Predsjednik HDZ-a Split i gradski vijećnik, Tomislav Šuta, upozorio da je jedan od razloga rebalansa proračuna propust zbog kojeg je Grad Split morao vratiti 250 tisuća eura kojeg je za dječje vrtiće dobio od EU.

- U cijeloj Hrvatskoj gradovi i općine se natječu za dobivanje sredstava za javne potrebe. Ne znaš tko je bolji, ali zna se tko je najgori. To je Grad Split koji je uspio prijaviti samo dva vrtića - Pujanke i Kilu. To je jedna velika sramota – upozorio je Tomislav Šuta i nastavio:

- U  sklopu  projekta  "Vrtić  za  suvremenu  obitelj“  kojeg  je provodila ustanova dječji vrtić Cvit Mediterana, Ministarstvo rada, mirovinskog  sustava, obitelji i socijalne politike izvršilo je kontrolu zahtjeva na temelju kojega je donesena odluka o povratu sredstava. Na ovoj stavci planiraju se potrebna sredstava za pokriće troškova za navedeni EU projekt – istaknuo je Tomislav Šuta.

Dodaje kako je Vlada RH za održivost dječjih vrtića u Splitu osigurao 406.746 eura za vjerske vrtiće, te 920.647 eura za vrtiće kojima je Grad Split osnivač - ustanove Cvit Mediterana, Marjan, Radost i Grigor Vitez. Toliko Vlada brine o Splitu, kako bi mladim obiteljima učinila bolje uvjete - istaknuo je.

Tomislav Šuta kaže da su ga neugodno iznenadile nove odluke i stavke u rebalansu proračuna Grada Splita.

- Dogodile su se određene iznenađujuće promjene u vezi zaduženja, iako naš gradonačelnik kaže da nema nikakvih zaduženja. No, ovdje se točno vidi da je Gradu potrebno još dodatnih pet milijuna eura kako bi među ostalim financirao Tehnološki park, kako bi se prostorije u njemu uredile – rekao je Tomislav Šuta.

- Vidljivo je da Puljak niže kredite kao i fotelje, a to je nama neprihvatljivo. Mi smo u ovom trenutku protiv svakog zaduženja jer će sve ovo naša djeca plaćati u budućnosti, sve zahvaljujući Puljku. Nije prihvatljivo da se zadužujemo na ovaj način, zaduženost iz dana u dan sve više raste. Molim vas, čim prije nam dostavite papire da vidimo je li sve čisto i u njima i je li sve bilo u okvirima sporazuma o zaduženje. Nanosi se šteta građanima i proračunu, bespotrebno se troši novac za PDV jer se projekti ne žele prebaciti na gradsku firmu RaSt, a osnove financija govore da vama treba ozbiljna poduka – upozorio je Tomislav Šuta.

Odgovorio mu je gradonačelnik Ivica Puljak:

- Grad je zadužen više od 4,54 posto, a može biti zadužen 20 posto. Vaša briga o Gradu je fascinantna, a vi šutite uvijek kada nešto treba reći Vladi RH. Sva infrastruktura se treba osloboditi PDV-a i oni gradovi koji više investiraju trebaju imati više sredstava – kazao je gradonačelnik.

Šuta je Puljku odgovorio da je pravi politički trgovac te da svakodnevno ponižava građane. 

- Izvrstan ste politički trgovac. Mislim da dolazimo iz istih krajeva i mi u tim krajevima ne pamtimo ovakvog Matana i ovakvog trgovca. Sve ste uspjeli poniziti i politika trgovina vam jako dobro ide. Vi ulazite u sferu koja vam je nepoznata i koju ne poznajte. Vama je sve to zabavno, ali vi ponižavate ljude s ovakvom retorikom – kazao je Tomislav Šuta.

Na kraju rasprave izglasan je rebalans proračuna, odnosno povećanje od 5 milijuna eura.

Predsjednik HDZ-a Split i gradski vijećnik, Tomislav Šuta, upozorio da je jedan od razloga rebalansa proračuna propust zbog kojeg je Grad Split morao vratiti 250 tisuća eura kojeg je za dječje vrtiće dobio od EU.

- U cijeloj Hrvatskoj gradovi i općine se natječu za dobivanje sredstava za javne potrebe. Ne znaš tko je bolji, ali zna se tko je najgori. To je Grad Split koji je uspio prijaviti samo dva vrtića - Pujanke i Kilu. To je jedna velika sramota – upozorio je Tomislav Šuta i nastavio:

- U  sklopu  projekta  "Vrtić  za  suvremenu  obitelj“  kojeg  je provodila ustanova dječji vrtić Cvit Mediterana, Ministarstvo rada, mirovinskog  sustava, obitelji i socijalne politike izvršilo je kontrolu zahtjeva na temelju kojega je donesena odluka o povratu sredstava. Na ovoj stavci planiraju se potrebna sredstava za pokriće troškova za navedeni EU projekt – istaknuo je Tomislav Šuta.

Dodaje kako je Vlada RH za održivost dječjih vrtića u Splitu osigurao 406.746 eura za vjerske vrtiće, te 920.647 eura za vrtiće kojima je Grad Split osnivač - ustanove Cvit Mediterana, Marjan, Radost i Grigor Vitez. Toliko Vlada brine o Splitu, kako bi mladim obiteljima učinila bolje uvjete - istaknuo je.

Tomislav Šuta kaže da su ga neugodno iznenadile nove odluke i stavke u rebalansu proračuna Grada Splita.

- Dogodile su se određene iznenađujuće promjene u vezi zaduženja, iako naš gradonačelnik kaže da nema nikakvih zaduženja. No, ovdje se točno vidi da je Gradu potrebno još dodatnih pet milijuna eura kako bi među ostalim financirao Tehnološki park, kako bi se prostorije u njemu uredile – rekao je Tomislav Šuta.

- Vidljivo je da Puljak niže kredite kao i fotelje, a to je nama neprihvatljivo. Mi smo u ovom trenutku protiv svakog zaduženja jer će sve ovo naša djeca plaćati u budućnosti, sve zahvaljujući Puljku. Nije prihvatljivo da se zadužujemo na ovaj način, zaduženost iz dana u dan sve više raste. Molim vas, čim prije nam dostavite papire da vidimo je li sve čisto i u njima i je li sve bilo u okvirima sporazuma o zaduženje. Nanosi se šteta građanima i proračunu, bespotrebno se troši novac za PDV jer se projekti ne žele prebaciti na gradsku firmu RaSt, a osnove financija govore da vama treba ozbiljna poduka – upozorio je Tomislav Šuta.

Odgovorio mu je gradonačelnik Ivica Puljak:

- Grad je zadužen više od 4,54 posto, a može biti zadužen 20 posto. Vaša briga o Gradu je fascinantna, a vi šutite uvijek kada nešto treba reći Vladi RH. Sva infrastruktura se treba osloboditi PDV-a i oni gradovi koji više investiraju trebaju imati više sredstava – kazao je gradonačelnik.

Šuta je Puljku odgovorio da je pravi politički trgovac te da svakodnevno ponižava građane. 

- Izvrstan ste politički trgovac. Mislim da dolazimo iz istih krajeva i mi u tim krajevima ne pamtimo ovakvog Matana i ovakvog trgovca. Sve ste uspjeli poniziti i politika trgovina vam jako dobro ide. Vi ulazite u sferu koja vam je nepoznata i koju ne poznajte. Vama je sve to zabavno, ali vi ponižavate ljude s ovakvom retorikom – kazao je Tomislav Šuta.

Na kraju rasprave izglasan je rebalans proračuna, odnosno povećanje od 5 milijuna eura.

Prošlo zaduženje Grada za 5 milijuna eura, Šuta otkrio Puljkov propust oko vrtića: ‘Ovakvog Matana i trgovca ne pamtimo‘

Predsjednik HDZ-a Split i gradski vijećnik, Tomislav Šuta, upozorio da je jedan od razloga rebalansa proračuna propust zbog kojeg je Grad Split morao vratiti 250 tisuća eura kojeg je za dječje vrtiće dobio od EU.

- U cijeloj Hrvatskoj gradovi i općine se natječu za dobivanje sredstava za javne potrebe. Ne znaš tko je bolji, ali zna se tko je najgori. To je Grad Split koji je uspio prijaviti samo dva vrtića - Pujanke i Kilu. To je jedna velika sramota – upozorio je Tomislav Šuta i nastavio:
