U gradu u kojemu postoji KBC, za koji njegov ravnatelj prof. dr. sc. Julije Meštrović voli reći da je najveća zdravstvena ustanova od Trsta do Patrasa, nedostaje, kao i u cijeloj Hrvatskoj, medicinskih sestara.

Istodobno, u Splitu od "povijesti" postoji i Zdravstvena škola, koja kroz godine školovanja uči mlade, buduće medicinske sestre da budu prave, kvalitetne i radišne, jednom kada tu školu i završe.

Međutim, tu postoji jedan problem – njihov nedostatak, kako u KBC-u Split, gdje neki govore o manjku 300 medicinskih sestara, tako i manjku mladih učenica koje bi htjele postati medicinske sestre. Interes mladih ljudi za ovim zanimanjem je golem, ali jednostavno se nemaju gdje upisati.

Naime, netko je puno pametan prije tko zna koliko godina rekao da Splitu ne trebaju četiri razreda medicinskih sestara, koliko ih je Zdravstvena škola nekada imala, i srezao je broj razreda na dva.

I od tada počinje "osipanje" sestara, jer koliko se god one htjele upisati u takvo zanimanje, nemaju mogućnosti jer jednostavno se nemaju gdje upisati. I tako je godinama.

Trenutačno samo dva razreda

U Splitu postoje dva razreda koja mogu upisati ukupno 48 budućih sestara i od prošle godine u Sinju postoji još jedan razred s jednakim brojem polaznica. Dakle za "županijski bazen" u kojemu nedostaje najmanje 300 medicinskih sestara postoje tri razreda u koja se mogu upisati 72 buduće medicinske sestre.

Stoga smo nakon nedavnog otvaranja radova na Objedinjenom hitnom bolničkom prijamu (OHBP) KBC-a Split upitali župana Blaženka Bobana, s obzirom da je Splitsko-dalmatinska županija osnivač Zdravstvene škole, hoće li, zbog ogromnog interesa, za predstojeću školsku godinu biti oformljen barem još jedan dodatni razred za medicinske sestre.

– U pregovorima smo s Ministarstvom obrazovanja i nadam se kako ćemo u predstojećoj školskoj godini imati još jedan razred medicinskih sestara – kratko je rekao župan Boban.

Da bismo točno doznali što se može očekivati u vezi s ovim gorućim problemom, nazvali smo i prof. Sanju Perić, ravnateljicu Zdravstvene škole.

Škola na dvije lokacije

– Ove godine smo tražili još jedan razred medicinskih sestara i tehničara. Predali smo zahtjev i dobili smo podršku Županije, koja je naš osnivač. Još uvijek nismo iz resornog Ministarstva dobili nikakav odgovor, ali nadamo se kako će nam još jedan razred biti odobren – rekla je ravnateljica Perić, koja "ravna" školom koja zbog manjka prostora radi na dvjema lokacijama.

Naime, škola nema prostorne mogućnosti kako bi povećala broj školskih odjeljenja.

– Imamo 30 raznih razrednih odjeljenja, a samo 13 učionica. Zbog toga je neophodna dogradnja školske zgrade. Dobili smo građevinsku dozvolu za dogradnju jednog kata i tada ćemo imati 17 učionica pa će nam biti koliko-toliko lakše raditi – istaknula je prof. Perić.

Zaista je smiješno da upisna kvota za neku školu ili neku profesiju u zemlji članici EU-a ovisi o tome ima li škola dovoljno učionica ili o tome hoće li neka škola biti nadograđena. Da nije smiješno, bilo bi tužno, ili da nije tužno, bilo bi smiješno.

Eto, takvo je stanje sa sestrinskim kadrom u državi u kojoj, prema nekima, nedostaje nekoliko tisuća medicinskih sestara. Da imaju mogućnosti, mlade bi se djevojke i mladići zasigurno upisivali u to deficitarno zanimanje, za koje treba imati puno empatije, ali koje svima njima u konačnici jamči koliko-toliko pristojnu plaću i relativno dobar život.

U gradu u kojemu postoji KBC, za koji njegov ravnatelj prof. dr. sc. Julije Meštrović voli reći da je najveća zdravstvena ustanova od Trsta do Patrasa, nedostaje, kao i u cijeloj Hrvatskoj, medicinskih sestara.

Istodobno, u Splitu od "povijesti" postoji i Zdravstvena škola, koja kroz godine školovanja uči mlade, buduće medicinske sestre da budu prave, kvalitetne i radišne, jednom kada tu školu i završe.

Međutim, tu postoji jedan problem – njihov nedostatak, kako u KBC-u Split, gdje neki govore o manjku 300 medicinskih sestara, tako i manjku mladih učenica koje bi htjele postati medicinske sestre. Interes mladih ljudi za ovim zanimanjem je golem, ali jednostavno se nemaju gdje upisati.

Naime, netko je puno pametan prije tko zna koliko godina rekao da Splitu ne trebaju četiri razreda medicinskih sestara, koliko ih je Zdravstvena škola nekada imala, i srezao je broj razreda na dva.

I od tada počinje "osipanje" sestara, jer koliko se god one htjele upisati u takvo zanimanje, nemaju mogućnosti jer jednostavno se nemaju gdje upisati. I tako je godinama.

Trenutačno samo dva razreda

U Splitu postoje dva razreda koja mogu upisati ukupno 48 budućih sestara i od prošle godine u Sinju postoji još jedan razred s jednakim brojem polaznica. Dakle za "županijski bazen" u kojemu nedostaje najmanje 300 medicinskih sestara postoje tri razreda u koja se mogu upisati 72 buduće medicinske sestre.

Stoga smo nakon nedavnog otvaranja radova na Objedinjenom hitnom bolničkom prijamu (OHBP) KBC-a Split upitali župana Blaženka Bobana, s obzirom da je Splitsko-dalmatinska županija osnivač Zdravstvene škole, hoće li, zbog ogromnog interesa, za predstojeću školsku godinu biti oformljen barem još jedan dodatni razred za medicinske sestre.

– U pregovorima smo s Ministarstvom obrazovanja i nadam se kako ćemo u predstojećoj školskoj godini imati još jedan razred medicinskih sestara – kratko je rekao župan Boban.

Da bismo točno doznali što se može očekivati u vezi s ovim gorućim problemom, nazvali smo i prof. Sanju Perić, ravnateljicu Zdravstvene škole.

Škola na dvije lokacije

– Ove godine smo tražili još jedan razred medicinskih sestara i tehničara. Predali smo zahtjev i dobili smo podršku Županije, koja je naš osnivač. Još uvijek nismo iz resornog Ministarstva dobili nikakav odgovor, ali nadamo se kako će nam još jedan razred biti odobren – rekla je ravnateljica Perić, koja "ravna" školom koja zbog manjka prostora radi na dvjema lokacijama.

Naime, škola nema prostorne mogućnosti kako bi povećala broj školskih odjeljenja.

– Imamo 30 raznih razrednih odjeljenja, a samo 13 učionica. Zbog toga je neophodna dogradnja školske zgrade. Dobili smo građevinsku dozvolu za dogradnju jednog kata i tada ćemo imati 17 učionica pa će nam biti koliko-toliko lakše raditi – istaknula je prof. Perić.

Zaista je smiješno da upisna kvota za neku školu ili neku profesiju u zemlji članici EU-a ovisi o tome ima li škola dovoljno učionica ili o tome hoće li neka škola biti nadograđena. Da nije smiješno, bilo bi tužno, ili da nije tužno, bilo bi smiješno.

Eto, takvo je stanje sa sestrinskim kadrom u državi u kojoj, prema nekima, nedostaje nekoliko tisuća medicinskih sestara. Da imaju mogućnosti, mlade bi se djevojke i mladići zasigurno upisivali u to deficitarno zanimanje, za koje treba imati puno empatije, ali koje svima njima u konačnici jamči koliko-toliko pristojnu plaću i relativno dobar život.
