Rađa.

Ipak, "zlu ne trebalo" na punktu na kojemu se obavlja cijepljenje imaju defibrilator, EKG i antišok terapiju, ako bi netko od cijepljenih dobio anafilaktički šok i kako bi ga mogli vratiti među žive.

- Imamo svu potrebnu opremu za "oživljavanje" i nadamo se kako je nikada nećemo upotrijebiti. Inače, cijepljenje se odvija u dvije smjene i u svakoj od tih smjena rade po dva tima obiteljske medicine. Jedni rade od 8 do 13, a drugi od 13 do 19 sati. Odaziv sugrađana na cijepljenje je vrlo dobar i još nam samo trebaju veće količine cjepiva - navodi dr. Rađa.

Neki ne žele AstraZenecu

Jedna od onih liječnica koja svoje pacijente, protiv Covida-19 cijepi u svojoj ambulanti je dr. Vikica Krolo, liječnica obiteljske medicine.

- Od ponedjeljka do jučer sam cijepila 48 svojih pacijenata jer sam toliko dobila doza cjepiva (30 od AstraZenece i 18 od Pfizer/Biontecha). Nitko od njih nije razvio neke "strašne" nuspojave, samo ih je dvoje dobilo manju temperaturicu. Velika većina njih, koji dođu na cijepljenje ne postavlja pitanje kojim ih cjepivom cijepimo.

Ljudi vjeruju svojim liječnicima i vjerujem da će takvo povjerenje i dalje biti prisutno. Ipak, ima onih koji su rekli kako se ne žele cijepiti cjepivom AstraZeneca i koji su najavili da će čekati neko drugo cjepivo. Naravno, ja ih ne mogu nagovarati čime da se cijepe i moram poštovati njihovu odluku. Ipak, ljudi trebaju znati da je AstraZeneca dobro cjepivo - kaže dr. Krolo.

Naša sugovornica na listi za cijepljenje ima više od 250 svojih pacijenata.

- Sada već, vjerujte mi, vlada pomama za cijepljenjem. Mnogi zovu, pa i oni mlađi, kada kažem mlađi mislim na osobe od 40-ak godina. Puno njih se želi cijepiti. Jedino nikakav interes za cijepljenje nema među populacijom do ili oko 20 godina. Njih to ne zanima isto kao da ih koronavirus ne može napasti - zaključuje dr. Krolo.
