Krov koji prokišnjava, voda u lusteru, rupa u stropu kroz koju prolazi vanjsko svjetlo i zidovi iz kojih curi voda, samo su dio prizora koji smo zatekli kada smo došli u kuću obitelji Blatančić na Vranjičkom putu.
Gospođa Vera ističe da je digla kredit na 10 godina kako bi sanirala detalje i kako ne bi kapala vlaga ni u jednom dijelu njihova stana na dijelu Brda iznad Sjeverne luke. Unajmili su, po prijateljskoj preporuci, čovjeka koji im je predstavljen kao "meštar za krovove" (identitet poznat redakciji, op.a.) da popravi vršni dio njihove kuće kako bi im stan bio optimalan za život.
Na prvu se sve činilo u redu, majstor im se, kako naglašava naša sugovornica, učinio kao čovjek od povjerenja svojim ugodnim i pristupačnim tonom pa je obitelj Blatančić, reklo bi se, procijenila knjigu prema koricama, a njezin sadržaj je platila 37 tisuća kuna ili oko 5000 eura.
Radnik svoj posao nije napravio, prema riječima vlasnika kuće je "učinio još veću štetu", ali zato je pokupio svoj i više nego preplaćeni honorar te im se od tada nije javio.

– Kad puše vjetar i pada kiša imamo veliki problem. Nema mjesta na kojem plafon nije procurio. Cijeli je prošaran vodom. Ovdje je rupa kroz koju vidim nebo, ja ležim, sunce me obasjava i gledam okolinu – dočarala nam je ljetni prizor ogorčena stanarka i dodala da je njihov stambeni prostor nakon "popravka" bio još u lošijem stanju, ali im je susjed malo "pokrpao" štetu koja je nastala u međuvremenu.
Obitelj Blatančić strahuje da im strop ne padne na glavu, a u kući živi i malo dijete čiji je život također ugrožen. Nema što nisu pokušali da bi došli do neodgovornog djelatnika – molili su ga, onako ljudski, da sredi svoj (ne)dovršeni posao, pa su zvali policiju i vatrogasce, a u konačnici i udrugu potrošača.
No, prema riječima naših sugovornika, svi su igrali ping-pong, slali ih na neku novu adresu i ponavljali su istu rečenicu: "Mi tu ne možemo ništa, ako želite, možete tužiti dotičnog gospodina". Ali s kojim novcem to sada mogu učiniti kada su već opterećeni kreditom za neobavljen posao, pitaju se frustrirani stanari s Vranjičkog puta.
Sve je šuplje i puknuto još od travnja, ali ih je od tada spašavala samo sreća ili bolje rečeno - višemjesečna suša. No, s prvim, i k tome obilnim jesenskim kišama stanje je, tvrde Blatančići, postalo neizdrživo.

– Posao je odrađen neodgovorno i netemeljito, zapravo ofrlje. Išli smo s povjerenjem i uvjerili se u onu "dobar i lud, dva brata". Kada gips padne, svi ćemo nastradati. Prije je kapalo, a sada intenzivno curi iz stropa. Ja sam ga molila i kumila, odrekla sam se kruha kako bih uložila u popravak krova, a dočekalo me je ovo.
Najgore je to što je meštar tvrdio da će kapanje biti stvar prošlosti kad on uzme stvar u svoje ruke, te da će krov trajati godinama, a sada smo London u malom – ogorčena je gospođa Vera, koja je dodala da im je radnik samoinicijativno srušio dimnjak.
– Nemamo se kome obratiti i koga više tražiti za pomoć. Nadamo se da će ga ovo nekako razuvjeriti i probuditi u njemu ljudsku notu koju je do sada u svakom navratu demantirao – kazala nam je kroz suze Lara, unuka Blatančićevih.
Nadamo se da će obitelj na kraju izvući sretan kraj, da će se uspjeti snaći i da će institucije ovaj put odraditi svoj posao.

Krov koji prokišnjava, voda u lusteru, rupa u stropu kroz koju prolazi vanjsko svjetlo i zidovi iz kojih curi voda, samo su dio prizora koji smo zatekli kada smo došli u kuću obitelji Blatančić na Vranjičkom putu.
Gospođa Vera ističe da je digla kredit na 10 godina kako bi sanirala detalje i kako ne bi kapala vlaga ni u jednom dijelu njihova stana na dijelu Brda iznad Sjeverne luke. Unajmili su, po prijateljskoj preporuci, čovjeka koji im je predstavljen kao "meštar za krovove" (identitet poznat redakciji, op.a.) da popravi vršni dio njihove kuće kako bi im stan bio optimalan za život.
Na prvu se sve činilo u redu, majstor im se, kako naglašava naša sugovornica, učinio kao čovjek od povjerenja svojim ugodnim i pristupačnim tonom pa je obitelj Blatančić, reklo bi se, procijenila knjigu prema koricama, a njezin sadržaj je platila 37 tisuća kuna ili oko 5000 eura.
Radnik svoj posao nije napravio, prema riječima vlasnika kuće je "učinio još veću štetu", ali zato je pokupio svoj i više nego preplaćeni honorar te im se od tada nije javio.

– Kad puše vjetar i pada kiša imamo veliki problem. Nema mjesta na kojem plafon nije procurio. Cijeli je prošaran vodom. Ovdje je rupa kroz koju vidim nebo, ja ležim, sunce me obasjava i gledam okolinu – dočarala nam je ljetni prizor ogorčena stanarka i dodala da je njihov stambeni prostor nakon "popravka" bio još u lošijem stanju, ali im je susjed malo "pokrpao" štetu koja je nastala u međuvremenu.
Obitelj Blatančić strahuje da im strop ne padne na glavu, a u kući živi i malo dijete čiji je život također ugrožen. Nema što nisu pokušali da bi došli do neodgovornog djelatnika – molili su ga, onako ljudski, da sredi svoj (ne)dovršeni posao, pa su zvali policiju i vatrogasce, a u konačnici i udrugu potrošača.
No, prema riječima naših sugovornika, svi su igrali ping-pong, slali ih na neku novu adresu i ponavljali su istu rečenicu: "Mi tu ne možemo ništa, ako želite, možete tužiti dotičnog gospodina". Ali s kojim novcem to sada mogu učiniti kada su već opterećeni kreditom za neobavljen posao, pitaju se frustrirani stanari s Vranjičkog puta.
Sve je šuplje i puknuto još od travnja, ali ih je od tada spašavala samo sreća ili bolje rečeno - višemjesečna suša. No, s prvim, i k tome obilnim jesenskim kišama stanje je, tvrde Blatančići, postalo neizdrživo.

– Posao je odrađen neodgovorno i netemeljito, zapravo ofrlje. Išli smo s povjerenjem i uvjerili se u onu "dobar i lud, dva brata". Kada gips padne, svi ćemo nastradati. Prije je kapalo, a sada intenzivno curi iz stropa. Ja sam ga molila i kumila, odrekla sam se kruha kako bih uložila u popravak krova, a dočekalo me je ovo.
Najgore je to što je meštar tvrdio da će kapanje biti stvar prošlosti kad on uzme stvar u svoje ruke, te da će krov trajati godinama, a sada smo London u malom – ogorčena je gospođa Vera, koja je dodala da im je radnik samoinicijativno srušio dimnjak.
– Nemamo se kome obratiti i koga više tražiti za pomoć. Nadamo se da će ga ovo nekako razuvjeriti i probuditi u njemu ljudsku notu koju je do sada u svakom navratu demantirao – kazala nam je kroz suze Lara, unuka Blatančićevih.
Nadamo se da će obitelj na kraju izvući sretan kraj, da će se uspjeti snaći i da će institucije ovaj put odraditi svoj posao.
