Javni gradski prijevoz na području Splita zadnjih je mjeseci u nekoliko navrata bio kompromitiran. Više nije nikakvo iznenađenje vidjeti obavijest o redukcijama pojedinih gradskih i prigradskih linija zbog odsustva vozača, a putnici su nam se javljali očajavajući zbog predugih čekanja ili nedolazaka pojedinih autobusa.

Problemi su se javili kada je krajem prošle godine 23 vozača od njih ukupno 329 završilo na bolovanju i došlo je neravnoteže u sustavu prometovanja. Sindikalni povjerenik Hrvoje Mlikota kazao je kako je tvrtki "Promet" početkom godine nedostajalo minimalno 10 do 15 vozača.

Raspisivali su se novi natječaji, tražili mladi vozači te se čak ozbiljno razmišljalo o potencijalnom modelu financiranja troškova D kategorije mladim novacima.

Čini se da će se taj trend nastaviti i dalje pošto tucet "Prometovih" vozača ove godine odlazi - u mirovinu!

- Od početka godine u mirovinu su otišla četiri vozača, a do kraja godine uvjete za mirovinu ispunjava dvanaest vozača - kazao nam je Stanko Sapunar, direktor splitskog "Prometa" dodajući da trenutno nemaju odstupanja u voznom redu.

- Vozni red je stabiliziran zapošljavanjem dvadeset novih vozača od početka godine - tvrdi i napominje da nedostatak vozača muči i druge gradove.

- Nedostatak vozača je globalni problem kako u Hrvatskoj, tako i u cijeloj Europi. Upravo iz tih razloga imamo kontinuirano otvoren natječaj za zapošljavanje vozača - zaključuje Sapunar.

Preostaje nam za vidjeti hoće li natječaji i primamljive ponude uroditi plodom ili će se Splićani skupa s turistima usred sezone pržiti na stanici čekajući svoj autobus.

Javni gradski prijevoz na području Splita zadnjih je mjeseci u nekoliko navrata bio kompromitiran. Više nije nikakvo iznenađenje vidjeti obavijest o redukcijama pojedinih gradskih i prigradskih linija zbog odsustva vozača, a putnici su nam se javljali očajavajući zbog predugih čekanja ili nedolazaka pojedinih autobusa.

Problemi su se javili kada je krajem prošle godine 23 vozača od njih ukupno 329 završilo na bolovanju i došlo je neravnoteže u sustavu prometovanja. Sindikalni povjerenik Hrvoje Mlikota kazao je kako je tvrtki "Promet" početkom godine nedostajalo minimalno 10 do 15 vozača.

Raspisivali su se novi natječaji, tražili mladi vozači te se čak ozbiljno razmišljalo o potencijalnom modelu financiranja troškova D kategorije mladim novacima.

Čini se da će se taj trend nastaviti i dalje pošto tucet "Prometovih" vozača ove godine odlazi - u mirovinu!

- Od početka godine u mirovinu su otišla četiri vozača, a do kraja godine uvjete za mirovinu ispunjava dvanaest vozača - kazao nam je Stanko Sapunar, direktor splitskog "Prometa" dodajući da trenutno nemaju odstupanja u voznom redu.

- Vozni red je stabiliziran zapošljavanjem dvadeset novih vozača od početka godine - tvrdi i napominje da nedostatak vozača muči i druge gradove.

- Nedostatak vozača je globalni problem kako u Hrvatskoj, tako i u cijeloj Europi. Upravo iz tih razloga imamo kontinuirano otvoren natječaj za zapošljavanje vozača - zaključuje Sapunar.

Preostaje nam za vidjeti hoće li natječaji i primamljive ponude uroditi plodom ili će se Splićani skupa s turistima usred sezone pržiti na stanici čekajući svoj autobus.
