Dugo čekana pravomoćna uporabna dozvola za objekt "Četiri palme" u Šimićevoj ulici na Blatinama, konačno je stigla, javljaju iz Grada Splita koji su obznanili kako je objekt prethodno prošao tehnički pregled.
Uporabna dozvola se odnosi za izvedenu rekonstrukciju građevine stambene namjene s osam stambenih jedinica i osiguranih deset parkirališnih mjesta. U tijeku je potpisivanje ugovora za nabavu namještaja i opreme ukupne vrijednosti 720 tisuća kuna, tako da bi zgrada u Šimićevoj 25 trebala otvoriti vrata novim korisnicima specifičnih socijalnih usluga do kraja ove godine.
Podsjetimo, projektom rekonstrukcije zapušteni i napušteni objekt na Blatinama prenamijenjen je u trokatnicu stambene namjene sa šest garsonijera i jednim trosobnim stanom namijenjenih bivšim štićenicima Dječjeg doma Maestral Split, odnosno mladima nakon navršene 21. godine koji napuštaju sustav institucionalne skrbi i na taj način ostaju bez osiguranog smještaja.
U objektu je i jedan deveterosobni stan s osam dvokrevetnih soba za roditelje/skrbnike teško oboljele djece s područja Urbane aglomeracije Split, a čija se djeca liječe ili su na rehabilitaciji u KBC-u Split.
Izvođenje radova na rekonstrukciji postojeće građevine završeno je koncem ožujka ove godine. Rok se odužio korone koja je uzrokovala kašnjenja u isporuci svih vrsta potrebnih materijala i opreme potrebnih za izvođenje radova, objašnjavaju iz Grada Splita.
Zbog problematike spajanja električne energije (HEP), organizacije tehničkog pregleda zgrade i ishođenja uporabne dozvole objekta od nadležnog Ministarstva i SAFU-a zatraženo je produženje provedbe EU projekta do 30. srpnja 2022. godine što je i odobreno.
Dodatno, 6. svibnja ove godine pokrenuta je javna nabava za Izradu i ugradnju sustava tehničke zaštite na objektu "Četiri palme", a nakon njegove ugradnje tehnički pregled održan je 5. srpnja.
Ukupna vrijednost EU projekta " Četiri palme" je 10 milijuna kuna od čega je iz Europskog fonda za regionalni razvoj osigurano 4,4 milijuna kuna bespovratnih sredstava.

Dugo čekana pravomoćna uporabna dozvola za objekt "Četiri palme" u Šimićevoj ulici na Blatinama, konačno je stigla, javljaju iz Grada Splita koji su obznanili kako je objekt prethodno prošao tehnički pregled.
Uporabna dozvola se odnosi za izvedenu rekonstrukciju građevine stambene namjene s osam stambenih jedinica i osiguranih deset parkirališnih mjesta. U tijeku je potpisivanje ugovora za nabavu namještaja i opreme ukupne vrijednosti 720 tisuća kuna, tako da bi zgrada u Šimićevoj 25 trebala otvoriti vrata novim korisnicima specifičnih socijalnih usluga do kraja ove godine.
Podsjetimo, projektom rekonstrukcije zapušteni i napušteni objekt na Blatinama prenamijenjen je u trokatnicu stambene namjene sa šest garsonijera i jednim trosobnim stanom namijenjenih bivšim štićenicima Dječjeg doma Maestral Split, odnosno mladima nakon navršene 21. godine koji napuštaju sustav institucionalne skrbi i na taj način ostaju bez osiguranog smještaja.
U objektu je i jedan deveterosobni stan s osam dvokrevetnih soba za roditelje/skrbnike teško oboljele djece s područja Urbane aglomeracije Split, a čija se djeca liječe ili su na rehabilitaciji u KBC-u Split.
Izvođenje radova na rekonstrukciji postojeće građevine završeno je koncem ožujka ove godine. Rok se odužio korone koja je uzrokovala kašnjenja u isporuci svih vrsta potrebnih materijala i opreme potrebnih za izvođenje radova, objašnjavaju iz Grada Splita.
Zbog problematike spajanja električne energije (HEP), organizacije tehničkog pregleda zgrade i ishođenja uporabne dozvole objekta od nadležnog Ministarstva i SAFU-a zatraženo je produženje provedbe EU projekta do 30. srpnja 2022. godine što je i odobreno.
Dodatno, 6. svibnja ove godine pokrenuta je javna nabava za Izradu i ugradnju sustava tehničke zaštite na objektu "Četiri palme", a nakon njegove ugradnje tehnički pregled održan je 5. srpnja.
Ukupna vrijednost EU projekta " Četiri palme" je 10 milijuna kuna od čega je iz Europskog fonda za regionalni razvoj osigurano 4,4 milijuna kuna bespovratnih sredstava.
