"Pari mi se da su numere na žveljarinu rebambile", javlja nam čitatelj koji svakodnevno prolazi Krešimirovom ulicom, između Pjace i Peristila, pokraj famozne Ure. Također, Splićanin je žalostan što Ura više, kako kaže, ne zvoni.

Zašto i kako je došlo do ovoga, upitali smo gradski Odsjek za promet i komunalno održavanje. A razlog nezvonjave je veoma interesantan. Naime, iz Banovine poručuju da je zvono uklonio "jedan od stanara, već drugi put".

Navodno, tik do Ure postoji jedan apartman koji se ljeti iznajmljuje i buka lijevanog željeza, svako sat vremena, smeta turisitima.

- Valjda se gosti žale pa vlasnik stana uzme stvar u svoje ruke. Doslovno. Zadnji put san naša savijene neke čelične djelove, bila je baš dobra šteta... A, u boljen slučaju, odvida se taj čekić šta bati... - priča nam urar Nino Mrkušić.

Kaže da je moguće i da turisti to naprave, ali je, po njemu, za to vjerojatnost ravna nuli.

- Gori je ti balkoncin od stana, valjda se priko njega neko popne... Ulaz s ulice je pod ključen, a minjaju se katanci na misečnoj bazi. Ne znan ko ti čini... Svaki put moran zvat komunalnog redara, koji to često rješava na silu. Oće reć da razbije katanac - dočarava urar.

Ovakvi problemi se, tvrdi Mrkušić, pojavljuju ciklički, uglavnom kad se netko od građana pobuni pa Grad reagira. Ali, dojma je, ne postoji puno interesa da se malo ozbiljnije posveti ovom pitanju.

- Da ne buden grub, pari mi se da imaju pametnijeg posla. Gledajte, ako je Gradu u interesu saznat ko mu uništava imovinu, saznat će. Valjda se zna čiji je apartman... Ako nije... - sliježe ramenima Mrkušić.

Iz Banovine nam je rečeno kako je u dva navrata Grad Split provodio javnu nabavu za uslugu održavanja javnih satova, s namjerom sklapanja okvirnog sporazuma s jednim gospodarskim subjektom, u trajanju od četiri godine.

Procijenjena vrijednost je bila do 199.000 kuna bez PDV-a, za spomenuti period. U nabavi, pokrenutoj 3. listopada 2022., javila se samo firma ‘‘Satovi i nakit Mrkušić‘‘, koja je ponudila veću cijenu nego što je bila procijenjena vrijednost te je nabava poništena.

Za istu nabavu pokrenutu 12. prosinca 2022. nije zaprimljena nijedna ponuda.

- Trenutno provodimo postupak za izravno ugovaranje, uz suglasnost gradonačelnika za uslugu održavanja javnih satova sa "Satovi i nakit Mrkušić" - obavijestili su nas.

Ali, sat na Pjaci nije jedini koji proživljava tegobne dane. Onaj na Starome Placu je stao (radi samo dio okrenut prema parkingu), a digitalni kraj Pirje pokazuje - ništa. A i onaj na Autohrvatskoj kasni par minuta.

- Šta se tiče sata kraj Pirje, ovi gospodin šta pali-gasi taj vodoskok, radeći to se dira i u dio koji nije njegov. Minja se napon, pa ura ode kvragu.

A već se i onako slabo i nikako vidi ti ekran po danu... Nemojte me krivo razumit, ne kažen da je on kriv, ali mora se znat ko je za šta nadležan i ko šta smi prčkat. Tribalo bi tu bit više reda... - sugerira urar.  

Viši savjetnik za komunalno održavanje nas je izvijestio da je, u kontaktu s Mrkušićem, dogovorena sanacija svih satova, "ukoliko njegova tvrtka ugovori za održavanja javnih satova grada Splita".

O točnom kvaru i načinu popravka sata na Pjaci moći će se znati detaljnije kada se izvrši uviđaj na licu mjesta.

"Pari mi se da su numere na žveljarinu rebambile", javlja nam čitatelj koji svakodnevno prolazi Krešimirovom ulicom, između Pjace i Peristila, pokraj famozne Ure. Također, Splićanin je žalostan što Ura više, kako kaže, ne zvoni.

Zašto i kako je došlo do ovoga, upitali smo gradski Odsjek za promet i komunalno održavanje. A razlog nezvonjave je veoma interesantan. Naime, iz Banovine poručuju da je zvono uklonio "jedan od stanara, već drugi put".

Navodno, tik do Ure postoji jedan apartman koji se ljeti iznajmljuje i buka lijevanog željeza, svako sat vremena, smeta turisitima.

- Valjda se gosti žale pa vlasnik stana uzme stvar u svoje ruke. Doslovno. Zadnji put san naša savijene neke čelične djelove, bila je baš dobra šteta... A, u boljen slučaju, odvida se taj čekić šta bati... - priča nam urar Nino Mrkušić.

Kaže da je moguće i da turisti to naprave, ali je, po njemu, za to vjerojatnost ravna nuli.

- Gori je ti balkoncin od stana, valjda se priko njega neko popne... Ulaz s ulice je pod ključen, a minjaju se katanci na misečnoj bazi. Ne znan ko ti čini... Svaki put moran zvat komunalnog redara, koji to često rješava na silu. Oće reć da razbije katanac - dočarava urar.

Ovakvi problemi se, tvrdi Mrkušić, pojavljuju ciklički, uglavnom kad se netko od građana pobuni pa Grad reagira. Ali, dojma je, ne postoji puno interesa da se malo ozbiljnije posveti ovom pitanju.

- Da ne buden grub, pari mi se da imaju pametnijeg posla. Gledajte, ako je Gradu u interesu saznat ko mu uništava imovinu, saznat će. Valjda se zna čiji je apartman... Ako nije... - sliježe ramenima Mrkušić.

Iz Banovine nam je rečeno kako je u dva navrata Grad Split provodio javnu nabavu za uslugu održavanja javnih satova, s namjerom sklapanja okvirnog sporazuma s jednim gospodarskim subjektom, u trajanju od četiri godine.

Procijenjena vrijednost je bila do 199.000 kuna bez PDV-a, za spomenuti period. U nabavi, pokrenutoj 3. listopada 2022., javila se samo firma ‘‘Satovi i nakit Mrkušić‘‘, koja je ponudila veću cijenu nego što je bila procijenjena vrijednost te je nabava poništena.

Za istu nabavu pokrenutu 12. prosinca 2022. nije zaprimljena nijedna ponuda.

- Trenutno provodimo postupak za izravno ugovaranje, uz suglasnost gradonačelnika za uslugu održavanja javnih satova sa "Satovi i nakit Mrkušić" - obavijestili su nas.

Ali, sat na Pjaci nije jedini koji proživljava tegobne dane. Onaj na Starome Placu je stao (radi samo dio okrenut prema parkingu), a digitalni kraj Pirje pokazuje - ništa. A i onaj na Autohrvatskoj kasni par minuta.

- Šta se tiče sata kraj Pirje, ovi gospodin šta pali-gasi taj vodoskok, radeći to se dira i u dio koji nije njegov. Minja se napon, pa ura ode kvragu.

A već se i onako slabo i nikako vidi ti ekran po danu... Nemojte me krivo razumit, ne kažen da je on kriv, ali mora se znat ko je za šta nadležan i ko šta smi prčkat. Tribalo bi tu bit više reda... - sugerira urar.  

Viši savjetnik za komunalno održavanje nas je izvijestio da je, u kontaktu s Mrkušićem, dogovorena sanacija svih satova, "ukoliko njegova tvrtka ugovori za održavanja javnih satova grada Splita".

O točnom kvaru i načinu popravka sata na Pjaci moći će se znati detaljnije kada se izvrši uviđaj na licu mjesta.
