Roditelji djece vrtićkog uzrasta konačno mogu odahnuti jer se na dnevnom redu 35. sjednice Gradskog vijeća, zakazane za idući tjedan, našla i stavka vezana za izjednačavanje cijena gradskih i privatnih vrtića.

Kao što se najavljivalo krajem protekle godine, razlike između svih ustanova napokon bi se, nakon čak nekoliko desetljeća, izbrisale, što znači da se nadolazećeg rujna ne bi trebao ponoviti prošlogodišnji scenarij kada je čak 125 mališana ostalo bez mjesta u dječjim vrtićima u vlasništvu Grada. Roditelji koji su tada imali ispunjene sve uvjete za upis djece u gradske vrtiće ipak su bili primorani plaćati i viši iznos za boravak u privatnim ustanovama ili se jednostavno – snaći na neki drugi način. Podsjećamo kako cijena desetosatnog jasličkog boravka u gradskim vrtićima iznosi 495 kuna mjesečno, dok taj isti program u privatnim vrtićima stoji i do 1400 kuna.

Prvi put u Splitu

Odluka o načinu i uvjetima financiranja programa dječjih vrtića u vlasništvu fizičkih osoba, udruga i vjerskih zajednica na području grada Splita na dnevnom će se redu naći u ponedjeljak, 4. svibnja, a na snazi bi trebala biti od 1. rujna. Tada će cijene spomenutog redovitog desetosatnog jasličkog boravka u svim vrtićkim ustanovama stajati 495 kuna, redoviti desetosatni vrtićki program iznosio bi 480 kuna, redoviti osmosatni vrtićki program 410 kuna, redoviti šestosatni vrtićki program 250 kuna, redoviti petosatni vrtićki program 230 kuna, a kao što je i do sada bio slučaj, roditelji s više djece u dječjem vrtiću ostvaruju pravo na umanjenje cijene programa.

Izjednačenje cijena realizirano je prijedlogom Programa javnih potreba u predškolskom odgoju grada Splita za 2020. godinu s projekcijama za 2021. i 2022. godinu, a u proračunu su osigurana sredstva od 26,5 milijuna kuna za sufinanciranje privatnih i vjerskih vrtića.

– Gradsko vijeće grada Splita u prosincu 2018. je osnovalo Odbor za podizanje kvalitete i dostupnosti predškolskog odgoja i obrazovanja u gradu Splitu radi utvrđenja konkretnih mjera i radnji na podizanju kvalitete i dostupnosti predškolskog odgoja i obrazovanja. Zadatak Odbora, između ostalog, bio je analizirati uvjete i kriterije sufinanciranja u predškolskom odgoju i kriterije za sudjelovanje roditelja u cijeni programa. Donošenjem nove Odluke o načinu i uvjetima sufinanciranja programa dječjih vrtića u vlasništvu fizičkih osoba, udruga i vjerskih zajednica omogućit će se izjednačavanje cijena, što znači da će prvi put svi roditelji predškolske djece na području grada Splita plaćati jednaku cijenu dječjeg vrtića – navodi se, među ostalim, u obrazloženju Odluke.

Nerazmjer

O nerazmjeru između gradskih i privatnih vrtića svjedoči i nedavna situacija kada je, sredinom ožujka u jeku borbe protiv pandemije koronavirusa, splitski gradonačelnik Andro Krstulović Opara donio odluku o oslobađanju plaćanja gradskih vrtića do daljnjega, dok su roditelji one djece koja pohađaju privatne te vjerske vrtiće morali plaćati pedeset posto iznosa.

– Iznos kojim roditelji participiraju u privatnim vrtićima za jasličke ili 10-satne vrtićke skupine je mjesečno za 600-tinjak, a ponegdje i do 1000 kuna veći nego u gradskim ustanovama. Djeca i roditelji ne smiju biti u financijski nepovoljnijem položaju zato što u gradskim vrtićima nema mjesta. Bez privatnih i vjerskih vrtića gotovo 25 posto predškolske populacije u Splitu bi inače bilo uskraćeno za ovaj vid odgoja i obrazovanja – upozorio je tada za “Slobodnu” dr. Joško Markić, gradski vijećnik i član predsjedništva splitskog SDP-a.

Roditelji djece vrtićkog uzrasta konačno mogu odahnuti jer se na dnevnom redu 35. sjednice Gradskog vijeća, zakazane za idući tjedan, našla i stavka vezana za izjednačavanje cijena gradskih i privatnih vrtića.

Kao što se najavljivalo krajem protekle godine, razlike između svih ustanova napokon bi se, nakon čak nekoliko desetljeća, izbrisale, što znači da se nadolazećeg rujna ne bi trebao ponoviti prošlogodišnji scenarij kada je čak 125 mališana ostalo bez mjesta u dječjim vrtićima u vlasništvu Grada. Roditelji koji su tada imali ispunjene sve uvjete za upis djece u gradske vrtiće ipak su bili primorani plaćati i viši iznos za boravak u privatnim ustanovama ili se jednostavno – snaći na neki drugi način. Podsjećamo kako cijena desetosatnog jasličkog boravka u gradskim vrtićima iznosi 495 kuna mjesečno, dok taj isti program u privatnim vrtićima stoji i do 1400 kuna.

Prvi put u Splitu

Odluka o načinu i uvjetima financiranja programa dječjih vrtića u vlasništvu fizičkih osoba, udruga i vjerskih zajednica na području grada Splita na dnevnom će se redu naći u ponedjeljak, 4. svibnja, a na snazi bi trebala biti od 1. rujna. Tada će cijene spomenutog redovitog desetosatnog jasličkog boravka u svim vrtićkim ustanovama stajati 495 kuna, redoviti desetosatni vrtićki program iznosio bi 480 kuna, redoviti osmosatni vrtićki program 410 kuna, redoviti šestosatni vrtićki program 250 kuna, redoviti petosatni vrtićki program 230 kuna, a kao što je i do sada bio slučaj, roditelji s više djece u dječjem vrtiću ostvaruju pravo na umanjenje cijene programa.

Izjednačenje cijena realizirano je prijedlogom Programa javnih potreba u predškolskom odgoju grada Splita za 2020. godinu s projekcijama za 2021. i 2022. godinu, a u proračunu su osigurana sredstva od 26,5 milijuna kuna za sufinanciranje privatnih i vjerskih vrtića.

– Gradsko vijeće grada Splita u prosincu 2018. je osnovalo Odbor za podizanje kvalitete i dostupnosti predškolskog odgoja i obrazovanja u gradu Splitu radi utvrđenja konkretnih mjera i radnji na podizanju kvalitete i dostupnosti predškolskog odgoja i obrazovanja. Zadatak Odbora, između ostalog, bio je analizirati uvjete i kriterije sufinanciranja u predškolskom odgoju i kriterije za sudjelovanje roditelja u cijeni programa. Donošenjem nove Odluke o načinu i uvjetima sufinanciranja programa dječjih vrtića u vlasništvu fizičkih osoba, udruga i vjerskih zajednica omogućit će se izjednačavanje cijena, što znači da će prvi put svi roditelji predškolske djece na području grada Splita plaćati jednaku cijenu dječjeg vrtića – navodi se, među ostalim, u obrazloženju Odluke.

Nerazmjer

O nerazmjeru između gradskih i privatnih vrtića svjedoči i nedavna situacija kada je, sredinom ožujka u jeku borbe protiv pandemije koronavirusa, splitski gradonačelnik Andro Krstulović Opara donio odluku o oslobađanju plaćanja gradskih vrtića do daljnjega, dok su roditelji one djece koja pohađaju privatne te vjerske vrtiće morali plaćati pedeset posto iznosa.

– Iznos kojim roditelji participiraju u privatnim vrtićima za jasličke ili 10-satne vrtićke skupine je mjesečno za 600-tinjak, a ponegdje i do 1000 kuna veći nego u gradskim ustanovama. Djeca i roditelji ne smiju biti u financijski nepovoljnijem položaju zato što u gradskim vrtićima nema mjesta. Bez privatnih i vjerskih vrtića gotovo 25 posto predškolske populacije u Splitu bi inače bilo uskraćeno za ovaj vid odgoja i obrazovanja – upozorio je tada za “Slobodnu” dr. Joško Markić, gradski vijećnik i član predsjedništva splitskog SDP-a.

Prvi put u našem gradu od rujna će se izjednačiti cijene privatnih i gradskih predškolskih ustanovaGrad Split

Roditelji djece vrtićkog uzrasta konačno mogu odahnuti jer se na dnevnom redu 35. sjednice Gradskog vijeća, zakazane za idući tjedan, našla i stavka vezana za izjednačavanje cijena gradskih i privatnih vrtića.

Kao što se najavljivalo krajem protekle godine, razlike između svih ustanova napokon bi se, nakon čak nekoliko desetljeća, izbrisale, što znači da se nadolazećeg rujna ne bi trebao ponoviti prošlogodišnji scenarij kada je čak 125 mališana ostalo bez mjesta u dječjim vrtićima u vlasništvu Grada. Roditelji koji su tada imali ispunjene sve uvjete za upis djece u gradske vrtiće ipak su bili primorani plaćati i viši iznos za boravak u privatnim ustanovama ili se jednostavno – snaći na neki drugi način.
