Kako su nam javili građani, stanari Kile i naselja u susjedstvu odlagališta otpada Karepovac poput Dračevca, Kamena i Bilica u srijedu između 19 i 20 sati osjetili su neugodan miris. Kako nam je rekao Tiho Barić iz inicijative „Karepovac – drugo lice Splita” miris je podsjećao na „pokvarena jaja”:
- Osjeti se kao po sumporovodiku koji, koliko ja znam, nastaje razgradnjom otpada. Osobito je teško astmatičarima i plućnim bolesnicima, a jedan od njih je čak i zvao policiju.
Miljenko Vidaković s Kile nam je potvrdio kako je on pozvao policiju. Na Kili živi 30 godina i kaže kako smrdi cijelu godinu:
- Imao sam osjećaj kao da je smrad ušao u kuću, u odjeću, uzeo sam tablete za glavobolju. Nebitno je li jučer ili ne, smrdi cijelu godinu. Zvao sam policiju koja me uputila na Sanitarnu inspekciju. Kašljem, imam osjećaj kao da mi je „knedla u grlu” i kao da su mi pluća „puna”.

Miris koji podsjeća na sumpor nam je spomenula Anita Kalinić, stanovnica Kamena s kojom smo razgovarali u ponedjeljak, dva dana nakon požara na odlagalištu otpada. I tada se osjetio intenzivan miris, rekli su nam stanovnici u susjedstvu Karepovca.

Prema informacijama koje je dala splitska policija, došlo je do samozapaljenja krupnog otpada te i nije provedeno daljnje postupanje.
Tiho Barić nam govori kako su posljednji put vođeni razgovori s "Čistoćom" i Gradom prije mjesec dana.

- Dogovorili smo se kako će se otpad prskati ne bi li se smanjio intenzitet miris. Po našim subjektivnim osjećajima nije se smanjio.
O tome kakav je zrak na Karepovcu trebali bismo znati idućeg tjedna - najavio je Nenad Periš nakon što smo poslali upit Nastavnom zavodu za javno zdravstvo Splitsko-dalmatinske županije gdje je objavljeno izvješće od prvog siječnja do 31. lipnja:
- Izvješće za to razdoblje bit će dostavljeno naručitelju – Gradu Splitu i objavljeno na web stranici Zavoda. Istu ćemo dostaviti i Vama, ali kada bude analiza gotova, odnosno, napisano izvješće što se nadam da će biti sljedeći tjedan završeno.
Neslužbeno, na teren je izašla inspekcija zaštite okoliša, tako da čekamo odgovor Državnog inspektorata.

Kako su nam javili građani, stanari Kile i naselja u susjedstvu odlagališta otpada Karepovac poput Dračevca, Kamena i Bilica u srijedu između 19 i 20 sati osjetili su neugodan miris. Kako nam je rekao Tiho Barić iz inicijative „Karepovac – drugo lice Splita” miris je podsjećao na „pokvarena jaja”:
- Osjeti se kao po sumporovodiku koji, koliko ja znam, nastaje razgradnjom otpada. Osobito je teško astmatičarima i plućnim bolesnicima, a jedan od njih je čak i zvao policiju.
Miljenko Vidaković s Kile nam je potvrdio kako je on pozvao policiju. Na Kili živi 30 godina i kaže kako smrdi cijelu godinu:
- Imao sam osjećaj kao da je smrad ušao u kuću, u odjeću, uzeo sam tablete za glavobolju. Nebitno je li jučer ili ne, smrdi cijelu godinu. Zvao sam policiju koja me uputila na Sanitarnu inspekciju. Kašljem, imam osjećaj kao da mi je „knedla u grlu” i kao da su mi pluća „puna”.

Miris koji podsjeća na sumpor nam je spomenula Anita Kalinić, stanovnica Kamena s kojom smo razgovarali u ponedjeljak, dva dana nakon požara na odlagalištu otpada. I tada se osjetio intenzivan miris, rekli su nam stanovnici u susjedstvu Karepovca.

Prema informacijama koje je dala splitska policija, došlo je do samozapaljenja krupnog otpada te i nije provedeno daljnje postupanje.
Tiho Barić nam govori kako su posljednji put vođeni razgovori s "Čistoćom" i Gradom prije mjesec dana.

- Dogovorili smo se kako će se otpad prskati ne bi li se smanjio intenzitet miris. Po našim subjektivnim osjećajima nije se smanjio.
O tome kakav je zrak na Karepovcu trebali bismo znati idućeg tjedna - najavio je Nenad Periš nakon što smo poslali upit Nastavnom zavodu za javno zdravstvo Splitsko-dalmatinske županije gdje je objavljeno izvješće od prvog siječnja do 31. lipnja:
- Izvješće za to razdoblje bit će dostavljeno naručitelju – Gradu Splitu i objavljeno na web stranici Zavoda. Istu ćemo dostaviti i Vama, ali kada bude analiza gotova, odnosno, napisano izvješće što se nadam da će biti sljedeći tjedan završeno.
Neslužbeno, na teren je izašla inspekcija zaštite okoliša, tako da čekamo odgovor Državnog inspektorata.
