Ministarstvo graditeljstva i prostornog uređenja i APN objavili su kako se prijave za subvencije za stambene kredite prilagođavaju trenutnoj situaciji. Kao što je najavljeno, prijave započinju 30. ožujka, no umjesto do 8. travnja, zaprimat će se do kraja travnja, odnosno po potrebi čak i duže. Novi poziv biti će već krajem ljeta.

Nakon mnogobrojnih upita zabrinutih građana, djelatnika banaka, agenata za posredovanje u prodaji nekretnina i javnih bilježnika kojima je novonastala situacija stvorila brojne izazove, odlučeno je da se nitko ne treba izlagati riziku što uključuje i ovaj projekt stambenog zbrinjavanja mladih obitelji. Zbog nužnog ostanka kod kuće, te nemogućnosti ishodovanja svih potrebnih dokumenata koji se pribavljaju na više adresa, ovakva odluka jedina je logična.

- Stoga će se, zbog svih građana koji su već prikupili potrebnu dokumentaciju, potpisali predugovore, dali kapare te koji su prethodnih tjedana molili da se poziv održi, on otvoriti kako je i planirano 30. ožujka, ali će biti otvoren najmanje do kraja travnja, a po potrebi i dulje. Zaprimanje će biti uz strogo pridržavanje svih uputa. Poziv će biti otvoren dovoljno dugo da se predaju zahtjevi i ne treba forsirati odlazak u banke i stvarati gužve jer će biti vremena. Svjestan smo da je dio građana koji su sada htjeli predati zahtjev trenutno u samoizolaciji. Ne brinite, odradite karantenu i po potrebi liječenje i sve ćete stići obaviti kad se situacija smiri. Situaciju je nemoguće predvidjeti, ali ćemo pratiti i prilagođavati se - poručio je Predrag Štromar, ministar graditeljstva uz napomenu kako će sredstva biti osigurana za sve koji predaju valjane zahtjeve.

Ministarstvo graditeljstva i prostornoga uređenja poslat će uputu predstavnicima banaka, kao i APN-u kako bi se zahtjevi zaprimali u skladu s uputama Stožera za civilnu zaštitu.

Ministarstvo graditeljstva i prostornog uređenja i APN objavili su kako se prijave za subvencije za stambene kredite prilagođavaju trenutnoj situaciji. Kao što je najavljeno, prijave započinju 30. ožujka, no umjesto do 8. travnja, zaprimat će se do kraja travnja, odnosno po potrebi čak i duže. Novi poziv biti će već krajem ljeta.

Nakon mnogobrojnih upita zabrinutih građana, djelatnika banaka, agenata za posredovanje u prodaji nekretnina i javnih bilježnika kojima je novonastala situacija stvorila brojne izazove, odlučeno je da se nitko ne treba izlagati riziku što uključuje i ovaj projekt stambenog zbrinjavanja mladih obitelji. Zbog nužnog ostanka kod kuće, te nemogućnosti ishodovanja svih potrebnih dokumenata koji se pribavljaju na više adresa, ovakva odluka jedina je logična.

- Stoga će se, zbog svih građana koji su već prikupili potrebnu dokumentaciju, potpisali predugovore, dali kapare te koji su prethodnih tjedana molili da se poziv održi, on otvoriti kako je i planirano 30. ožujka, ali će biti otvoren najmanje do kraja travnja, a po potrebi i dulje. Zaprimanje će biti uz strogo pridržavanje svih uputa. Poziv će biti otvoren dovoljno dugo da se predaju zahtjevi i ne treba forsirati odlazak u banke i stvarati gužve jer će biti vremena. Svjestan smo da je dio građana koji su sada htjeli predati zahtjev trenutno u samoizolaciji. Ne brinite, odradite karantenu i po potrebi liječenje i sve ćete stići obaviti kad se situacija smiri. Situaciju je nemoguće predvidjeti, ali ćemo pratiti i prilagođavati se - poručio je Predrag Štromar, ministar graditeljstva uz napomenu kako će sredstva biti osigurana za sve koji predaju valjane zahtjeve.

Ministarstvo graditeljstva i prostornoga uređenja poslat će uputu predstavnicima banaka, kao i APN-u kako bi se zahtjevi zaprimali u skladu s uputama Stožera za civilnu zaštitu.
