Iz Grada Splita stigla je dobra vijest, a to je da je s danom 27. svibnja 2021. godine ukinuta izravna opasnost od nastanka elementarne nepogode na području Gradskih kotareva Meje, Varoš i Spinut – lokalitet Park-šuma Marjan, proglašena 5. veljače 2019. godine radi sušenja šume koje je bilo uzrokovano potkornjakom.

- U veljači 2019. godine kad je proglašena izravna opasnost od nastanka elementarne nepogode nismo znali što nas čeka, nije bilo lako, no pokazalo se kako su sve aktivnosti koje smo poduzimali dale rezultat, što je u više navrata potvrdio i dr.sc. Milan Pernek i Hrvatski šumarski institut u svojim nalazima – kazao je gradonačelnik Andro Krstulović Opara čija je Uprava preuzela odgovornost za rješavanje problema nastalih radi četrdeset godina lošeg gospodarenja i zapuštanja Marjana.

Nakon spašavanja šume od potkornjaka, a do restrukturiranja Javne ustanove za gospodarenje Park-šumom Marjan, njega, obnova i gospodarenje se nastavlja prema Programu gospodarenja šumama posebne namjene, Gospodarska jedinica „Marjan-šume Grada Splita“, (važenje programa od 1.1.2021. do 31.12.2030. godine / program zaštite, njege i obnove šuma Park šuma Marjan), kojega je Ministarstvo gospodarstva i održivog razvoja prihvatilo 13. svibnja 2021. godine, a isti Program je u proceduri prihvaćanja u Ministarstvu poljoprivrede.

Za vrijeme izravne opasnosti i režima kojim je upravljao Stožer civilne zaštite Grada Splita sve akcije na suzbijanju potkornjaka provođene su temeljem Akcijskog plana sanacije Park šume Marjan za razdoblje 2020.-2022. godine koji je izradio Hrvatski šumarski institut, a koji je u svojem značajnom obliku integriran u ovaj Program.

- To je jamstvo da će najveći kriteriji struke konačno biti primijenjeni na Marjanu i to u uređenim uvjetima. Podsjećamo da je Grad Split ostvario pravo šumoposjednika, što je preduvjet za odgovorno upravljanje i gospodarenje. Sve to trebalo je odraditi pred više desetljeća, kao što je trebalo kontinuirano njegovati i obnavljati šumu, a što zbog nereda i nebrige nije bilo ostvareno, objašnjavaju iz Banovine. 

Odlukom Stožera o ukidanju izravne opasnosti od nastanka elementarne nepogode na području Gradskih kotareva Meje, Varoš i Spinut – lokalitet Park-šuma Marjan i donošenjem Programa gospodarenja šumama posebne namjene, Gospodarska jedinica "Marjan-šume Grada Splita", kao i radi brojnih elemenata projekta "Marjan 2020 – brdo prošlosti, oaza budućnosti" od kojih su neki već vidljivi, primjerice revitalizacija Botaničkog vrta, Dječjeg grada, obnove tradicijskih kućica, uređenje boćališta i piknik zona, trim-staze i biciklističke staze, skora rekonstrukcija promatračnice na Sedlu, ukupne vrijednosti 26.614.389,24 kuna, Splićani mogu uživat u ljepotama i bogatstvu našeg Marjana.

Iz Grada Splita stigla je dobra vijest, a to je da je s danom 27. svibnja 2021. godine ukinuta izravna opasnost od nastanka elementarne nepogode na području Gradskih kotareva Meje, Varoš i Spinut – lokalitet Park-šuma Marjan, proglašena 5. veljače 2019. godine radi sušenja šume koje je bilo uzrokovano potkornjakom.

- U veljači 2019. godine kad je proglašena izravna opasnost od nastanka elementarne nepogode nismo znali što nas čeka, nije bilo lako, no pokazalo se kako su sve aktivnosti koje smo poduzimali dale rezultat, što je u više navrata potvrdio i dr.sc. Milan Pernek i Hrvatski šumarski institut u svojim nalazima – kazao je gradonačelnik Andro Krstulović Opara čija je Uprava preuzela odgovornost za rješavanje problema nastalih radi četrdeset godina lošeg gospodarenja i zapuštanja Marjana.

Nakon spašavanja šume od potkornjaka, a do restrukturiranja Javne ustanove za gospodarenje Park-šumom Marjan, njega, obnova i gospodarenje se nastavlja prema Programu gospodarenja šumama posebne namjene, Gospodarska jedinica „Marjan-šume Grada Splita“, (važenje programa od 1.1.2021. do 31.12.2030. godine / program zaštite, njege i obnove šuma Park šuma Marjan), kojega je Ministarstvo gospodarstva i održivog razvoja prihvatilo 13. svibnja 2021. godine, a isti Program je u proceduri prihvaćanja u Ministarstvu poljoprivrede.

Za vrijeme izravne opasnosti i režima kojim je upravljao Stožer civilne zaštite Grada Splita sve akcije na suzbijanju potkornjaka provođene su temeljem Akcijskog plana sanacije Park šume Marjan za razdoblje 2020.-2022. godine koji je izradio Hrvatski šumarski institut, a koji je u svojem značajnom obliku integriran u ovaj Program.

- To je jamstvo da će najveći kriteriji struke konačno biti primijenjeni na Marjanu i to u uređenim uvjetima. Podsjećamo da je Grad Split ostvario pravo šumoposjednika, što je preduvjet za odgovorno upravljanje i gospodarenje. Sve to trebalo je odraditi pred više desetljeća, kao što je trebalo kontinuirano njegovati i obnavljati šumu, a što zbog nereda i nebrige nije bilo ostvareno, objašnjavaju iz Banovine. 

Odlukom Stožera o ukidanju izravne opasnosti od nastanka elementarne nepogode na području Gradskih kotareva Meje, Varoš i Spinut – lokalitet Park-šuma Marjan i donošenjem Programa gospodarenja šumama posebne namjene, Gospodarska jedinica "Marjan-šume Grada Splita", kao i radi brojnih elemenata projekta "Marjan 2020 – brdo prošlosti, oaza budućnosti" od kojih su neki već vidljivi, primjerice revitalizacija Botaničkog vrta, Dječjeg grada, obnove tradicijskih kućica, uređenje boćališta i piknik zona, trim-staze i biciklističke staze, skora rekonstrukcija promatračnice na Sedlu, ukupne vrijednosti 26.614.389,24 kuna, Splićani mogu uživat u ljepotama i bogatstvu našeg Marjana.

Iz Grada Splita stigla je dobra vijest, a to je da je s danom 27. svibnja 2021. godine ukinuta izravna opasnost od nastanka elementarne nepogode na području Gradskih kotareva Meje, Varoš i Spinut – lokalitet Park-šuma Marjan, proglašena 5. veljače 2019. godine radi sušenja šume koje je bilo uzrokovano potkornjakom.

- U veljači 2019. godine kad je proglašena izravna opasnost od nastanka elementarne nepogode nismo znali što nas čeka, nije bilo lako, no pokazalo se kako su sve aktivnosti koje smo poduzimali dale rezultat, što je u više navrata potvrdio i dr.sc. Milan Pernek i Hrvatski šumarski institut u svojim nalazima – kazao je gradonačelnik Andro Krstulović Opara čija je Uprava preuzela odgovornost za rješavanje problema nastalih radi četrdeset godina lošeg...
